Description
本発明の別の目的は、ガイドワイヤーを受け入れる少なくとも1つの内腔と、造影剤をカテーテルを通じて注入し且つその末端先端の開口部から排出するもう1つの内腔とを有する多内腔カテーテルにより、患者の管へのカニューレの導入及び像形成を行う方法を提供することである。
図19は、内腔72、73を通じて注入された造影剤を利用して、直径約0.889mm(0.035インチ)の2本のガイドワイヤーを同時に案内する(一方を膵臓管内に、もう一方を内腔70、71を通じて胆嚢管内に案内する)ために利用される多内腔カテーテルの断面図である。ガイドワイヤーが所定位置に配置されたならば、図19のカテーテルを引き抜いて、個々のカテーテルを選択されたガイドワイヤーの上方に亙って進めて、膵管又は胆嚢管の何れかの像を形成する。図19のカテーテルは、外径が約2.8mmであることが好ましい。図19のカテーテルは、患者のストレスの程度及び位置に関して不確実であるときに有利である。

Claims (5)
- 患者の胆管支樹に電気外科的にアクセスするカテーテルにおいて、
少なくとも第1の内腔と、前記カテーテルを貫通するように形成された第2の内腔とを有し、前記内腔の各々が前記カテーテルの末端に画成された開口部にて終端となり、
前記第1の内腔に配置されたシースを有し、
前記カテーテルの前記第1の内腔がその内部に配置された針を有し、
前記針が、前記カテーテルの基端にて、前記カテーテルの前記末端に関する展開位置と保護位置との間で前記針を伸長させ且つ引っ込める展開手段に接続され、
前記展開手段は、前記シース内に配置された細長い接続管を有し、
前記細長い接続管の末端部にて、前記細長い接続管が前記針の上で圧着され、かつ前記細長い接続管及び前記針は前記細長い接続管の末端で相互に同軸状に配置され、
前記針が、電源と電気的に連通していることを特徴とする、カテーテル。 - 請求項1のカテーテルにおいて、前記針、前記シース及び前記細長い接続管が前記カテーテルの前記第1の内腔内に止まる間に、造影剤を使用して前記胆管の像を形成するために、前記第2の内腔を通じて前記造影剤を注入するように構成されている、カテーテル。
- 患者の体管に電気外科的にアクセスするカテーテルにおいて、
少なくとも第1の内腔と、前記カテーテルを貫通するように形成された第2の内腔とを有し、前記内腔の各々が前記カテーテルの末端に画成された開口部にて終端となり、
前記カテーテルの前記第1の内腔が貫通するように進められる細長いシースを有し、
前記シースが、その内部に配置された針を有し、
前記針が前記シースの基端にて、前記シースの末端に関する展開位置と保護位置との間で前記針を伸長させ且つ引っ込める展開手段に接続され、
前記展開手段は、前記シース内に配置された細長い接続管を有し、
前記細長い接続管の末端部にて、前記細長い接続管が前記針の上で圧着され、かつ前記細長い接続管及び前記針は前記細長い接続管の末端で相互に同軸状に配置され、
前記針が、電源と電気的に連通していることを特徴とする、カテーテル。 - 請求項3のカテーテルにおいて、前記シース、前記細長い接続管及び前記針が前記カテーテルの前記第1の内腔内に止まる間に、造影剤を使用して前記体管の像を形成するために、前記第2の内腔を通じて造影剤を注入するように構成されている、カテーテル。
- 患者の胆管に電気外科的にアクセスするカテーテルにおいて、
少なくとも第1の内腔と、前記カテーテルを貫通するように形成された第2の内腔とを有し、前記内腔の各々が前記カテーテルの末端に画成された開口部にて終端となり、
前記カテーテルの前記第1の内腔が貫通するように進められる細長いシースを有し、前記シースが、その内部に配置された針を有し、
