Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、日除け（オーニン
グ、天幕）、例えば支持パイプに配設されたジョイント
アームを備えてなるジョイントアーム日除けに関するも
のであり、当該日除けにおいては、支持パイプの傾き及
びそれ故にジョイントアームの傾き及び／又は支持パイ
プに対するジョイントアームの傾きが調整可能であり、
日除け生地はドロップアウトパイプ(drop-out pipe)と
生地シャフトに配設された生地ロールとの間に延在して
おり、上記生地ロールの一部とドロップアウトパイプ
は、ドロップアウトパイプの引き込み状態において防水
ブラインドによって覆われている。
【０００２】
【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】一般的
タイプのジョイントアーム日除けにおいて、防水ブライ
ンドが引き込み状態で日除け配置装置全体を雨から護る
ために備えられており、当該防水ブラインドの前縁部は
ドロップアウトパイプ又はその断面の上縁に越えて延び
ている。
【０００３】本発明の目的は、ジョイントアームの傾き
角が特に支持パイプの回転によって調節される場合で
も、防水ブラインドとドロップアウトパイプの間で雨を
防ぐ、美的に魅力的で隙間なく密接する(close-lying)
覆いを確保することにある。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明によれば、この目
的は、防水ブラインドがピボット回転（旋回）可能に取
り付けられ、スプリング又は重力によって日除け生地の
上側に向いた方向に片寄らされて防水ブラインドがジョ
イントアームの傾きの調整に拘わらず日除け生地の上側
に据えられることによって達成される。
【０００５】本発明に係るデザインによって、手動によ
るリセットなしで防水ブラインドの隙間なく密接する接
触が傾き角のいかなる変化に対しても保証されることが
達成され、これによって雨がしみ込むことが確実に防が
れ、魅力的な総合的な外観を保証する。
【０００６】たとえジョイントアーム日除けが下記のよ
うに取り扱われても、本発明に係る基本的な考えは他の
タイプの日除け、例えばハウス日除けでも同じように実
行可能である。
【０００７】好ましくは、上記スプリングが防水ブライ
ンドに回転不能に連結された前壁とスプリングケースに
おける回転不能な付属部(継ぎ足し部、appendix)との間
に延在する螺旋状の圧縮スプリングであるとしてなされ
る。その結果、当該スプリングは外部から見られず、最
適なリセットが保証される。
【０００８】上記付属部は生地シャフト用支持部に対し
て回転不能に配設可能であり、当該支持部自体は上記支
持パイプに連結されている。このようにして、圧縮スプ
リングが支承される接合部(abutment)が形成される。
【０００９】最後に、防水ブラインドが側方キャップと
接続されるようにもたらされる。当該キャップは防水ブ
ラインドと共にピボット回転可能に取り付けられ、その
結果、閉じられた外観(closed appearance)が傾き角の
調整にも拘わらずサイドからも保証される。
【００１０】
【発明の実施の態様】本発明の詳細は、図面に関連した
例示的な態様の以下の記載から明らかとなろう。
【００１１】図に示されたジョイントアーム日除けは、
少なくとも２個の支持パイプホルダー２と固定ネジ３と
によって壁(図示せず）に固定された支持パイプ１を備
えてなる。
【００１２】セットネジ３’は、支持パイプホルダー２
内に配設され、セットカム(図示せず）によって支持パ
イプ１の溝部４に係合し、セットネジ３’のセットカム
の高さ調整によって支持パイプ１が回転し、傾き角の調
整がなされうる。
【００１３】生地シャフト６が支持部５によって回転可
能に取り付けられており、当該生地シャフト６は鎖線で
概略的に示された日除け生地８を固定するための管状溝
７を有している。当該生地は引き込み状態において同様
に鎖線で概略的に示された生地ロール９を形成する。
【００１４】更に、ジョイントアーム１１がＵ形状の支
持部１０を介して支持パイプ１に配置されており、当該
ジョイントアーム１１は、ピボット軸線１３回りにピボ
ット回転可能に支持部１０に取り付けられた内側ジョイ
ントアーム部分１２と、ピボットジョイントによって内
側ジョイントアーム部分（第１ジョイントアーム部分）
１２に連結した外側ジョイントアーム部分１４とを備え
てなっている。外側ジョイントアーム部分の外端にドロ
ップアウトパイプ１５がピボット軸線１６を介して連節
する。当該ドロップアウトパイプ１５は日除け生地８の
外端を固定するための管状溝１７とふさ飾り(図には示
さず）のための管状溝１８とを有する。
【００１５】防水ブラインド２０の内側湾曲部分２１は
それぞれ生地シャフト６と生地ロール９回りの部分にお
いて半円形に且つ生地シャフト６と同心に延在し、そし
て防水ブラインド２０の実質的に直線状の外側部分２２
が管状溝１７の外縁までドロップアウトパイプの上縁に
向かう方向に延びる。実質的に直線状の部分２２は僅か
に下方に曲がり、それ故に形成された隆起部(bulging)
は日除け生地８の上側に据えられる。
【００１６】図３に示されるように、カバー（防水ブラ
インド）２０は側方カバー２４を備えてなる外部キャッ
プ２３と連結し、上記側方カバーは横から見て引き込み
状態で生地ロール９の部分、ドロップアウトパイプ１５
及び引き込まれたジョイントアーム１１と重複する。
【００１７】上記外部キャップ２３はウェブ２５、２６
によってカバー２４と連結した内側部分２７を備えてな
り、当該内側部分２７は生地シャフト６と同軸に且つ支
持部５に対して回転不能に配設された内部キャップ２８
を取り囲んでいる。
【００１８】当該内側部分２７は更に螺旋状スプリング
３０用ケース２９を備えてなり、当該スプリングは上記
ケース２９に半円形に案内され、一方でケース２９の前
壁に支持され、他方で内部キャップ２８での付属部３２
に支持され、その結果、上記螺旋状スプリングは内側部
分２７及びそれ故に外部キャップ２３を片寄らせ、そし
て外部キャップを介して防水ブラインド２０を矢印３３
の方向に片寄らせて、その結果、図１と図２又は図３と
図４のそれぞれの比較から認識されうるように傾き角の
選択調整にも拘わらず、防水ブラインド２０が日除け生
地８の上側に押しやられる。なお防水ブランド２０はピ
ボット回転可能に取り付けられており、これを上記スプ
リング３０によって片寄らせるのではなく、その重力に
よって片寄らせるようにすることも可能である。これに
よって、手動によるリセットなしで防水ブランドの隙間
のない密接が傾き角のいかなる変化に対しても確保され
ることとなる。その際、上記外部キャップ２３や防水ブ
ランドにウエイトを配置させると、そのリセット効果が
増大することとなる。

Claims (7)

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 支持パイプ（１）に配設されたジョイン
    トアーム（１１）を備えてなる日除け、例えばジョイン
    トアーム日除けにして、支持パイプ（１）の傾き及びそ
    れ故にジョイントアーム（１１）の傾き及び／又は支持
    パイプ（１）に対するジョイントアーム（１１）の傾き
    が調整可能であり、ドロップアウトパイプ（１５）と生
    地シャフト（６）に配設された生地ロール（９）との間
    に日除け生地（８）が延在しており、上記生地ロール
    （９）の一部とドロップアウトパイプ（１５）は、ドロ
    ップアウトパイプの引き込み状態において防水ブライン
    ド（２０）によって覆われている日除けにおいて、 上記防水ブラインド（２０）がピボット回転可能に取り
    付けられ、少なくとも１個のスプリング（３０）によっ
    て日除け生地（８）の上側に向いた方向に片寄らされ
    て、ジョイントアームの傾きの調整にも拘らず、防水ブ
    ラインド（２０）が日除け生地（８）の上側にあること
    を特徴とする日除け。
  2. 【請求項２】 支持パイプ（１）に配設されたジョイン
    トアーム（１１）を備えてなる日除け、例えばジョイン
    トアーム日除けにして、支持パイプ（１）の傾き及びそ
    れ故にジョイントアーム（１１）の傾き及び／又は支持
    パイプ（１）に対するジョイントアーム（１１）の傾き
    が調整可能であり、ドロップアウトパイプ（１５）と生
    地シャフト（６）に配設された生地ロール（９）との間
    に日除け生地（８）が延在しており、上記生地ロール
    （９）の一部とドロップアウトパイプ（１５）は、ドロ
    ップアウトパイプの引き込み状態において防水ブライン
    ド（２０）によって覆われている日除けにおいて、 上記防水ブラインド（２０）がピボット回転可能に取り
    付けられ、重力によって日除け生地（８）の上側に向い
    た方向に片寄らされて、ジョイントアームの傾きの調整
    にも拘らず、防水ブラインド（２０）が日除け生地
    （８）の上側にあることを特徴とする日除け。
  3. 【請求項３】 上記スプリングが、上記防水ブラインド
    （２０）に回転不能に連結された前壁（３１）と回転不
    能な付属部（３２）の間でスプリングケース（２９）内
    に延在する螺旋状圧縮スプリング（３０）であることを
    特徴とする請求項１に記載のジョイントアーム日除け。
  4. 【請求項４】 上記付属部（３２）が生地シャフト
    （６）のための支持部（５）に対し回転不能に取り付け
    られ、上記生地シャフト（６）が支持パイプ（１）に接
    続していることを特徴とする請求項３に記載のジョイン
    トアーム日除け。
  5. 【請求項５】 上記防水ブラインド（２０）が、当該防
    水ブラインド（２０）と共にピボット回転可能に取り付
    けられた側方外部キャップ（２３）と連結していること
    を特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載のジョイントアーム
    日除け。
  6. 【請求項６】 上記螺旋状圧縮スプリング（３０）が、
    防水ブラインド（２０）と支持部（５）の間に配設され
    て備えられることを特徴とする請求項４に記載のジョイ
    ントアーム日除け。
  7. 【請求項７】 上記防水ブラインド（２０）が、当該防
    水ブラインド（２０）と共にピボット回転可能に取り付
    けられた側方外部キャップ（２３）と連結しており、防
    水ブラインド（２０）の重力のためのリセット効果が、
    上記外部キャップ（２３）又は防水ブラインド（２０）
    に配設されたウエイトによって増加することを特徴とす
    る請求項２に記載のジョイントアーム日除け。
