Claims (6)
- コイルを含むステータと、
一端面が前記ステータに対向して配置される磁極と、
前記磁極が設けられ、前記ステータからの電磁気的エネルギーにより回転するロータと
を備え、
前記ロータは、
前記磁極の他端面が設けられる外周側の面と、
その面から同心円状に段階的に絞り加工された部分と、
前記ロータの回転軸上に位置し、前記ステータ側に突出する軸部とを含み、
前記ロータの外周側の面と前記絞り加工された部分と前記軸部とは一体成形され、
前記軸部は、前記ステータ側に設けられた軸受けによって、前記軸部の軸心を中心として回転自在に支持されており、
前記ロータの外周側の面が前記ロータの回転軸に直交するように形成されるとともに、
前記絞り加工された部分または前記軸部に前記ロータの回転軸に直交する面が形成された
ことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 前記絞り加工された部分によりワンウェイクラッチを収容する空間が形成された
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転電機。 - 固定されたステータと該ステータからの電磁気的エネルギーにより回転するロータとを有し、
前記ロータは、
磁極が設けられる外周側の面と、
その面から同心円状に段階的に絞り加工された部分と、
前記ロータの回転軸上に位置し、前記ステータ側に突出する軸部とを含み、
前記ロータの外周側の面と前記絞り加工された部分と前記軸部とは一体成形され、
前記軸部は、前記ステータ側に設けられた軸受けによって、前記軸部の軸心を中心として回転自在に支持されており、
前記ロータの外周側の面が前記ロータの回転軸に直交するように形成されるとともに、
前記絞り加工された部分または前記軸部に前記ロータの回転軸に直交する面が形成され、
前記直交する面に雌ネジが形成された
ことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 前記雌ネジが前記ロータの回転軸上に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の回転電機。
- 前記雌ネジが複数形成されかつ前記ロータの回転軸の周囲に均等に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の回転電機。
- 前記直交する面は、前記絞り加工された部分のうち前記軸受けに押圧される部分に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は3記載の回転電機。
