Claims (4)
- 芯線の外周をシールド被覆部材で覆ったシールド電線と前記シールド電線に交差して配置されるアース線とを2つの樹脂部材で挟み、これら各樹脂部材間に圧縮力を作用させつつ超音波加振して樹脂部分を溶融させて前記シールド電線の前記シールド被覆部材と前記アース線の芯線との接触部分が形成されたシールド電線のシールド処理構造であって、
前記各樹脂部材の接合面に、前記シールド電線を収容するシールド電線収容溝と前記アース線を収容するアース線収容溝とがそれぞれ設けられると共に、該シールド電線収容溝の近傍で、且つ、前記アース線収容溝に突出するアース線保持突起部がそれぞれ設けられ、これら各アース線保持突起部は、前記2つの樹脂部材で前記シールド電線と前記アース線を挟み込んだ状態において、該各アース線保持突起部の先端面同士が中央部より両側の端部で近接するように設定された前記先端面の端部を備え、
前記アース線と前記シールド電線が密着した状態で前記アース線の芯線における前記シールド電線に沿う屈曲部分の近傍に位置する部分は、前記超音波加振による前記アース線の絶縁外皮が溶融する過程において、前記各アース線保持突起部の先端面の中央部において移動が許容されると共に、該各アース線保持突起部の先端面の端部に当接することを特徴とするシールド電線のシールド処理構造。 - 請求項1記載のシールド電線のシールド処理構造であって、
前記各アース線保持突起部の先端面は、その両側の端部が共に中央部より高く設定されたことを特徴とするシールド電線のシールド処理構造。 - 請求項1記載のシールド電線のシールド処理構造であって、
前記各アース線保持突起部の先端面は、互いに異なる一方の端部が中央部より高く設定されたことを特徴とするシールド電線のシールド処理構造。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のシールド電線のシールド処理構造であって、
前記各アース線保持突起部は、前記シールド電線収容溝の両側に設けられたことを特徴とするシールド電線のシールド処理構造。
