−中心軸と一致するように画定される円柱座標系の長手方向軸座標を有する円柱座標系で撹拌機を考慮した場合、この円柱座標系は、半径座標及び角度座標によって更に画定され、1つ以上の内側撹拌翼並びに1つ以上の外側撹拌翼の両者は、中心軸に対してある角度をなして配置され、その角度は、0°と90°を含まないその間の値であり、先端に向いた方の側に、ある角度成分を持つ法線ベクトルを有するか、又は、先端に向いた方の側に、ある角度成分を有する法線ベクトルを持つ翼部分を有して配置される。
Claims (15)
- −溶融ガラス(16)を撹拌するための撹拌機(1)であって、前記撹拌機(1)は、
−先端部(4)を有し、中心長手方向軸(L)を有するシャフト(2)と、
−前記シャフト(2)に取り付けられた1つ以上の内側撹拌翼(5,6)と、
−前記シャフト(2)に取り付けられた1つ以上の外側撹拌翼(7,8)と、を備え、前記内側撹拌翼(5,6)は、前記外側撹拌翼(7,8)よりも前記シャフト(2)の近くに取り付けられ、
前記中心長手方向軸(L)と一致するように画定される円柱座標系(11)の前記長手方向軸座標(z)を有する前記円柱座標系(11)において、前記撹拌機を考慮すると、前記円柱座標系(11)は、更に、半径座標(ρ)及び角度座標(φ)により画定され、前記1つ以上の内側撹拌翼(5,6)並びに前記1つ以上の外側撹拌翼(7,8)の双方は、前記中心長手方向軸(L)に対して、ある角度(α,β)で配置されており、前記角度(α,β)は、0°と90°を含まないその間の値であり、前記先端部(4)に向いた側に、角度成分(NA,PA,QA,RA)を有する法線ベクトル(N,P,Q,R)を持つ少なくとも一つの翼部分を有して配置されている、溶融ガラス(16)を撹拌するための撹拌機(1)。 - 前記1つ以上の内側撹拌翼(5,6)は、前記シャフト(2)に対して取り付けられ、好ましくは、複数又は単数の螺旋状翼として実現される、請求項1に記載の撹拌機。
- 前記1つ以上の外側撹拌翼(7,8)は、前記シャフト(2)から半径方向に少なくとも部分的に延在する棒(9)又は管に取り付けられる、請求項1又は2に記載の撹拌機。
- 前記1つ以上の外側撹拌翼(7,8)は、各々2つの端部を有し、これら端部の各々は、前記棒(9)又は管の異なる1つに装着され、特定の外側撹拌翼(7,8)の前記端部を取り付けるために使用される前記棒(9)又は管は、前記シャフト(2)上の異なる角度位置及び/又は軸方向位置を有する、請求項3に記載の撹拌機。
- 前記1つ以上の外側撹拌翼(7,8)は、前記棒(9)又は管の2つ以上に各々装着され、外側撹拌翼(7,8)を取り付けるために使用される前記棒(9)又は管は、相互に少なくとも30°異なるか、好ましくは90°互いに異なる前記シャフト上の角度位置に配置されている、請求項3又は4に記載の撹拌機。
- 前記外側撹拌翼(7,8)の少なくとも1つは、開いた平坦なリング形状の楕円形セグメントであり、好ましくは、前記外側撹拌翼(7,8)の各々は、開いた平坦なリング形状の楕円形セグメントであり、前記少なくとも1つの開いた平坦なリング形状の楕円形セグメントは、円柱及びその円柱の前記中心軸とある角度(β)をなす平面との交差によって形成される線に沿って配置され、この角度は、0°と90°を除くその間の値であり、望ましくは、10°と80°を含むその間の値であり、より好ましくは20°と70°を含むその間の値であり、前記円柱の前記中心軸は、前記撹拌機(1)の前記シャフト(2)の前記中心軸(L)と同一直線上にある、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の撹拌機。
- 前記1つ以上の外側撹拌翼(7,8)の少なくとも1つの前記外側縁部は、隆起した縁部(10)を備え、好ましくは、前記外側撹拌翼(7,8)の全てが、かかる隆起した縁部(10)を備えている、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の撹拌機。
- 1つ以上の前記内側と外側撹拌翼(5,6,7,8)の少なくとも1つの翼部分の前記法線ベクトル(N,P,Q,R)の前記角度成分(NA,PA,QA,RA)が負であり、1つ以上の前記内側及び外側撹拌翼(5,6,7,8)の少なくとも1つの翼部分の前記法線ベクトル(N,P,Q,R)の前記角度成分(NA,PA,QA,RA)が正である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の撹拌機。
- 2つ以上の前記内側撹拌翼(5,6)を備え、前記内側撹拌翼(5,6)のうちの少なくとも1つの前記法線ベクトル(N,P)の前記角度成分(NA,PA)は負であり、前記内側撹拌翼(5,6)の少なくとも他の1つの前記法線ベクトル(N,P)の前記角度成分(NA,PA)は正であり、負の角度成分(NA,PA)を持つ法線ベクトル(N,P)を有する前記内側撹拌翼(5,6)の数及び大きさは、正の角度成分(NA,PA)を持つ法線ベクトル(N,P)を有する前記内側撹拌翼の数及び大きさと同じである、請求項8に記載の撹拌機。
- 前記1つ以上の外側撹拌翼(7,8)は、全体として、2つ以上の翼部分を備え、前記翼部分のうちの少なくとも1つの前記法線ベクトル(Q,R)の前記角度成分は負であり、前記外側撹拌翼のうちの少なくとも他の1つの前記法線ベクトル(Q,R)の前記角度成分(QA,RA)は正であり、
負の角度成分(QA,RA)を持つ法線ベクトル(Q,R)を有する前記翼部分の数及び大きさは、正の角度成分(QA,RA)を持つ法線ベクトル(Q,R)を有する前記翼部分の数及び大きさと同じである、請求項8又は9に記載の撹拌機。 - 前記1つ以上の外側撹拌翼(7,8)のうちの1つの少なくとも1つの翼部分は、前記シャフト(1)の特定の軸方向部分にわたって延在し、前記1つ以上の内側撹拌翼(5,6)のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記同じ軸方向部分に配置され、この内側撹拌翼(5,6)及び前記外側撹拌翼(7,8)のこの翼部分の前記法線ベクトル(N,P,Q,R)の前記角度成分(NA,PA,QA,RA)の符号は反対である、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の撹拌機。
