Description

<実施形態>
クランプ手段10の塑性変形中に、保持クランプ2はガス圧力シリンダ1上でしっかりクランプされているので、凸状部19は弾性変形によってある程度膨張し、これによって凸状部の弾性復元力の結果として、接触面16の領域内においてガス圧力シリンダ1に対するクランプリング3の押圧が可能となり、従って補強される保持クランプの弾性的クランプ作用も可能となる。クランプリングの半径が13.75mmである場合、凸状部の曲率半径は2.5mmである。

Claims (8)
- エアバッグ用のガス貯蔵シリンダ(1)を固定するための保持クランプ(2)であって、その周囲に沿ってガス貯蔵シリンダ(1)を取囲むクランプリング(3)を備え、このクランプリング(3)が、曲げられたシートメタル帯(6)の形状であり、かつクランプリングの長さを縮小することにより、ガス貯蔵シリンダ(1)の周囲でクランプリング(3)を締め付けるためのクランプ手段(11)を有しており、および
取付ボルト(5)を備え、このボルトがクランプリング(3)の開口部(40)を貫通して延びかつクランプリング(3)の内側に配置された頭部(9)を有しており、この頭部(9)がクランプリング(3)の内側(36)に対してクランプボルト(5)が回るのを防ぐために、回転防止縁部(38)を有している保持クランプにおいて、
クランプリング(3)が、各々開口部(8a,8b)を有する、一組の互いにオーバーラップする端部(7a,7b)を有していること、かつ取付けボルト(5)が、これらの開口部(8a,8b)の両方を貫通して延びていること、
および、
クランプ手段(11)がクランプリング(3)内に形成された一組の脚部を有するU字形の部分(12)を備え、このU字形の部分(12)が前記脚部分の内側端部を一緒に引き入れることにより変形していることを特徴とする保持クランプ。 - クランプボルト(5)の頭部(9)が、多縁輪郭部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の保持クランプ。
- クランプリング(3)の内側面(16)の少なくとも一部が、粗面化部(17)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の保持クランプ。
- 粗面化部(17)が少なくとも約1μmの表面粗さを有していることを特徴とする請求項3記載の保持クランプ。
- クランプリング(3)の内側面(16)の全体が、粗面化部(17)を有していることを特徴とする請求項3記載の保持クランプ。
- クランプリング(3)が、クランプリング(3)の円周方向に延びている補強ビード(18)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の保持クランプ。
- クランプリング(3)が、クランプリング(3)の円周方向に延びているフランジ(22)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の保持クランプ。
- クランプリング(3)が、クランプリング(3)の隣接した部分間に設けられた凸面部(19)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の保持クランプ。
