Description
塩素化ポリオレフィンとして、塩素化ポリプロピレン溶液1(日本製紙社製 商品名「スーパークロン892L」、塩素含有率:22重量%、塩素化ポリプロピレン1:20重量%、トルエン:56重量%、シクロへキサン:24重量%)、塩素化ポリプロピレン溶液2(日本製紙社製 商品名「スーパークロン851L」、塩素含有率:19重量%、塩素化ポリプロピレン2:20重量%、トルエン:56重量%、シクロへキサン:24重量%)、又は、塩素化ポリプロピレン溶液3(東洋化成社製 商品名「ハードレン CY−9122」、塩素含有率:22重量%、塩素化ポリプロピレン3:20重量%、トルエン:80重量%)を、トリス(イソシアナトフェニル)チオホスフェート溶液(バイエルAG社製 商品名「Desmodur RFE」、トリス(イソシアナトフェニル)チオホスフェート:38重量%、酢酸エチル:62重量%)を、有機ジイソシアネート化合物として4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート溶液(フォーフロント社製 商品名「フロント#303」、4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート:38重量%、ジクロロメタン:62重量%)、又は、変性ポリイソシアネート溶液(日本ポリウレタン社製 商品名「コロネートL」、変性ポリイソシアネート:75重量%、酢酸エチル:25重量%)を各化合物の量が表1又は表2に示した所定量(重量部)づつとなるように溶液を混合して均一になるように攪拌して、樹脂組成物を溶媒に溶解させてなる樹脂溶液を得た。
ジオール化合物(関西ペイント社製 商品名「レタンPG80」)80重量部と、樹脂溶液20重量部とからなる二液型ウレタン系樹脂塗料を得た。
アクリル系樹脂塗料(関西ペイント社製 商品名「マジクロン1000」)80重量部に樹脂溶液20重量部を添加した。
樹脂溶液を25℃に保持された雰囲気下に2週間に亘って放置した後、樹脂溶液を目視観察し、下記基準に基づいて判断した。
◎・・・放置前後で変化はなかった。
○・・・ややゲル化した。
△・・・ゲル化した。
×・・・固化してしまった。
縦100mm×横50mm×厚み2mmのポリプロピレン板(ソフテック社製 商品名「ナチュラル」)の表面をトルエンを用いて油分を除去した。次に、上記ポリプロピレン板の表面に、塗布装置(RK PRINT−COAT INSTRUMENT LTD.製 商品名「K コントロールコーター」、ワイヤー径310μm〔密接巻、ウェット膜圧24μm〕)を用いて、塗布直後の塗膜が24μmとなるようにウレタン系樹脂塗料又はアクリル系樹脂塗料を塗布した後、ポリプロピレン板を100℃に保持した熱風乾燥機中に5分間に亘って放置して焼き付けを行った。
○・・・試験結果の分類の「2」であった。
×・・・試験結果の分類の「3」「4」であった。
Claims (11)
- 塩素含有率が10〜50重量%である塩素化ポリオレフィン100重量部、トリス(イソシアナトフェニル)チオホスフェート0.01〜10重量部及び有機ジイソシアネート化合物2〜40重量部を含有することを特徴とする樹脂組成物。
- 塩素化ポリオレフィンの塩素含有率が14〜40重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 塩素化ポリオレフィンの塩素含有率が20〜30重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 塩素化ポリオレフィン100重量部に対してトリス(イソシアナトフェニル)チオホスフェートが0.5〜5重量部含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 塩素化ポリオレフィン100重量部に対して有機ジイソシアネート化合物が3〜30重量部含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 有機ジイソシアネート化合物が、4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物を含有することを特徴とする塗料。
- 請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物を溶媒に溶解させてなり、上記樹脂組成物を10〜40重量%含有することを特徴とする樹脂溶液。
- 請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物と、ポリオールとからなるウレタン系樹脂塗料。
- 請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物を含有することを特徴とする接着剤。
- 請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物を含有することを特徴とする印刷インキ。
