Description
第1の実施形態に係る血液浄化装置は、患者の血液を体外循環させつつ浄化するためのもので、透析治療で使用される透析装置に適用されたものである。かかる透析装置は、図1に示すように、血液浄化手段としてのダイアライザ2が接続された血液回路1、ダイアライザ2に透析液を供給しつつ除水する透析装置本体6から主に構成されている。血液回路1は、同図に示すように、可撓性チューブから成る動脈側血液回路1a及び静脈側血液回路1bから主に構成されており、これら動脈側血液回路1aと静脈側血液回路1bの間にダイアライザ2が接続されている。
本実施形態に係る血液浄化装置は、上述の第1の実施形態と同様、患者の血液を体外循環させつつ浄化するためのもので、透析治療で使用される透析装置に適用されたものであり、図1及び図2に示すように、血液浄化手段としてのダイアライザ2が接続された血液回路1及び透析装置本体6から主に構成されている。尚、第1の実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号を付し、その詳細な説明を省略することとする。
本実施形態に係る血液浄化装置は、上述の第1及び第2の実施形態と同様、患者の血液を体外循環させつつ浄化するためのもので、透析治療で使用される透析装置に適用されたものであり、図1及び図2に示すように、血液浄化手段としてのダイアライザ2が接続された血液回路1及び透析装置本体6から主に構成されている。尚、第1及び第2の実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号を付し、その詳細な説明を省略することとする。

Claims (4)
- 患者の血液を体外循環させるべく先端に動脈側穿刺針及び静脈側穿刺針が取り付けられた動脈側血液回路及び静脈側血液回路から成る血液回路と、
前記動脈側血液回路に配設された血液ポンプと、
前記動脈側血液回路と静脈側血液回路との間に接続され、当該血液回路を流れる血液を浄化する血液浄化手段と、
前記静脈側血液回路を流れる患者の血液の圧力を検出し得る静脈圧検出手段と、
該静脈圧検出手段にて検出された圧力を基準値として所定の警報値と比較して警報を行わせる静脈圧監視手段と、
を具備した血液浄化装置において、
前記静脈圧監視手段は、所定時間毎に静脈圧検出手段にて検出された圧力を基準値として前記警報値を更新することを特徴とする血液浄化装置。 - 前記静脈圧監視手段による警報値の更新のための時間間隔は、前記静脈圧検出手段により検出される圧力の変動量に基づき可変とされ、その圧力変動が緩やかであるときよりも圧力変動が激しいときの方が小さく設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の血液浄化装置。
- 治療上の別途の処置を行わせるべく装置に対して所定の操作が行われた際に前記静脈圧監視手段による警報値の更新が行われることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の血液浄化装置。
- 前記静脈圧監視手段により更新される警報値が、前記静脈圧検出手段で検出された圧力を基準値とした上限値又は下限値から成るとともに、当該基準値から下限値までの警報幅を上限値までの警報幅より小さく設定したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の血液浄化装置。
