【産業上の利用分野】
本発明はラボシステムに係り、特にプレーヤやカメラとの情報の交換が可能なラボシステムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、現像済みスチル写真フイルムをＣＣＤ等のイメージセンサで撮像し、写真フイルムの画像を画像信号に変換し、これをモニタＴＶに出力してフイルム画像を表示するフイルムプレーヤは、ＷＯ９０／０４３０１、特開平５−５６３４５号公報等において公知である。

また、カメラに装着されたＩＣカードに撮影情報やプリント注文情報等を記録することができるデータ記録カメラが提案されている（特開昭６２−２０８０２８号公報）。このデータ記録カメラによって所定の情報が記録されたＩＣカードは、これに対応するフイルムと一緒にＤＰ取次店を経由してラボ（現像所）に送られ、現像に必要な情報を伝達するようにしている。また、ラボでの処理の内容、プリント枚数などの情報をＩＣカードに記録することにより、ユーザーに情報を返却できるようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記フイルムプレーヤにおいて、高画質のデジタル画像データを作成するためには高性能化が要求され、フイルムプレーヤが高価となる。又、高画質のデジタル画像データを高品位にプリントしようとすると、デジタルプリンタが高価となる。

一方、従来のＩＣカードを使用してラボとユーザーとの間で交換される情報はラボ用情報に止まる。
本発明はこのような事情に鑑みてなされたもので、ユーザーが高画質のデジタル画像データを安価に入手することができ、又、パソコン等で画像加工した画像データを安価にプリントできるラボシステムを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は前記目的を達成するために、スチル写真フイルムとともに受け付けたリムーバブルの第１の外部記憶媒体から該スチル写真フイルムに付属する情報であって、少なくともデジタル画像データのサービス要求の読み取りが可能な前処理部と、前記スチル写真フイルムを現像する現像機と、前記現像機で現像され又は既に現像されたフイルムの画像を撮像してデジタル画像データに変換する画像読取手段と、前記画像読取手段からのデジタル画像データに基づいてフイルム画像をプリントするデジタルプリンタと、前記スチル写真フイルムのユーザーに対して該スチル写真フイルムのデジタル画像データを提供するために前記第１の外部記憶媒体、又は他のリムーバブルの第２の外部記憶媒体へのデータの書き込みを行う書込手段と、を備え、前記前処理部は、ユーザからデジタル画像データのサービス要求があることを前記第１の外部記憶媒体から読み取ると、前記画像読取手段から出力されるデジタル画像データを前記書込手段を介して前記第１の外部記憶媒体又は第２の外部記憶媒体に書き込ませることを特徴としている。

【作用】
本発明によれば、画像読取手段からデジタルプリンタに出力されるデジタル画像データを利用し、ユーザーからのデジタル画像データのサービス要求に応じてＩＣメモリカードやフロッピディスク等の外部記憶媒体に該デジタル画像データを書き込み、その外部記憶媒体をユーザーに返却するサービスを行うようにしている。これにより、ユーザーは、ラボの持つ高性能な画像読取手段によって作成されるデジタル画像データを安価に入手することができ、そのデジタル画像データを再生できるプレーヤやパーソナルコンピュータ等で高画質のフイルム画像を楽しむことができる。又、パーソナルコンピュータ等で画像加工したデジタル画像データを安価、容易に入手することができる。

【実施例】
以下添付図面に従って本発明に係るラボシステムの好ましい実施例を詳説する。
図１は本発明に係るラボシステムを中心としたフイルムカートリッジ及びＩＣメモリカードの流れを示す説明図である。

同図において、１０はラボシステム、２０はカメラ、３０はプレーヤ、４０はパーソナルコンピュータである。
カメラ２０は、フイルムカートリッジ２２とともにＩＣメモリカード２４が装填できるようになっており、撮影時にフイルムカートリッジ２４内のフイルムに被写体像を写し込むとともに、撮影時の情報（色温度情報、露出情報、露出の過不足情報、撮影日時、プリントサイズ等の情報）や注文情報（プリント枚数、トリミング、ズーミング、文字等の情報）をＩＣメモリカード２４に記録することができる（フローライン(1) ）。尚、上記注文情報は、後述するようにプレーヤ３０によっても記録することができる。

撮影終了後、上記フイルムカートリッジ２２とＩＣメモリカード２４は、ＤＰ取次店の店頭受け付けに渡される（フローライン(2) ）。受け付けでは、所定の受付処理後、フイルムカートリッジ２２とＩＣメモリカード２４をラボシステム１０に渡す（フローライン(3) ）。
ラボシステム１０は、前処理部１２、現像機１４、フイルムスキャナ１６及びデジタルプリンタ１８から構成されている。前処理部１２は、ＩＣメモリカード２４に記憶された各種の情報を読み取る読取部を有し、読み取った情報に応じてフイルムカートリッジ２２の仕分け（同時プリント、現像のみ、焼増等の仕分け）を行うとともに、現像に必要な情報（色温度情報、露出情報、露出の過不足情報）を現像機１４に出力する（フローライン(4) ）。

現像機１４は、前処理部１２から入力する現像情報に沿ってフイルムカートリッジ２２内のフイルムを自動的に現像し、現像済みのフイルムはフイルムスキャナ１６に送られる（フローライン(5) ）。フイルムスキャナ１６はフイルムの画像を撮像してデジタル画像データに変換し、そのデジタル画像データを次段のデジタルプリンタ１８に出力し（フローライン(6) ）、デジタルプリンタ１８は入力するデジタル画像データに基づいてフイルム画像のプリントを行う。尚、フイルムスキャナ１６及びデジタルプリンタ１８は、前処理部４が読み取った注文情報に沿って制御される。

デジタルプリンタ１８によってプリントされた写真は、店頭受け付けを経由してユーザーに渡される（フローライン(7) ）。尚、写真と同時に、フイルムカートリッジ２２及びＩＣメモリカード２４も返却される。
さて、このラボシステム１０は、更にＩＣメモリカード２４に必要なデジタル画像データを記録するサービスを提供することができるようになっている。サービスとしては、フイルム１本分の全コマのインデックス画面を示すデジタル画像データと、指定コマのフル画面を示すデジタル画像データとが考えれる。

ラボシステム１０では、注文情報内に上記サービス要求がある場合には、フイルムスキャナ１６によって生成されるデジタル画像データのＩＣメモリカード２４への書き込みが行われる。即ち、フイルムスキャナ１６はＩＣメモリカード２４へのデジタル画像データの書き込みを行うデータ記録部を有し、デジタル画像データのサービス要求があると、前処理部１２はフイルムスキャナ１６にデジタル画像データのＩＣメモリカード２４への書き込みを行わせる。そして、デジタル画像データが書き込まれたＩＣメモリカード２４は、店頭受け付けを経由してユーザーに渡される（フローライン(8) ）。

プレーヤ３０はＩＣメモリカード２４からデジタル画像データを受入することができ（フローライン(9) ）、また必要なデータをＩＣメモリカード２４に記録することができるもので、ＩＣメモリカード２４から入力したデジタル画像データに基づいてモニタＴＶ３２に画像を表示させることができる。即ち、ユーザーは、ラボシステム１０から渡されたＩＣメモリカード２４に記録されたデジタル画像データをモニタＴＶ３２に再生し、画像を楽しむことができる。

また、このプレーヤ３０は、モニタＴＶ３２にインデックス画面を表示させ、そのインデックス画面を見ながら注文コマ、プリント枚数、サイズ等を指定することにより、注文情報をＩＣメモリカード２４に記録することができる。従って、焼き増し注文を行う場合には、フイルムカートリッジ２２とＩＣメモリカード２４を受け付けに持って行けばよい（フローライン(10)）。

一方、ＩＣメモリカード２４の代わりに、パーソナルコンピュータ４０用のフロッピーディスク４２にデジタル画像データを記録することもできる。この場合、デジタル画像データは、ユーザー指定のパーソナルコンピュータ４０のフォーマットで書き込まれる。
このサービスを受けると（フローライン(11)）、ユーザーはパーソナルコンピュータ４０でデジタル画像データを再生することができ、また画像編集等も行うことができる。更に、パーソナルコンピュータ４０で画像編集したデジタル画像データをフロッピーディスク４２に書き込み、このフロッピーディスク４２を受け付けに持って行き（フローライン(12)）、プリントを依頼することができる。即ち、フロッピーディスク４２に記憶されたデジタル画像データのプリント注文があると、前処理部１２は、フロッピーディスク４２に記憶されたデジタル画像データに基づくプリントをデジタルプリンタ１８に行わせることができる。

以上のサービスは、ラボシステム１０の持つ高性能なフイルムスキャナ１６を利用するもので、ユーザーは安価で高画質なデジタル画像データを投資なしで得られる。
また、ＷＯ９０／０４３０１には、磁気記録層を有する写真フイルムを使用したカメラ及びフイルムプレーヤが開示されており、各コマに対応する磁気記録層に、そのコマに関する種々の情報が記録できるようになっている。従って、このフイルムを使用すれば、ＩＣメモリカード２４の代わりにフイルムよって撮影時の情報や注文情報をコマ毎にラボシステム１０に伝達することができる。

更に、上記フイルムを使用することにより、現像機１４において、現像時の露光条件をフイルムの磁気記録層に磁気記録することができる。そして、プリント時にこの露光条件を読み取ってプリンタの初期条件に使用することにより、プリントの高速化が可能となる。また、焼き増し時においても磁気情報を用いることにより、プリントの高速化が可能となる。

更にまた、プレーヤ３０の内部の記憶媒体（例えば、フラッシュメモリ）にフイルムの磁気記録層に記録した注文情報を保存し、新たな注文情報をフイルムの磁気記録層に書き込むことにより新たな注文が可能となり、且つ前の注文情報もプレーヤ３０に保存されていることにより、例えば前の注文した内容や、トリミング情報、ズーミング情報、文字情報等の参照あるいは再度の注文等にも使用できる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明に係るラボシステムによれば、ラボシステムの高性能な画像読取手段からデジタルプリンタに出力されるデジタル画像データを利用し、ユーザーからのデジタル画像データのサービス要求に応じて外部記憶媒体に該デジタル画像データを書き込むサービスを行うことができ、これによりユーザーは高画質のデジタル画像データを安価に入手することができる。また、ラボの高品位なプリントサービスも安価に受けられる。

Claims (6)

  1. スチル写真フイルムとともに受け付けたリムーバブルの第１の外部記憶媒体から該スチル写真フイルムに付属する情報であって、少なくともデジタル画像データのサービス要求の読み取りが可能な前処理部と、
    前記スチル写真フイルムを現像する現像機と、
    前記現像機で現像され又は既に現像されたフイルムの画像を撮像してデジタル画像データに変換する画像読取手段と、
    前記画像読取手段からのデジタル画像データに基づいてフイルム画像をプリントするデジタルプリンタと、
    前記スチル写真フイルムのユーザーに対して該スチル写真フイルムのデジタル画像データを提供するために前記第１の外部記憶媒体、又は他のリムーバブルの第２の外部記憶媒体へのデータの書き込みを行う書込手段と、を備え、
    前記前処理部は、ユーザからデジタル画像データのサービス要求があることを前記第１の外部記憶媒体から読み取ると、前記画像読取手段から出力されるデジタル画像データを前記書込手段を介して前記第１の外部記憶媒体又は第２の外部記憶媒体に書き込ませることを特徴とするラボシステム。
  2. 前記第１の外部記憶媒体には写真フイルムの撮影時の情報又は注文情報がコマ毎に記録され、前記前処理部は第１の外部記憶媒体から前記情報を読み込むと、該情報に応じて前記現像機、画像読取手段及びデジタルプリンタのうちの少なくとも１つを制御することを特徴とする請求項１のラボシステム。
  3. 磁気記録層を有するスチル写真フイルムであって、該磁気記録層からコマ毎に記録された撮影時の情報又は注文情報と、デジタル画像データのサービス要求の読み取りが可能な前処理部と、
    前記スチル写真フイルムを現像する現像機と、
    前記現像機で現像され又は既に現像されたフイルムの画像を撮像してデジタル画像データに変換する画像読取手段と、
    前記画像読取手段からのデジタル画像データに基づいてフイルム画像をプリントするデジタルプリンタと、
    前記スチル写真フイルムのユーザーに対して該スチル写真フイルムのデジタル画像データを提供するためにリムーバブルの外部記憶媒体へのデータの書き込みを行う書込手段と、を備え、
    前記前処理部は、ユーザからデジタル画像データのサービス要求があることを前記磁気記録層から読み取ると、前記画像読取手段から出力されるデジタル画像データを前記書込手段を介して前記外部記憶媒体に書き込ませるとともに、前記撮影時の情報又は注文情報を前記磁気記録層から読み込むと、該情報に応じて前記現像機、画像読取手段及びデジタルプリンタのうちの少なくとも１つを制御することを特徴とするラボシステム。
  4. 前記第２の外部記憶媒体はパソコン用外部記憶媒体であり、前記前処理部は、デジタル画像データのサービス要求があると、前記画像読取手段から出力されるデジタル画像データを前記書込手段を介して前記パソコン用外部記憶媒体に指定のフォーマットで書き込むことを特徴とする請求項１のラボシステム。
  5. 前記パソコン用外部記憶媒体からのデジタル画像データの読取りを行う読取手段を備え、前記パソコン用外部記憶媒体に記憶されたデジタル画像データのプリント注文があると、前記前処理部は、前記パソコン用外部記憶媒体に記憶されたデジタル画像データに基づくプリントを前記デジタルプリンタに行わせることを特徴とする請求項４のラボシステム。
  6. 現像時の露光条件を前記磁気記録層に記録し、再プリント時には前記磁気記録層に記録された露光条件を初期条件として用いることを特徴とする請求項３のラボシステム。
