Claims (14)
- アルミニウムと、銅と、アルミニウムと銅と同等以上の電気伝導率を有する低透磁率材料とのいずれかからなる被加熱物を誘導加熱可能な加熱コイルと、
前記加熱コイルと前記被加熱物との間で前記加熱コイルと対向して設けられ、前記加熱コイルの中央部に対向する開口部を有すると共に、前記開口部に開口しかつ外周部から隔離されて形成され、前記開口部周囲に発生する誘導電流による発熱を制限する溝部を有し、前記加熱コイルの発生する磁界により前記被加熱物に与えられる浮力を低減する電気導体と、を備え、前記電気導体は、前記加熱コイル巻線に沿って帯状に前記加熱コイルを覆う帯状部と、前記帯状部の内側に設けられ前記溝部をはさんで歯部が櫛状に設けられた櫛状部を有し、前記歯部の存在しない場合に比べ前記加熱コイルの等価直列抵抗を大きくする誘導加熱装置。 - 前記電気導体は外周部と前記開口部とに亘る少なくとも1つのスリットを有する、
請求項1記載の誘導加熱装置。 - 前記スリットの幅は前記溝部の幅より大きい、
請求項2記載の誘導加熱装置。 - 前記スリットは複数のスリットの1つであり、前記複数のスリットが対称的に設けられた、
請求項2記載の誘導加熱装置。 - 前記電気導体は円環形状に形成または配列され、前記電気導体の中心と前記加熱コイルの中心とが一致している、
請求項2に記載の誘導加熱装置。 - 円環形状の前記電気導体の外径が160mm以上200mm以下で、前記開口部の内径が前記外径の25%以上55%以下である、
請求項5記載の誘導加熱装置。 - 前記開口部の内径が前記外径の30%以上45%以下である、
請求項5記載の誘導加熱装置。 - 前記歯部の幅は0.5mm以上10mm以下である、
請求項5記載の誘導加熱装置。 - 前記歯部の幅は1mm以上6mm以下である、
請求項5記載の誘導加熱装置。 - 前記溝部の幅は0.5mm以上3mm以下である、
