Claims (13)
- 管状部材が内側表面および損傷した部分を有する、管状部材を有する装置を修復する方法であって、当該方法は
チューブに対して実質的に軸方向に方向づけられた力でフロースループラグを管状部材内に挿入する工程、ここで当該フロースループラグは、直径を有し最初に管状部材に挿入される前方部分、直径を有する後部端、および後部端の外径が前方部分の外径よりも大きいようなテーパ状の外側表面を有する;および
該フロースループラグを管状部材内に押し込み、それによって、該フロースルーチューブプラグで管状部材の損傷した部分の少なくとも一部をカバーする工程、ここで当該押し込みは、プラグの外側表面と管状部材の内側表面との間に圧力封止を形成するプレス嵌めを形成するのに充分な力で行われる:を含み、
該フロースループラグは、長手方向軸と、流体がフロースループラグを通って流れるのを可能にするのに好適な該軸に沿った開口部とを有する方法。 - 該装置が、熱交換器、加熱炉および反応器からなる群から選択される請求項1記載の方法。

該フロースループラグとチューブシートの各セクションとの間にプレス嵌めを形成するのに十分な力を該フロースループラグに加え、それによってそれらの間に圧力封止を形成し、およびチューブシートのセクションの各々を再積層する工程とを含む方法。 - チューブ開口部を備えた少なくとも2つのセクションを有する積層されたチューブシートを形成する方法であって、

少なくとも1つのフロースループラグを該整列配置されたチューブ開口部内に挿入する工程であって、ここで当該フロースループラグは、直径を有し最初に管状部材に挿入される前方部分、直径を有する後部端、および後部端の外径が前方部分の外径よりも大きいようなテーパ状の外側表面を有し、当該挿入はプレス嵌めを形成し、および各チューブシートセクションを固定的に係合し、それによって積層されたチューブシートを形成するのに充分な力で行われる工程を含む方法。 - 該少なくとも1つのフロースループラグが長手方向軸と該軸に沿った開口部とを有する請求項6記載の方法。
- 積層されたチューブシートが、熱交換器、反応器および加熱炉からなる群から選択された装置内に配置される請求項6または7記載の方法。

を具備する装置。 - 該装置が、熱交換器、加熱炉および反応器からなる群から選択される請求項10記載の装置。
- 管状部材内に損傷した部分をさらに有し、該フロースループラグの外側表面が損傷した部分の少なくとも一部をカバーする請求項10または11記載の装置。
