Abstract
本发明涉及一种LED光源模组及LED灯,模组包括第一、第二LED灯带,第一LED灯带包括第一中间部及对称设置在第一中间部两侧且折弯设置的第一翼片,在第一翼片上设有LED芯片;第二LED灯带包括第二中间部及对称设置在第二中间部两侧且折弯设置的第二翼片,在第二翼片上设有LED芯片;第一LED灯带、第二LED灯带十字交叉且第一、第二中间部叠放在一起;本发明又提供了一种基于上述光源模组的LED灯;该模组是将第一LED灯带、第二LED灯带十字交叉并将交叉处叠放在一起,交叉叠放通过接触实现金属间的导电连接,无需再用引线进行额外的电路连接;同时将第一翼片、第二翼片进行折弯,使之分别与第一LED灯带、第二LED灯带保持一定角度,形成了一个大角度的发光体。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明技术领域,特别涉及一种LED光源模组及LED灯。
背景技术
现在一些比较主流LED球泡灯的设计如下:
1.目前LED灯泡与传统光源结构与外观不相符。
2.目前LED灯泡比传统光源发光角度小,大角度不容易设计。CN201410134869.5公开了一种LED光源模块及大角度LED灯,该专利有效解决了大角度发光问题,但存在安装不便的问题,电气连接方面需要在凸起顶部及LED光源模块中间部开槽,使引线穿过开槽再与中间部焊锡固定,外形不美观,增加了装配难度。
3.目前LED灯丝灯虽然做到以上两点,但LED灯丝灯成本较高,工艺复杂,可靠性低,寿命短,散热问题不易解决。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,首先提供了一种电路连接关系简单、装配简单、简化了生产工艺且可实现大角度发光的LED光源模组,进一步又提供了一种成本低、电气化连接简单可靠、散热效果好的标准型LED灯,该LED灯外观接近传统光源结构,发光角度大,装配工艺简单,成本低,散热好,寿命长,更容易设计成较大功率。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种LED光源模组,该模组包括第一、第二LED灯带,第一LED灯带包括第一中间部及对称设置在第一中间部两侧且折弯设置的第一翼片,在第一翼片上设有LED芯片;第二LED灯带包括第二中间部及对称设置在第二中间部两侧且折弯设置的第二翼片,在第二翼片上设有LED芯片;第一LED灯带、第二LED灯带十字交叉且第一、第二中间部叠放在一起。
作为优选,第一翼片与第一中间部所成的角度为大于等于90度;第二翼片与第二中间部所成的角度为大于等于90度。这样,LED光源模组形成了一个多面发光体,实现了大角度发光。
为了使整体更为美观,作为优选,第一翼片与第一中间部所成的角度为90度;第二翼片与第二中间部所成的角度为90度。这样就整体形成了一个长方体形状。
为了增强照明效果,作为优选,在未被遮盖的第一中间部或第二中间部表面设有LED芯片。
作为优选,第一中间部叠放于第二中间部上,在第一中间部的表面设有LED芯片。
作为优选,第一中间部叠放于第二中间部上,第一中间部中间镂空将第二中间部表面露出,在第二中间部表面设有LED芯片。此种方式更为巧妙。第一、第二中间部搭接在一起既能够实现电气化连接,又不阻碍LED芯片的安装与发光。
作为优选,第一中间部、第一翼片的形状为矩形,第二中间部、第二翼片的形状也为矩形。
作为优选,第一中间部的两侧与各自临近的第一翼片留有间隔,第一中间部通过第一柔性线路板与第一翼片相连,LED芯片设置在第一柔性线路板上。柔性线路板的设置既能够将中间部与翼片连接在一起,又可以方便实现电气化连接,同时又方便折弯成所需形状。
同理,作为优选,第二中间部的两侧与各自临近的第二翼片留有间隔,第二中间部通过第二柔性线路板与第二翼片相连,LED芯片设置在第二柔性线路板上。
一种LED灯,包括灯头、散热器、电源模块、灯罩及如上所述的LED光源模组,所述的散热器内部中空,所述的电源模块设置在散热器内,在散热器上表面上设有一用以承载LED光源模组的凸起,凸起的形状与LED光源模组的形状相适配,所述LED光源模组扣在凸起上并形成一个多面发光体,第一LED灯带、第二LED灯带十字交叉且叠放在一起实现导电连接,灯罩下端连接于灯头处。
散热器可以是金属,陶瓷或具有一定散热能力的塑料材料;作为优选,散热器为铝材质,在散热器下端固定连接有绝缘件,灯头与绝缘件螺纹连接。
作为优选,绝缘件与散热器采用塑包铝注塑工艺连接在一起。
作为优选,所述的凸起为长方体形状,所述的凸起包括承托第一、第二中间部的顶面及与第一、第二翼片相贴合的侧面,所述的侧面是由四个平面围合而成,第一、第二翼片对应贴在相应的平面上。
为了方便电气化连接,作为优选,在凸起与散热器的交界处设有孔洞,在电源模块上设有插针,在与孔洞临近的第一翼片或第二翼片上设有与LED芯片电连接的针座,所述的插针穿过孔洞插在针座上。插针插在针座上即可对LED芯片进行供电,不用再用导线焊锡进行连接。
为了方便对电源模块进行固定,作为优选,在散热器内沿散热器长度方向设有两个左右对称设置的导轨,电源模块的左右两侧卡接于导轨上。
为了进一步避免电源模块与相邻部件接触造成短路,作为优选,在电源模块上卡接有保护套,所述的保护套包括基座,基座上下两端形成L形翻边,保护套通过L形翻边与电源模块上下两侧卡接。
为了进一步增大发光角度,作为优选,所述灯罩为非透明玻璃光学罩子,所述灯罩与灯头胶粘固定。
相较于现有技术,本发明首先提供了一种LED光源模组,该模组是将第一LED灯带、第二LED灯带十字交叉并将交叉处叠放在一起,交叉叠放通过接触实现金属间的导电连接,无需再用引线进行额外的电路连接;同时将第一翼片、第二翼片进行折弯,使之分别与第一LED灯带、第二LED灯带保持一定角度,形成了一个大角度的发光体;这样增加生产可操作性,又简化生产工艺,达到降低生产成本的目的。
再进一步说,本发明提供了一种应用上述光源模组的LED灯,该LED灯具有一完整的灯罩,对LED发光模组发出的光漫反射后使得发出的光柔和均匀;该灯罩连接于灯头处,使得该LED灯与白炽灯外形无异,更加美观;电源模块直接设置在散热器内并通过插针与LED光源模组上预设的针座插接,实现了电气化连接,更加方便,装配更加简单。

本发明的具体实施方式如下:
实施例:一种LED光源模组,如图5~图7所示,该模组包括第一、第二LED灯带1、2,第一LED灯带1包括第一中间部3及对称设置在第一中间部3两侧且折弯设置的第一翼片4,在第一翼片4上设有LED芯片5;第二LED灯带2包括第二中间部6及对称设置在第二中间部6两侧且折弯设置的第二翼片7,在第二翼片7上设有LED芯片5;第一LED灯带1、第二LED灯带2十字交叉且第一、第二中间部1、2叠放在一起。
第一翼片4与第一中间部3所成的角度为90度;第二翼片7与第二中间部6所成的角度为90度;在未被遮盖的第一中间部3或第二中间部6表面设有LED芯片5;具体是说,第一中间部3叠放于第二中间部6上,第一中间部3中间镂空将第二中间部6表面露出,在第二中间部6表面设有LED芯片5。
第一中间部3、第一翼片4的形状为矩形,第二中间部6、第二翼片7的形状也为矩形;第一中间部3的两侧与各自临近的第一翼片4留有间隔,第一中间部3通过第一柔性线路板8与第一翼片4相连,LED芯片5设置在第一柔性线路板8上;同理,第二中间部6的两侧与各自临近的第二翼片7留有间隔,第二中间部6通过第二柔性线路板9与第二翼片7相连,LED芯片5设置在第二柔性线路板9上。
再进一步地,本实施例提供了一种LED灯,如图1~7所示,包括灯头10、散热器11、电源模块12、灯罩13及如上所述的LED光源模组,所述的散热器11呈圆柱形,散热器11内部中空,电源模块12为一驱动线路板,所述的电源模块12设置在散热器11内,在散热器11上表面上设有一用以承载LED光源模组的凸起13,凸起13内部中空,凸起13的形状与LED光源模组的形状相适配,所述LED光源模组扣在凸起13上并形成一个多面发光体,第一LED灯带1、第二LED灯带2十字交叉且叠放在一起实现导电连接,灯罩13下端连接于灯头10处。
散热器11可以是金属,陶瓷或具有一定散热能力的塑料材料;在本实施例中,散热器11为铝材质,在散热器11下端固定连接有绝缘件21,绝缘件21为导热塑料制成,绝缘件21上设有外螺纹,灯头10与绝缘件21螺纹连接;再进一步说,绝缘件21与散热器11采用塑包铝注塑工艺连接在一起;所述灯罩13为非透明玻璃光学罩子,所述灯罩13与灯头10胶粘固定。
所述的凸起13为长方体形状,所述的凸起13包括承托第一、第二中间部3、6的顶面及与第一、第二翼片4、7相贴合的侧面,所述的侧面是由四个平面14围合而成,第一、第二翼片4、7对应贴在相应的平面14上。
在凸起13与散热器11的交界处设有孔洞15,在电源模块12上设有插针16,在与孔洞15临近的第一翼片4上设有与LED芯片5电连接的针座17,针座17设置在第一柔性线路板8上,所述的插针16穿过孔洞15插在针座17上。
电源模块12的安装是这样的:在散热器11内沿散热器11长度方向设有两个左右对称设置的导轨18,电源模块12的左右两侧插入导轨18并卡接于导轨18上。
此外,在电源模块12上卡接有保护套19,所述的保护套19包括基座20,基座20上下两端形成L形翻边22,保护套19通过L形翻边22与电源模块12上下两侧卡接。
本发明优选实施例只是用于帮助阐述本发明。优选实施例并没有详尽叙述所有的细节,也不限制该发明仅为所述的具体实施方式。显然,根据本说明书的内容,可作很多的修改和变化。本说明书选取并具体描述这些实施例,是为了更好地解释本发明的原理和实际应用,从而使所属技术领域技术人员能很好地利用本发明。本发明仅受权利要求书及其全部范围和等效物的限制。以上公开的仅为本申请的几个具体实施例,但本申请并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化,都应落在本申请的保护范围内。
Claims (17)
1.一种LED光源模组,其特征是:该模组包括第一、第二LED灯带,第一LED灯带包括第一中间部及对称设置在第一中间部两侧且折弯设置的第一翼片,在第一翼片上设有LED芯片;第二LED灯带包括第二中间部及对称设置在第二中间部两侧且折弯设置的第二翼片,在第二翼片上设有LED芯片;第一LED灯带、第二LED灯带十字交叉且第一、第二中间部叠放在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED光源模组,其特征是:第一翼片与第一中间部所成的角度为大于等于90度;第二翼片与第二中间部所成的角度为大于等于90度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED光源模组,其特征是:第一翼片与第一中间部所成的角度为90度;第二翼片与第二中间部所成的角度为90度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED光源模组,其特征是:在未被遮盖的第一中间部或第二中间部表面设有LED芯片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED光源模组,其特征是:第一中间部叠放于第二中间部上,在第一中间部的表面设有LED芯片。
6.根据权利要求4所述的LED光源模组,其特征是:第一中间部叠放于第二中间部上,第一中间部中间镂空将第二中间部表面露出,在第二中间部表面设有LED芯片。
7.根据权利要求1所述的LED光源模组,其特征是:第一中间部、第一翼片的形状为矩形,第二中间部、第二翼片的形状也为矩形。
8.根据权利要求1所述的LED光源模组,其特征是:第一中间部的两侧与各自临近的第一翼片留有间隔,第一中间部通过第一柔性线路板与第一翼片相连,LED芯片设置在第一柔性线路板上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的LED光源模组,其特征是:第二中间部的两侧与各自临近的第二翼片留有间隔,第二中间部通过第二柔性线路板与第二翼片相连,LED芯片设置在第二柔性线路板上。
10.一种LED灯,其特征是:包括灯头、散热器、电源模块、灯罩及如权利要求1~9任一项所述的LED光源模组,所述的散热器内部中空,所述的电源模块设置在散热器内,在散热器上表面上设有一用以承载LED光源模组的凸起,凸起的形状与LED光源模组的形状相适配,所述LED光源模组扣在凸起上并形成一个多面发光体,第一LED灯带、第二LED灯带十字交叉且叠放在一起实现导电连接,灯罩下端连接于灯头处。
11.根据权利要求10所述的LED灯,其特征是:散热器为铝材质,在散热器下端固定连接有绝缘件,灯头与绝缘件螺纹连接。
12.根据权利要求11所述的LED灯,其特征是:绝缘件与散热器采用塑包铝注塑工艺连接在一起。
13.根据权利要求10所述的LED灯,其特征是:所述的凸起为长方体形状,所述的凸起包括承托第一、第二中间部的顶面及与第一、第二翼片相贴合的侧面,所述的侧面是由四个平面围合而成,第一、第二翼片对应贴在相应的平面上。
14.根据权利要求10所述的LED灯,其特征是:在凸起与散热器的交界处设有孔洞,在电源模块上设有插针,在与孔洞临近的第一翼片或第二翼片上设有与LED芯片电连接的针座,所述的插针穿过孔洞插在针座上。
15.根据权利要求10所述的LED灯,其特征是:在散热器内沿散热器长度方向设有两个左右对称设置的导轨,电源模块的左右两侧卡接于导轨上。
16.根据权利要求10或15所述的LED灯,其特征是:在电源模块上卡接有保护套,所述的保护套包括基座,基座上下两端形成L形翻边,保护套通过L形翻边与电源模块上下两侧卡接。
17.根据权利要求10所述的LED灯,其特征是:所述灯罩为非透明玻璃光学罩子,所述灯罩与灯头胶粘固定。
