Description
【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、荷札等として利用できる粘着用プリントシートに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、荷物等に貼着して使用する配送票、出庫票等の貼着用プリントシートは、シート裏面側に粘着剤と剥離剤を有するラベルシートが用いられていた。しかしながら、このラベルシートは、粘着剤に剥離紙を当接しているため、このラベルシートを複写形態とする場合は、剥離紙により複写時の加圧力が低減し、鮮明な複写が行えないという問題があり、また貼着時における剥離紙の剥離により剥離紙が散逸する等の問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、上記事情に鑑み用紙移送孔部を折り畳み二重構成にし、折り畳み内面側に粘着剤を設けたので、端部の移送孔部が強固となりスムーズなフィードが行えプリント効率が向上すると共に貼着時は、移送孔部を展開すれば粘着剤が露出し貼着できるものであり、剥離紙が存在しないので剥離紙も散逸しない貼着用プリントシートを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題を考慮してなされたもので、基材の表面側に印字記入部が設けられてなり、両端側に、移送孔を有する第１の移送孔部と、これらの第１の移送孔部の外側にそれぞれ折り部を介して移送孔を有する第２の移送孔部とが設けられてなるプリントシートであって、このプリントシートの前記第１の移送孔部の裏面側に前記折り部において、前記第１の移送孔部と前記第２の移送孔部の各移送孔が重なるように前記第２の移送孔部が折り重ねられてなり、前記第１の移送孔部と前記第２の移送孔部との対向面のどちらか一方に粘着剤が設けられ、前記第１の移送孔部と前記第２の移送孔部とが開閉自在に接着されてなることを特徴とする貼着用プリントシートを提供して、上記課題を解消するものである。

本発明において、シートの裏面側に剥離紙が存在せず、鮮明な複写が行えると共に剥離紙の散逸が生じないようになる。

【実施例】
つぎに、本発明を図１から図４に示す実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する。図中１は、粘着用プリントシートで、該粘着用プリントシート１は、表面側に印字記入部２を設け、両端側に移送孔３を有する第１の移送孔部４を設けると共に、この第１の移送孔部４に折り部５を設けたミシン目を介して、移送孔３を有する第２の移送孔部６を、各移送孔３，４が重なるように第１の移送孔部４の裏面側に重ね合わせ、第２の移送孔部６の内面側に常時粘着性を有する再貼着再剥離可能な粘着剤７を設けたものである。８は、連続状の貼着用プリントシート１を単位状とするためのミシン目である。

上記の如く構成される貼着用プリントシート１は、図３の如く表面側の印字記入部２に品名、数量、規格、年月日をプリントした後、両端側の第２の移送孔部６，６を展開して粘着剤７を露出させ、出荷品９に粘着剤７により貼着するものである。出荷品９の受領者は、折り部５のミシン目より両側の貼着部を分離し、出荷票を所定の事務処理に供するものである。

上記実施例においては、粘着剤７が再貼着再剥離可能な粘着剤としたが、粘着剤７を通常の粘着剤とした場合は、図４に示す如く粘着剤７の対向面にワックス、シリコン等の剥離剤１０を塗布して構成すればよいものである。

また、粘着剤７の塗布形態は、移送孔３の周囲を除いて塗布することが粘着剤７の移送孔３からのはみだし防止として有効であり、折り部５と反対側側端部に沿って線状あるいは点状に塗布してもよいものである。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明の粘着用プリントシートによれば、粘着剤を保護し、貼着後は不要となる剥離紙が存在せず、第１の移送孔部と第２の移送孔部の各移送孔が重なった状態で移送孔部が二重であるのでプリント時のプリント作業がスムーズに行えると共に、貼着時に粘着剤の被覆片が分離散逸することがなく効率のよい貼着作業が行えるという実用性に優れた効果を奏するものである。

Claims (3)
- 基材の表面側に印字記入部が設けられてなり、両端側に、移送孔を有する第１の移送孔部と、これらの第１の移送孔部の外側にそれぞれ折り部を介して移送孔を有する第２の移送孔部とが設けられてなるプリントシートであって、このプリントシートの前記第１の移送孔部の裏面側に前記折り部において、前記第１の移送孔部と前記第２の移送孔部の各移送孔が重なるように前記第２の移送孔部が折り重ねられてなり、前記第１の移送孔部と前記第２の移送孔部との対向面のどちらか一方に粘着剤が設けられ、前記第１の移送孔部と前記第２の移送孔部とが開閉自在に接着されてなることを特徴とする貼着用プリントシート。
- 粘着剤が再貼着再剥離可能な弱粘着剤である請求項１記載の粘着用プリントシート。
- 粘着剤が強粘着剤であり、粘着剤の対向面に剥離剤が設けられてなる請求項１記載の粘着用プリントシート。
