Claims (9)
- −第1のばね(12)の力により締結方向に、給圧により切断方向に操作される第1の作動装置(9)及び
−第2のばね(16)の力により締結方向に、給圧により切断方向に操作される第2の作動装置(13)を有し、
−締結方向に操作された第1の作動装置(9)及び切断方向に操作された第2の作動装置(13)により1速が接続され、
−締結方向に操作された第2の作動装置(13)及び切断方向に操作された第1の作動装置(9)により2速が接続され、
−締結方向に操作された第1及び第2の作動装置(9、13)によって変速機の出力部が制動され、その際第1の操作装置(9)に第1のばね(12)のばね力だけが、第2の作動装置(13)に第2のばね(16)のばね力だけが作用する
少なくとも2段の切換式変速機において、
−1速に接続するときに第1の作動装置(9)の作動力が第1のばね(12)のばね力及び第2の作動装置(13)の給圧によって生じる油圧力からなる
ことを特徴とする切換式変速機。 - 2速に接続するときに締結方向に操作された第2の作動装置(13)の作動力が第2の作動装置(13)のばね力だけからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切換式変速機。
- 第1の作動装置(9)のピストン(11)が第2の作動装置(13)のピストン(15)と同軸に配列され、第1の作動装置(9)のピストン(11)が第2の作動装置(13)のピストン(15)のためのシリンダをなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切換式変速機。
- 第2の作動装置(13)の圧油供給が第1の作動装置(9)のピストン(11)を貫いて行われることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の切換式変速機。
- 作動装置(9、13)が多板クラッチ(2、7)に作用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切換式変速機。
- 出力部の回転時に2つの作動装置(9、13)が無圧に切換えられると、半径方向外側のクラッチ(7)がこのクラッチ(7)のディスクの回転数差の減少により出力部を制動し、半径方向内側のクラッチのディスクが制動時に回転数差がないように、作動装置(9、13)のばね力が設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切換式変速機。
- 圧油が、圧油供給源(17)からギヤシフト弁(20)によりアキュムレータ(24)及び一方絞り弁(25)を経て第1の作動装置(9)に接続されるか、又は一方絞り弁(22)を経て第2の作動装置(13)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切換式変速機。
- 圧油供給源(17)とギヤシフト弁(20)の間に圧力弁(19)及び駐車ブレーキ弁(18)が配置され、圧力弁(19)及び駐車ブレーキ弁(18)によってギヤシフト弁(20)と圧力供給源を接続又は切断することができることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の切換式変速機。
- 第2の作動装置(13)への圧油供給を閉鎖し、第1の作動装置(9)に圧油を給入することによって、第1及び第2の作動装置(9、13)が切断方向に操作されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切換式変速機。
