Description
請求項1記載の発明では、分割された複数の一次成形品には、分割された複数の一次成形品を接合するための継手部が形成され、接合された継手部には二次成形用の樹脂材を注入する流路が形成されている。この分割された複数の一次成形品を二次成形用型にセットし、二次成形用樹脂材の流路に、加熱媒体と二次成形用樹脂材とを選択的に注入できるようにする。

Claims (9)
- 分割された複数の一次成形品を二次成形用型にセットし、前記複数の一次成形品を接合する継手部に形成された二次成形用樹脂材の流路に、加熱媒体と二次成形用樹脂材とを選択的に注入する樹脂成形品の製造方法であって、
前記一次成形品を前記二次成形用型にセットした後、前記流路の一方から前記加熱媒体を流入する加熱媒体流入工程と、その後、加熱媒体の流入通路と樹脂材注入通路とを切り替える通路切替工程と、切替工程後、前記流路の他方から前記二次成形用樹脂材を注入する樹脂材注入工程とを経て、型開きして二次成形品を取り出すことを特徴とする樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 前記加熱媒体流入工程と前記樹脂材注入工程との間に、前記樹脂材の注入口における温度を検出する温度コントロール工程を介在することを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記通路切替工程が、加熱媒体の流入と樹脂材注入とを選択的に切り替える切替装置によって作動され、前記切替装置が前記二次成形用樹脂材の注入口付近に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 分割された複数の一次成形品には、それぞれ接合継手部を形成するとともに、接合面に管状通路が形成され、前記一次成形品を二次成形用型にセットしてそれぞれの管状通路を突き合わせることによって形成される流路に、二次成形用樹脂材を注入することによって二次成形品を形成するとともに、前記二次成形品の成形時に、加熱媒体の流入と二次成形用樹脂材の注入とを切替可能に構成する二次成形時における加熱媒体と樹脂材との切替装置であって、
前記二次成形用樹脂材の注入口付近に配置するランナーブロックと、前記ランナーブロック内を摺動するスライドコアとを備えて構成され、
前記ランナーブロックには、前記流路に接続する案内通路が形成され、前記スライドコアには、加熱媒体通路と樹脂材通路が並設して配置され、
前記スライドコアが、前記加熱媒体通路又は前記樹脂材通路とのいずれかを、選択的に前記案内通路と対向する位置に移動するように構成されることを特徴とする二次成形時における加熱媒体と樹脂材との切替装置。 - 前記ランナーブロックには、前記加熱媒体通路に接続可能な加熱媒体排出通路が形成され、切替弁の作動で前記加熱媒体通路が前記加熱媒体排出通路に連通することによって、前記加熱媒体が大気に排出されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の二次成形時における加熱媒体と樹脂材との切替装置。
- 成形用型への成形用樹脂材の注入口付近に配置される切替装置であって、
成形用型側の型側通路と、前記注入口側の注入側通路とを区画するランナーブロックと、
前記ランナーブロックに、前記型側通路と前記注入側通路とに対して相対的に移動可能に配置された可動コアとを備え、
前記可動コアは、
前記型側通路と前記注入側通路とを連通可能な第1通路と、
前記注入側通路から遮断されており、かつ前記型側通路に連通可能であって、しかも前記加熱媒体の排出通路に連通する第2通路とを備え、
前記注入口から樹脂材を注入する際に、前記第1通路によって前記型側通路と前記注入側通路とを連通するように移動され、前記型側通路から加熱媒体を排出する際に、前記第2通路によって前記型側通路と前記注入側通路とを遮断するとともに前記型側通路を前記加熱媒体の排出通路に連通するように移動され、
前記加熱媒体は、前記成形用型内に配置された一次成形品を加熱するために加熱された空気であって、
前記排出通路は、前記加熱媒体としての空気を大気へ放出する通路であることを特徴とする切替装置。 - 前記第2通路には、前記加熱媒体の温度を検出するための温度センサが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の切替装置。
- 前記ランナーブロックと前記コアとは、前記成形用型の型分割面に面して配置され、前記型側通路と、前記注入側通路と、前記第1通路と、前記第2通路とは、対向する分割面間に区画されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の切替装置。
- 前記コアは、前記ランナーブロックに対して相対的にスライド移動可能なスライドコアであって、前記第1通路と、前記第2通路とがスライド方向に関して並べて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6乃至8のいずれかに記載の切替装置。
