Description
Claims (20)
- 基部と、
前記基部を覆うための少なくとも1つの可撓性回路基板と、
前記可撓性回路基板上に取り付けられた複数のLEDと
を含む、LED照明デバイス。 - ランプカバーおよびランプホルダをさらに含み、前記ランプカバーは収容空間および開口部分を有し、前記ランプホルダは前記開口部分に接続されかつ電力源に電気的に接続されている、請求項1に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記基部は、前記ランプホルダ上に取り付けられかつ前記ランプカバーの前記収容空間内に配置され、前記基部は、360度の湾曲面を有しかつ中空球状に形成され、
前記ランプホルダおよび前記ランプカバーの中心を通り抜けることによって軸が規定され、
前記少なくとも1つの可撓性回路基板は、前記軸を平均的に囲む複数の可撓性回路基板を含み、
各可撓性回路基板は、幅広い中間部分および2つの鋭利な端部を有する眼形のプレートであり、
前記可撓性回路基板は前記基部に適合するように屈折され、
前記2つの鋭利な端部は第1端部および第2端部を含み、
前記第1端部は前記ランプホルダに近接し、
前記第2端部は、前記ランプホルダから離れており、かつ前記第1端部に対応し、
前記幅広い中間部分は、前記第1端部と前記第2端部との間に配置され、
前記可撓性回路基板は、前記第1端部から前記幅広い中間部分へと前記軸から離れる第1方向に沿って屈折し、前記幅広い中間部分から前記第2端部へと前記軸に近づく第2方向に沿って屈折する、請求項2に記載のLED照明デバイス。 - 前記基部は、ランプホルダ上に取り付けられかつ前記ランプカバーの前記収容空間内に配置され、前記基部は、360度の湾曲面を有しかつ中空円筒状に形成され、
前記湾曲面は、中空円筒面部分および円形面部分を含み、
前記円形面部分は、前記中空円筒面部分の片側に配置されかつ前記ランプホルダから離れており、
前記少なくとも1つの可撓性回路基板は、第1可撓性回路基板および第2可撓性回路基板を含み、
前記第1可撓性回路基板は、前記基部の前記中空円筒面部分上に配置され、
前記第2可撓性回路基板は、前記円形面部分上に配置される、請求項2に記載のLED照明デバイス。 - 前記可撓性回路基板は可撓性プリント回路基板である、請求項1に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記基部は矩形体として形成されている、請求項1に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記基部は楕円体として形成されている、請求項1に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記基部はテトラポッド構造体として形成されている、請求項1に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記基部は電球体として形成されている、請求項1に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記基部は外向きに延在する複数の先細り部分を含む、請求項1に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記基部は複数の支柱および複数の先端部を含んでおり、各支柱は2つの端を有し、各支柱の一端は別の支柱に接続し、前記支柱は外向きに延在し、前記先端部は各支柱の他方端に配置される、請求項1に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記可撓性回路基板は十字型に形成されている、請求項1に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記可撓性回路基板は複数の部分的に接続する葉部分を含む、請求項1に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記可撓性回路基板は花弁状に形成され、複数の花弁部分を含む、請求項1に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記可撓性回路基板は、前記基部を覆ってバッキーボールを形成するようにバッキーボール拡大形状に形成されている、請求項1に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記基部は中空球状に形成された支持体を含み、前記支持体は複数の支持部を含み、複数の放熱孔は前記支持部間に配置され、前記可撓性回路基板は前記支持部を覆うように十字型に形成されている、請求項1に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記基部は、前記支持体の縁から下方に延在する複数の放熱柱をさらに含む、請求項16に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 前記基部は、前記放熱柱にそれぞれ接続されかつ前期放熱柱から下方に延在する複数の第1接続部分をさらに含む、請求項17に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- ランプカバー、放熱体およびランプホルダをさらに含み、前記放熱体は前記ランプカバーと前記ランプホルダとの間に取り付けられ、前記放熱体は複数の放熱フィンおよび複数の第2接続部分を含み、前記放熱フィンは前記放熱体の周囲に配置され、前記第2接続部分は前記第1接続部分に対応しかつ前記第1接続部分に接続されている、請求項18に記載のLED照明デバイス。
- 各第1接続部分は第1フック部分を含み、前記ランプホルダは前記第1フック部分に対応する複数の第2フック部分を含み、前記第2フック部分は前記第1フック部分に接続されている、請求項19に記載のLED照明デバイス。
