Abstract
【解決手段】 第1のカテーテル(12)は、基端と末端とを有し、かつ基端のカテーテル接続具(14)と、第1の内腔及び第2の内腔と、第1の内腔が貫通して進められるガイドワイヤー(24)とを有する。第2のカテーテル(106)は貫通して画成された少なくとも1つの内腔を有しており、この内腔は第2のカテーテルを第1のカテーテルに亘って進め、ステント(108)を第1のカテーテルに亘って進めるために設けられている。第1のカテーテルの基端付近にて第1のカテーテルを切断し、カテーテル接続具を第1のカテーテルから分離させる切断手段(100)を備えている。

Description
本発明の別の目的は、ガイドワイヤーを受け入れる少なくとも1つの内腔と、造影剤をカテーテルを通じて注入し且つその末端先端の開口部から排出するもう1つの内腔とを有する多内腔カテーテルにより、患者の管へのカニューレの導入を行う装置を提供することである。
図19は、内腔72、73を通じて注入された造影剤を利用して、直径約0.889mm(0.035インチ)の2本のガイドワイヤーを同時に案内する(一方を膵臓管内に、もう一方を内腔70、71を通じて胆嚢管内に案内する)ために利用される多内腔カテーテルの断面図である。ガイドワイヤーが所定位置に配置されたならば、図19のカテーテルを引き抜いて、個々のカテーテルを選択されたガイドワイヤーの上方に亙って進めて、膵管又は胆嚢管の何れかの像を形成する。図19のカテーテルは、外径が約2.8mmであることが好ましい。図19のカテーテルは、患者のストレスの程度及び位置に関して不確実であるときに有利である。

Claims (4)
- ステントを患者の体管内に配置するカテーテルにおいて、
基端と末端とを有する第1のカテーテルであって、前記基端のカテーテル接続具と、少なくとも第1の内腔及び第2の内腔とを有し、前記第1の内腔が貫通して進められるガイドワイヤーを有する前記第1のカテーテルと、
第2のカテーテルであって、前記第2のカテーテルを前記第1のカテーテルに亘って進め、前記ステントを前記第1のカテーテルに亘って進め得るように貫通して画成された少なくとも1つの内腔を有する前記第2のカテーテルと、
前記第1のカテーテルの前記基端付近にて前記第1のカテーテルを切断し、前記カテーテル接続具を前記第1のカテーテルから分離させる切断手段と、
を備えていることを特徴とする、カテーテル。 - 胆管ステントを患者の胆管内の胆石の周りに配置するカテーテルにおいて、
基端と末端とを有する第1のカテーテルであって、前記基端に取り付けられたカテーテル接続具と、少なくとも第1の内腔及び第2の内腔とを有し、前記第1の内腔が貫通して進められるガイドワイヤーを有する前記第1のカテーテルと、
第2のカテーテルであって、前記第2のカテーテルを前記第1のカテーテルに亘って進め、前記ステントを前記第1のカテーテルに亘って進め得るように貫通して画成された少なくとも1つの内腔を有する前記第2のカテーテルと、
前記第1のカテーテルの前記基端付近にて前記第1のカテーテルを切断し、前記カテーテル接続具を前記第1のカテーテルから分離させる切断手段と、
を備えていることを特徴とする、カテーテル。 - ステントを患者の膵管内の膵管妨害物の周りに配置するカテーテルにおいて、
基端と末端とを有する第1のカテーテルであって、前記基端に取り付けられたカテーテル接続具と、少なくとも第1の内腔及び第2の内腔とを有し、前記第1の内腔が貫通して進められるガイドワイヤーを有する前記第1のカテーテルと、
第2のカテーテルであって、前記第2のカテーテルを前記第1のカテーテルに亘って進め、前記ステントを前記第1のカテーテルに亘って進め得るように貫通して画成された少なくとも1つの内腔を有する前記第2のカテーテルと、
前記第1のカテーテルの前記基端付近にて前記第1のカテーテルを切断し、前記カテーテル接続具を前記第1のカテーテルから切り離すカテーテル切断手段と、
を備えていることを特徴とする、カテーテル。 - ステントを患者の胆嚢管内の胆嚢妨害物の周りに配置するカテーテルにおいて、
基端と末端とを有する第1のカテーテルであって、前記基端に取り付けられたカテーテル接続具と、少なくとも第1の内腔及び第2の内腔とを有し、前記第1の内腔が貫通して進められるガイドワイヤーを有する前記第1のカテーテルと、
第2のカテーテルであって、前記第2のカテーテルを前記第1のカテーテルに亘って進め、前記ステントを前記第1のカテーテルに亘って進め得るように貫通して画成された少なくとも1つの内腔を有する前記第2のカテーテルと、
前記第1のカテーテルの前記基端付近にて前記第1のカテーテルを切断し、前記カテーテル接続具を前記第1のカテーテルから切り離すカテーテル切断手段と、
を備えていることを特徴とする、カテーテル。
