(57)【要約】 【課題】 壁取付部を介して支承されたジョイントアー
ム（関節式アーム）を備えて成るジョイントアーム日よ
けであって、ジョイントアームの外側自由端が降下部と
枢着（関節式に連結）されているジョイントアーム日よ
けを、繰り出された状態においても、また引き込まれた
状態においても、簡潔な構造であり、且つ魅力的な外観
を実現可能なように改良すること。 【解決手段】 降下部（１４）が横断面で見て、壁面取
付具（２）の方向に向かって開いたＵ字形に形成され、
引き込まれた状態においては、降下部が折り畳まれたジ
ョイントアーム（１０）の大部分を包み込む。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、壁取付部を介して
支承されたジョイントアーム（関節式アーム）を備えて
成るジョイントアーム（連接型）日よけ乃至オーニング
であって、ジョイントアームの外側自由端が降下部（dr
op-out profile）と枢着（関節式に連結）されているジ
ョイントアーム日よけに関するものである。

【従来の技術】この種のジョイントアーム日よけにおい
ては、様々な実施態様が公知である。所謂ボックス型日
よけでは、ジョイントアームは、引き込まれた状態にお
いて、壁にしっかりと固定されたボックスの中に収納さ
れ、ボックスの前面は引き込まれた降下部により覆われ
ている。
【０００３】更に、引き込まれた状態において天候の影
響（日光や風雨など）から日よけ布を保護するために、
巻き上げシャフト（布軸）の上方に屋根のようなカバー
（覆い）を配設することが知られている。
【０００４】周知の構造はそれが比較的複雑であるとい
う欠点を有する。
【０００５】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】このことから本発明の
根底をなす課題は、冒頭に挙げた種類のジョイントアー
ム日よけを、特に支持パイプ（取付管）のない形態の日
よけにおいて、繰り出された状態においても、また引き
込まれた状態においても、簡潔な構造であり、且つ魅力
的な外観を実現可能なように改良することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】この課題は本発明に従
い、降下部が横断面で見て、壁面取付具の方に向かって
開き且つ引き込まれた状態においては折り畳まれたジョ
イントアームの大部分を包み込むＵ字形に形成されるこ
とにより解決される。
【０００７】従来の方法では、降下部は壁面取付具の方
に向かう延長乃至拡張部分を有していないか、或いはせ
いぜいへり部分に延長部分を有しているに過ぎない。こ
れに対し本発明によれば、降下部を事実上、ジョイント
アームとこれに固定された日よけ布のためのケーシング
として利用することが想定される。
【０００８】本発明の更に別の実施形態では、壁面取付
具の領域にサイドフェイス（側面乃至側壁）が配設さ
れ、ジョイントアームの内側端部がサイドフェイスの前
面内側に枢着（関節式に連結）されている。その結果、
ジョイントアームを固定する為の支持パイプは無用とな
る。
【０００９】収納された状態において、サイドフェイス
の外側形状が降下部の横断面の形状と同一平面にあって
一直線上に並ぶこと、またこれに伴い、全体として閉じ
た、殊に洗練された丸みを帯びた外観が創出されること
により、視覚的に特別魅力のある外観を得られることに
なる。
【００１０】更に別の好適な実施形態によると、滑動キ
ャップ（sliding caps）がジョイントアーム、殊にその
中央のジョイントに配設され、ジョイントアームが完全
には中心点にこない場合、落下部へのジョイントアーム
の引き込みを容易にする。該滑動キャップは滑動楔（sl
iding wedges）、或いは丸みを帯びた突起部や付属部で
あっても良い。
【００１１】巻き上げシャフトがブラケットに支承され
ていれば有利である。一方でブラケットは壁面取付具
に、とりわけ単純に掛ける乃至差し込むというやり方で
結合可能である。サイドフェイスが支承突出部を備え、
該突出部がブラケットに支承され、その傾斜（角）が調
整可能であることも考えられる。これにより極めてコン
パクトでありながら高度な機能性を有する構造が達成さ
れる。
【００１２】
【発明の実施の形態】以下に、本発明を好適な実施例を
基に、図面を用いて詳細に説明する。図示されたジョイ
ントアーム日よけ１は、２つの壁面取付具２、該取付具
の上に形状嵌め合い（形状拘束的なすり合わせ）により
固定された２つの壁ブラケット３、及び日よけ布を巻き
上げる為の巻き上げシャフト（布軸）４を備えて成る。
巻き上げシャフトは回転軸の軸線５回りに回転可能に支
承されている。
【００１３】壁ブラケット３の外側にサイドフェイス６
が配設され、この内側に２つのジョイントアーム部分
８，９から成る２本のジョイントアーム１０が、固定用
突出部分７を介して固定されている。内側ジョイントア
ーム部分８は旋回ジョイント（継ぎ手）１１を介して固
定用突出部分７と、また逆側では旋回ジョイント１２を
介して外側ジョイントアーム部分９と連結されている。
一方で外側ジョイントアーム部分９は、旋回ジョイント
１３を介して降下部１４とも連結されている。日よけ布
（図示せず）はひも溝１４’を介して降下部１４に固定
され得る。
【００１４】サイドフェイス６はその内側に支承突出部
１５を有し、該突出部はこれと対応する保持ブラケット
３の丸い支承空所１６においてピボット回転可能に支承
されている。
【００１５】支承突出部１５は円切片形状を成す部分１
７とカム部分１８を備えて成る。一方でカム部分は、円
切片形状の支承空所１６よりも僅かに小さい曲率半径を
有する湾曲部分１９、及びこのように形成されている肩
部（傾斜部）２０を備えて成る。
【００１６】ブラケット３は２つの加減ネジ２３，２４
の為に、間隔を置いて互いに平行に延びるネジ孔２１，
２２を備えている。第１の加減ネジ２３は支承突出部１
５領域に達し、肩部２０の下方に当接する。その結果、
第１加減ネジ２３は肩部２０を下方から支持し、傾斜角
調節に供する該加減ネジ２３を軸線方向において変位さ
せることで、支承突出部１５の角度位置（angle positi
on）が変更される。これにより、連結されたサイドフェ
イス６の角度位置も、更にはこれに伴って、サイドフェ
イス６に固定されたジョイントアーム１０の角度位置も
また変更される。第２加減ネジ２４は支承突出部１５が
無理に上方へ捩じれるのを阻止する。これにより、突風
などにより上方へ持ち上げられることへの安全策もまた
手に入れられる。
【００１７】図２と図３を比較することで、加減ネジ２
３と加減ネジ２４の夫々の位置を変更することにより、
いかにしてジョイントアーム１０の位置が、及びこれに
伴って降下部１４の位置が、水平位置、つまり図２に示
された傾斜角０°を有する位置から、図３に示された３
０°傾斜した位置へ変更可能であるか明らかである。
【００１８】降下部１４は横断面でＵ字形に形成され、
収納された状態において、ジョイントアーム１０をボッ
クスのように包み込む。
【００１９】ジョイントアーム１０の中心がわずかにず
れた場合に、降下部１４の滑動を助長する滑動キャップ
が、内側ジョイントアーム部分８と外側ジョイントアー
ム部分９の間の旋回ジョイント１２の上方の表面に配設
されている。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 壁取付部を介して支承されたジョイント
    アームを備えて成るジョイントアーム日よけであって、
    ジョイントアームの外側自由端が降下部と枢着されてい
    るジョイントアーム日よけにおいて、 降下部（１４）が横断面で見て、壁面取付具（２）の方
    に向かって開いたＵ字形に形成され、 引き込まれた状態で、降下部が折り畳まれたジョイント
    アーム（１０）の大部分を包み込むことを特徴とするジ
    ョイントアーム日よけ。
  2. 【請求項２】 壁面取付具（２）の領域にサイドフェイ
    ス（６）が配設され、ジョイントアーム（１０）の内側
    端部がサイドフェイス（６）の前面内側に枢着されてい
    ることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載のジョイントアー
    ム日よけ。
  3. 【請求項３】 引き込まれた状態において、サイドフェ
    イス（６）の外側形状が降下部（１４）の横断面の形状
    と同一平面上にあることを特徴とする、請求項２に記載
    のジョイントアーム日よけ。
  4. 【請求項４】 ジョイントアーム（１０）、殊にその中
    央ジョイントに、ジョイントアーム（１０）が完全には
    中心に合わない場合、落下部（１４）へジョイントアー
    ム（１０）を引き込むことを助長する滑動キャップが配
    設されることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載のジョイン
    トアーム日よけ。
  5. 【請求項５】 巻き上げシャフト（４）が両側でブラケ
    ット（３）に支承され、一方でブラケットが壁面取付具
    （２）に結合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項１に
    記載のジョイントアーム日よけ。
  6. 【請求項６】 サイドフェイス（６）が支承突出部（１
    ５）を備え、該突出部がブラケット（３）に傾斜角を調
    整可能に支承されることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載
    のジョイントアーム日よけ。
