Description
の防水工事に用いる防水シートを施工する電磁誘導加熱
器に関する。
業、例えば陸屋根等の防水工事において、コンクリート
などの躯体上に防水シートを張り、そのシートを躯体上
に固定する施工法として、例えば特開平4−25464
9号公報などで開示の電磁誘導加熱によってその固定を
行う技術がある。
すると、図1に示すように、まず防水下地(躯体上面)
1の周縁を、長尺状の鉄片等の導体片3’で囲み、その
内側には所要位置に導体片3を設け、これらの導体片
3’、3(以下、両者を3とする)は、図2で示すよう
に、アンカー釘4等で下地1に止める。
き、各導体片3上において、電磁誘導加熱器による電磁
誘導によって導体片3を発熱させ、この発熱により、熱
溶着材層5を溶かして防水シート2を導体片3に接着
し、この導体片3、アンカー釘4を介して下地1に固定
する。
る防水シート2の固定において、その電磁誘導加熱器6
は、図7に示すように、内部に誘導コイルが設けられた
筒体6aを取手6bでもってシート2上に押し当てて、
溶着作用を行うものである。
ト2の膨らみで確認するが、導体片3は2mm厚程度と
薄いため、膨らみではその位置を正確に把握できず、図
8に示すように、導体片3からズレて加熱器6を当てて
しまう場合がある。ズレて当てれば、導体片3に十分な
電磁力が伝わらず、有効な発熱が生じないか、又はエッ
ジ効果により、ズレた方のエッジ部分が強加熱されてシ
ート2を溶融させる恐れがあった。さらにズレると、押
圧力が導体片3の一方にしか加わらないと言った問題も
生じる。
にズレることなく簡単に当てがい得るようにすることを
課題とする。
めに、この発明にあっては、上述の電磁誘導加熱器にお
いて、その加熱器の防水シートとの当接面に、シートに
当接する際、前記導体片を囲んで、その当接面が導体片
から外れるのを防止するガイドを設けたのである。
そのガイド内に導体片を容易に位置させることができ、
導体片全域を確実に押圧し得る。このため、ズレによる
接合不良は生じ難い。

ものならいずれでもよい。また、ガイドの厚みも、押圧
力に支障が生じないように適宜に選定する。
6は、図4、図5に示すように、高周波電磁誘導加熱装
置10によって、給電・制御され、把持部6b下面のス
イッチ7を押すことによって誘導コイルに給電される。
押圧面(当接面)にはリング状のガイド8が設けられ
て、その中に耐熱性のシリコーンゴム9が設けられてい
る。ガイド8の径は、導体片3より十分に大きくて、そ
の中に、導体片3の膨出部分がゆったり入るものとす
る。シリコーンゴム9は、その弾性変形によって、防水
シート2が導体片3の全表面にその凹凸に添ってぴった
り当接して強固に接着固定する。シリコーンゴム9に代
えて他の耐熱性弾性材を使用し得る。図中、6cは加熱
中の表示ランプである。
内に電源回路、制御盤等を組み込んだものであり、その
表面に、電源ランプ12a、加熱準備中ランプ12b、
加熱中ランプ12c、オーバーヒートランプ12d、電
源スイッチ13、出力切換スイッチ14及び温度表示器
15が設けられている。
温度によって変色する素子を並列した周知のものであっ
て、この表示によって、出力切換スイッチ14を、
“強”、“中”、“弱”に適宜に切換える。すなわち、
周囲温度が高ければ、“弱”にする。
への通電時間を、最適なものとするように適宜に設定可
能であり、例えば、スイッチ7による給電後、8秒間で
その給電を停止し、溶着工具6内のブザーを鳴らすとと
もに、ランプ6cを消灯する。
の施工は、図1に示すように、まず防水下地1の周縁
を、2mm厚程度の長尺状の鉄片等の導体片3’で囲み、
その内側にはディスク状の導体片3をそれぞれアンカー
釘4を介して設ける。この内側の導体片3は、例えば周
辺部を500mmピッチtで2列(2.75個/m2 )、
その内側を1000mmピッチTで千鳥足状(2.0個/
m2 )でそれぞれ配置する。

表面にポリエステル樹脂等の溶けて接着性を発揮する熱
可塑性合成樹脂5をホットメルト法などで被覆したもの
や、ステンレス板にホットメルト法などで熱可塑性合成
樹脂5を被覆し、その樹脂コーティングのステンレス板
から、皿状に打抜きプレスしたものである。その形状・
大きさは任意である。
のロール状シートをその側縁で接合して、下地1の上面
と同形の防水シート2を作り、前記導体片3が取り付け
られた下地1に、その防水シート2を置いて十分な位置
決めやカッティングによる微調整を行い、防水シート2
上から、各導体片3上に、電磁誘導加熱器6を当てる。
このとき、ガイド8により、加熱器6を導体片3からズ
レることなく当てることができる。つぎに、スイッチ7
を押して誘導コイルに給電すると、誘導コイルは、交番
電流により励磁され、その発生磁界の電磁誘導作用によ
り、導体片3にうず電流を生じさせる。このため、導体
片3はうず電流損により発熱し、上面の接着性樹脂5が
溶けて、防水シート2を接着する。
水シート2の接着が終了すれば(上記8秒間が経過して
ランプ6cが消灯すれば)、その都度、図6に示すよう
に、水を含ませた布16をその接着部に当てがって、強
制冷却を行う。この冷却によって、接着部の熱が奪わ
れ、接着性樹脂5が速やかに固化して強固に固着すると
ともに、防水シート2の昇温が阻止されて、その熱変形
が防止される。
たので、導体片にズレることなく加熱器を当てがうこと
ができ、導体片にシートを確実かつ強固に溶着し得る。
Claims (1)
- 【請求項1】 防水下地1の所要位置に、上面に熱溶着
材層5を有する導体片3を設け、前記下地1全面に亘っ
てその全面1を被う防水シート2を張り、その防水シー
ト2上に電磁誘導加熱器6を当接して、防水シート2上
から電磁誘導加熱により前記導体片3を加熱し、この熱
により溶けた熱溶着材層5でもって前記防水シート2を
導体片3に接着する際の、前記電磁誘導加熱器6であっ
て、 その加熱器6の防水シート2との当接面に、防水シート
2に当接する際、前記導体片3を囲んで、その当接面が
導体片3から外れるのを防止するガイド8を設けたこと
を特徴とするもの。
