【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、巻き上げシャフト（布軸）とジョイントアーム（関節式アーム）を支承するための２つの保持ブラケット（持ち送り、コンソール）、上記ジョイントアームの傾き調節のための装置、上記巻き上げシャフトの両側に配設された各サイドフェイス（側壁）、及び壁面取付具を備えて成るジョイントアーム（連接型）日よけ乃至オーニングに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
大抵のジョイントアーム日よけは、巻き上げシャフトと平行に且つこれと距離を置いて延在する所謂支持パイプ（取付管）を備え、該支持パイプにジョイントアーム及びジョイントアーム傾斜調節用装置が備え付けられている。

一方でまた、支持パイプのない構造も公知ではあるが、この場合ジョイントアームを別の方法で支持する必要がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の根底をなす課題は、上述したタイプのジョイントアーム日よけを、ジョイントアームの傾斜角が平易に調節可能であると同時に、コンパクトで堅牢な構造が達成されるように改良することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この課題は本発明に従い、サイドフェイスがブラケットの外側に固定され、各ジョイントアームが夫々サイドフェイスの内側に枢着（関節式に連結）され、巻き上げシャフトがブラケットにおいて支承され、更にサイドフェイスがブラケットに対する傾斜角を調節可能であるように、上記傾き調節のための装置が形成され、サイドフェイスが、ブラケットの支承空所（ support cutout ）にピボット旋回可能に支承され且つその最終位置が調節可能であるようになった支承突出部を有し、当該支承突出部が、円切片形状の支承部分と、その支承部分より小さな曲率半径の部分とその部分に続く段部を有する凹型のカム部分とを備えて構成され、壁面取付具が、少なくとも１つの加減ネジの為のネジ孔を備え、当該加減ネジがカム部分の段部の下に下方からセットされ、当該段部をその軸線上の位置に応じた位置に固定するように、加減ネジが合わせられることにより解決される。

サイドフェイスは、一方で、側面カバーの従来の機能を引き受け、防護的役割を果たすと同時にデザイン的な要素を担う。その一方で同時に、サイドフェイスはジョイントアームの固定に供される。

サイドフェイスが、ブラケットの支承空所においてピボット旋回可能に支承され且つその最終位置が調節可能であるような突出部を有することにより、コンパクトな軸受構造が提供されると同時に角度調節も可能となる。

突風により上に持ち上げられるのを防ぐ為に、第２の加減ネジの為の第２のネジ孔が第１の加減ネジに対しほぼ平行に配設されていても良い。この第２の加減ネジは半径方向のより内側でカム部分に作用する。

更に、巻き上げシャフトの縦中心軸線が傾斜角調節（変更）の為の旋回軸受中心と同一線上にあっても良い。しかるに、巻き上げシャフトの位置は傾斜角調節にかかわらず、不動のままである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明を好適な実施例を基に、図面を用いて詳細に説明する。
図示されたジョイントアーム日よけ１は、２つの壁面取付具２、該取付具の上に形状嵌め合い（形状拘束的なすり合わせ）により固定された２つのブラケット３、及び日よけ布を巻き上げる為の巻き上げシャフト（布軸）４を備えて成る。巻き上げシャフトは回転軸の軸線５回りに回転可能に支承されている。

ブラケット３の外側にサイドフェイス６が配設され、この内側に２つのジョイントアーム部分８，９から成る２本のジョイントアーム１０が、固定用突出部分７を介して固定されている。内側ジョイントアーム部分８は旋回ジョイント（継ぎ手）１１を介して固定用突出部分７と、また逆側では旋回ジョイント１２を介して外側ジョイントアーム部分９と連結されている。一方で外側ジョイントアーム部分９は、旋回ジョイント１３を介して降下部(drop-out profile)１４とも連結されている。日よけ布（図示せず）はひも溝１４’を介して降下部１４に固定され得る。

サイドフェイス６はその内側に支承突出部１５を有し、該突出部はこれと対応する保持ブラケット３の丸い支承空所１６においてピボット回転可能に支承されている。該突出部の旋回中心５’は巻き上げシャフトの縦軸線５と同一直線上にある。

支承突出部１５は円切片形状を成す部分１７とカム部分１８を備えて成る。一方でカム部分は、円切片形状の支承空所１６よりも僅かに小さい曲率半径を有する湾曲部分１９、及びこのように形成されている肩部（傾斜部）２０を備えて成る。

ブラケット３は２つの加減ネジ２３，２４の為に、間隔を置いて互いに平行に延びるネジ孔２１，２２を備えている。第１の加減ネジ２３は支承突出部１５領域に達し、肩部２０の下方に当接する。その結果、第１加減ネジ２３は肩部２０を下方から支持し、傾斜角調節に供する該加減ネジ２３を軸線方向において変位させることで、支承突出部１５の角度位置（angle position）が変更される。これにより、連結されたサイドフェイス６の角度位置も、更にはこれに伴って、サイドフェイス６に固定されたジョイントアーム１０の角度位置もまた変更される。第２加減ネジ２４は支承突出部１５が無理に上方へ捩じれるのを阻止する。これにより、突風などにより上方へ持ち上げられることへの安全策もまた手に入れられる。

図２と図３を比較することで、加減ネジ２３と加減ネジ２４の夫々の位置を変更することにより、いかにしてジョイントアーム１０の位置が、及びこれに伴って降下部１４の位置が、水平位置、つまり図２に示された傾斜角０°を有する位置から、図３に示された３０°傾斜した位置へ変更可能であるか明らかである。

サイドフェイス６は、固定ネジ２７用の孔２６を有する支承キャップ２５により、ブラケット３に固定されている。該固定ネジはブラケット３の長孔２８を貫通し、サイドフェイス６の内側のネジ孔２９に係合する。支承キャップ２５は巻き上げシャフト４の支持に供される。

Claims (3)

  1. 巻き上げシャフト（４）とジョイントアーム（１０）を支承するための２つのブラケット（３）、ジョイントアーム（１０）の傾き調節のための装置、巻き上げシャフト（４）の両側に配設された各サイドフェイス（６）、及び壁面取付具（２）を備えて成るジョイントアーム日よけにして、
    サイドフェイス（６）がブラケット（３）の外側に固定されていること、
    各ジョイントアーム（８，９）が夫々サイドフェイス（６）の内側に枢着されていること、
    巻き上げシャフト（４）が両ブラケット（３）に支承されていること、
    サイドフェイス（６）がブラケット（３）に対する傾斜角を調節可能であるように、上記傾き調節のための装置が形成されていること、
    サイドフェイス（６）が、ブラケット（３）の支承空所（１６）にピボット旋回可能に支承され且つその最終位置が調節可能であるようになった支承突出部（１５）を有すること、
    支承突出部（１５）が、円切片形状の支承部分（１７）と、その支承部分より小さな曲率半径の部分とその部分に続く段部（２０）を有する凹型のカム部分（１８）とを備えて構成されること、
    壁面取付具（２）が、少なくとも１つの加減ネジ（２３，２４）の為のネジ孔（２１，２２）を備え、加減ネジ（２３，２４）がカム部分（１８）の段部（２０）の下に下方からセットされ、当該段部をその軸線上の位置に応じた位置に固定するように、加減ネジが合わせられること、
    を特徴とするジョイントアーム日よけ。
  2. 半径方向のより内側でカム部分（１８）に作用する第２の加減ネジ（２４）の為の第２のネジ孔（２２）が、第１の加減ネジ（２３）に対しほぼ平行に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載のジョイントアーム日よけ。
  3. 巻き上げシャフト（４）の縦中心軸線（５）が旋回支承軸線（５’）と同一平面上にあることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載のジョイントアーム日よけ。
