Description
(1)蛇腹(5)の外面に補強部(3)を有する金属蛇腹管(A)とこの蛇腹管と材質の異なる金属管(B)とが一体的に接続されてなる異種金属管の接続構造において、
前記蛇腹管側の接続部は、その内側から外側に向かって蛇腹管(A)の直管部(1)、ニップル(2)、蛇腹管の補強部(3)及び締結カラー(4)の順に嵌合、固着されて構成されており、且つ該ニップル(2)は該補強部(3)に接合された基部(2-1)と前記補強部(3)及び締結カラー(4)の端面より金属管(B)側に延出した接続端部(2-2)を有すると共に、該締結カラー(4)は同金属管(B)側に位置する小径部(4-1)とこれと連続して金属蛇腹管(A)の蛇腹側に位置する大径部(4-2)有しており、
一方、金属管(B)側の接続部は、金属管(B)の接続端部(6)とこの接続端部(6)の外側に固着されスリーブ(7)で構成され、該スリーブ(7)は同接続端部(6)に接合する基部(7-1)と前記金属蛇腹管(A)側に延出した嵌合端部(7-2)を有しており、
そして、前記金属管(B)における前記スリーブ(7)の嵌合端部(7-2)が金属蛇腹管(A)における締結カラー(4)の小径部(4-1)外嵌されており、
さらに金属蛇腹管(A)における補強部(3)及び締結カラー(4)の端面と金属管(B)の接続端部(6)の端面とが当接または近接の状態で、同ニップル(2)の接続端部(2-2)外面と同金属管(B)の接続端部(6)内面が熱硬化性樹脂により接着、固定されてなること、
を特徴とする異種金属管の接続構造(請求項1)。
(2)スリーブ(7)の基部(7-1)と金属管(B)の接続端部(6)とが加締めにより固着されてなる請求項1に記載の異種金属管の接続構造(請求項2)。
(3)スリーブ(7)の嵌合端部(7-2)とこれが外嵌された締結カラー(4)の小径部(4-1)とは互いに外力によって固着されていない状態である請求項1又は2に記載の異種金属管の接続構造(請求項3)。
(4)金属蛇腹管がステンレス蛇腹管であり、金属管がアルミ管である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の異種金属管の接続構造。

Claims (4)
- 蛇腹(5)の外面に補強部(3)を有する金属蛇腹管(A)とこの蛇腹管と材質の異なる金属管(B)とが一体的に接続されてなる異種金属管の接続構造において、
前記蛇腹管側の接続部は、その内側から外側に向かって蛇腹管(A)の直管部(1)、ニップル(2)、蛇腹管の補強部(3)及び締結カラー(4)の順に嵌合、固着されて構成されており、且つ該ニップル(2)は該補強部(3)に接合された基部(2-1)と前記補強部(3)及び締結カラー(4)の端面より金属管(B)側に延出した接続端部(2-2)を有すると共に、該締結カラー(4)は同金属管(B)側に位置する小径部(4-1)とこれと連続して金属蛇腹管(A)の蛇腹側に位置する大径部(4-2)有しており、
一方、金属管(B)側の接続部は、金属管(B)の接続端部(6)とこの接続端部(6)の外側に固着されスリーブ(7)で構成され、該スリーブ(7)は同接続端部(6)に接合する基部(7-1)と前記金属蛇腹管(A)側に延出した嵌合端部(7-2)を有しており、
そして、前記金属管(B)における前記スリーブ(7)の嵌合端部(7-2)が金属蛇腹管(A)における締結カラー(4)の小径部(4-1)外嵌されており、
さらに金属蛇腹管(A)における補強部(3)及び締結カラー(4)の端面と金属管(B)の接続端部(6)の端面とが当接または近接の状態で、同ニップル(2)の接続端部(2-2)外面と同金属管(B)の接続端部(6)内面が熱硬化性樹脂により接着、固定されてなること、
を特徴とする異種金属管の接続構造。 - スリーブ(7)の基部(7-1)と金属管(B)の接続端部(6)とが加締めにより固着されてなる請求項1に記載の異種金属管の接続構造。
- スリーブ(7)の嵌合端部(7-2)とこれが外嵌された締結カラー(4)の小径部(4-1)とは互いに外力によって固着されていない状態である請求項1又は2に記載の異種金属管の接続構造。
- 金属蛇腹管がステンレス蛇腹管であり、金属管がアルミ管である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の異種金属管の接続構造。
