Description
請求項1記載の発明においては、分割された複数の一次成形品には、分割された複数の一次成形品を接合するための継手部が形成され、接合された継手部には二次成形用の樹脂材を注入する流路が形成されている。この分割された複数の一次成形品を二次成形用型にセットし、二次成形用樹脂材の流路に、加熱媒体と二次成形用樹脂材とを選択的に注入できるようにする。
分割された複数の一次成形品には、分割された複数の一次成形品を接合するための継手部が形成され、接合された継手部には二次成形用の樹脂材を注入する流路が形成されている。この分割された複数の一次成形品を二次成形用型にセットし、二次成形用樹脂材の流路に、加熱媒体と二次成形用樹脂材とを選択的に注入できるようにする。

Claims (8)
- 分割された複数の一次成形品を二次成形用型にセットし、前記複数の一次成形品を接合する継手部に形成された二次成形用樹脂材の流路に、加熱媒体を送給する樹脂成形品の二次成形時における加熱媒体送給方法であって、
前記加熱媒体を前記流路に送給する前に前記加熱媒体をバイパス通路から型外に排出するアイドリング工程と、前記加熱媒体を前記流路に送給して加熱する加熱媒体加熱工程と、前記流路内に二次成形用樹脂材を注入する樹脂材注入工程と、を経て成形されることを特徴とする樹脂成形品の二次成形時における加熱媒体送給方法。 - 前記加熱媒体を噴射するノズル部の噴射口は、前記流路内への通路を塞いで前記バイパス通路を開放する位置に配置する第1の位置と、前記バイパス通路を塞いで前記流路内への通路を開放する位置に配置する第2の位置とを、移動可能に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂成形品の二次成形時における加熱媒体送給方法。
- 前記加熱媒体の、前記流路への流入口が、前記樹脂材の注入口のオーバフロー側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の樹脂成形の二次成形時における加熱媒体送給方法。
- 分割された複数の一次成形品を二次成形用型にセットし、前記複数の一次成形品を接合する継手部に形成された二次成形用樹脂材の流路に、加熱媒体を送給する樹脂成形品の二次成形時における加熱媒体送給装置であって、
前記二次成形用型には、加熱媒体を前記樹脂成形品の流路に向かって搬送する通路と加熱媒体を型外に排出するバイパス通路とを形成するハウジング部が配置されるとともに、
前記ハウジング部の各通路に加熱媒体を送給する加熱媒体発生装置と、前記加熱媒体発生装置の先端部に配置するノズル部と、前記ハウジング部内に形成されて前記ノズル部を摺動案内するガイド孔とを備え、
前記ノズル部に形成される噴射口が、前記流路内への通路を塞いで前記バイパス通路を開放する位置に配置する第1の位置と、前記バイパス通路を塞いで前記流路内への通路を開放する位置に配置する第2の位置とを移動可能に構成されることを特徴とする樹脂成形品の二次成形時における加熱媒体送給装置。 - 前記バイパス通路の排出口には消音部材が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の樹脂成形品の二次成形時における加熱媒体送給装置。
- ハウジング部と、前記ハウジング部に内に先端部を摺動可能に配置する加熱媒体発生装置とを備え、
前記ハウジング部が、加熱媒体を前記ハウジング部外に排出する第1の通路と加熱媒体を主通路に向かって搬送する第2の通路とを有して形成され、
前記加熱媒体発生装置は、前記ハウジング部の各通路に加熱媒体を送給するために、前記加熱媒体送給本体の先端部に配置するノズル部を備え、
前記ノズル部に形成される噴射口が、前記主通路内への通路を塞いで前記バイパス通路を開放する位置に配置する第1の位置と、前記バイパス通路を塞いで前記主通路内への通路を開放する位置に配置する第2の位置とを、前記ハウジング部内に形成されるガイド孔に沿って移動可能に配設されることを特徴とする加熱媒体送給構造。 - 前記ノズルの噴射口が、前記ノズルの軸心に対して側壁側に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の加熱媒体送給構造。
- 前記加熱媒体が、加熱された空気であることを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の加熱媒体送給構造。
