Claims (1)
- 醸造された蒸留焼酎にライ麦・小麦・大麦を浸漬する事により、アルコール成分が空気に触れて糖化を促し無色透明の焼酎であっても香りや赤みをおびた色や深い琥珀色・淡い琥珀色を付加するためのバーボンウィスキー風味醸成材である。前記醸成材は蒸留焼酎にウィスキー熟成用に使用した木樽を粉砕したほぼ50μmから2mmの粒径を有する粒体または繊維体の木質体と軽く焙煎し粉砕したライ麦・小麦・大麦とトウモロコシ等を混合して透水性バッグに収納されたバッグ入りバーボンウィスキー風味醸成材。
