M412319 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本新型是有關於一種照明裝置,特別是指一種以發光 二極體為發光源且能用於室内或室外照明的led昭明裝 置。 ^ 【先前技術】 ' 丨於發光二極體(LED)具有省f、發光效#高及使用 φ #命長等優點,因此目前已廣泛應用至各種不同的領域, :]如交通指示號誌、大型廣告看板、交通工具、手電筒、 室内或室外照明等設備中。 在LED產業則景-片看好之際,如何將之優點 • 應、用於傳統照明是照明業界努力研發的重點,惟今LED切 入照明市場普遍面臨到的問題,主要還是在於LED與傳統 燈泡是兩種不同的發光源,因此其特性也不盡相同,其中 ‘ 傳統燈泡為面光源’而LED為點光源,所以傳統燈泡發光 • 肖度可達到全周光效360度之效果,但LED卻只能達到 12〇度到140度之出光角度,而目前解決LED出光角度小 所採用之技術手段,一般是透過二次光學,或是利用LED 排列組合與燈罩磨砂等方式,但就算利用二次光學或燈罩 磨砂也只能達到160度左右的出光角度,所以業者大都會 將LED加以排列組合,以期擴大出光角度。 參閱圖1與圖2, 一種如第TW2〇〇7〇8684號專利公開 - 案斤揭露之LED燈泡1,其包含一個中空且具有一個開口 卩111的燈罩丨〗、一個安裝在該燈罩i丨之開口部111的 3 M412319 燈頭12、一個安裝在該燈頭12且伸入該燈罩11内的散熱 枉13’及二個分別安裝在該散熱柱13上的發光單元14。 該散熱柱13為一個三角柱體,並具有三個彼此角度間隔 的彼槽131。每一發光單元μ具有一個安裝於該散熱柱 13之嵌槽131的電路板141,及數個排列安裝在該電路板 141上的發光一極體142。使用時’所述發光二極體142 會各自向外射出光線》 雖然上述發光單元14彼此間隔丨2〇度,乃排列成三 道不同方向的光束’但由於其所使用的電路板141,通常 為傳統印刷電路板(PCB)、高熱導係數鋁基板(mcpcb)、 陶瓷基板(Ah〇3、LTCC、或A1N)、或金屬複合材料…等, 皆疋無法彎撓的硬質基板,所以每一電路板141上之發光 二極體142 ,都是直接成為單向平面式排列設計,僅能朝 同一方向發光,照明角度相當有限,無法產生全方位照 明,因此如何將有效光出光角度修正到36〇度以達到傳 統燈泡的照明效果,是未來主要須克服的挑戰。 【新型内容】 因此,本新型之目的,即在提供一種可達到36〇度全 方位發光之LED照明裝置。 於是,本新型LED照明裝置,包含一個燈罩、一個燈 頭、-個型座,及-個發光單元。該燈罩界定出一個且有 -個開口的容裝空間,並包括一個界限出該開口的開口 部。該燈頭安裝於該開口部,且用於電連接—電源。該型 座安裝於該燈頭且位在該燈罩之容裝空間内,i包括一個 4 M412319 呈360度之曲面。該發光單元安裝在該型座之曲面且電連 ,該燈頭’並包括數片彼此鄰接且能弧曲彎撓地包圍並覆 蓋該曲面的可挽性電路板’及數個彼此間隔地安裝在所述 可撓性電路板上的發光二極體,所述發光二極體發出的光 線能通過該燈罩向外射出。 本新型之功效在於:利用可撓性電路板當基材,搭配 360度之3D立體特殊結構,能有效改變發光二極體之出光 角度’以達到360度出光角度之效果。 【實施方式】 有關本新型之前述及其他技術内容、特點與功效,在 以下配合參考圖式之二個較佳實施例的詳細說明中將可 清楚的呈現。 在本新型被詳細描述之前,要注意的是,在以下的說 明内容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。 參閱圖3與圖4,本新型LED照明裝置之第一較佳實 把例包含一個燈罩2、一個燈頭3、一個型座4,及一個 發光單元5。 该燈罩2由玻璃或塑膠製成,形狀與傳統燈泡的外殼 類似但並不以此為限。該燈罩2界定出一個具有一個開口 211的容裝空間21,並包括一個界限出該開口 21丨的開口 部22。 该燈頭3安裝於該燈罩2之開口部22,並包括一設有 螺紋之表面31,可用於螺接在一燈座(圖未示),以將所述 燈頭3設置在建築物或其它例如檯燈、立燈…等照明設 5 M412319 備。該燈頭3還設有一個電連接一電源的交直流轉換電路 (圖未示),能將外部電源(例如市電)傳輸到該發光單元5。 由於該燈頭3之構造及電路設計都不是本新型之重點,所 以不再詳細說明。 該型座4呈中空球狀’乃由散熱性佳之材料製成是 女裝於該燈頭3且位在該燈罩2之容裝空間21内,並包 括一條軸向通過該燈頭3與燈罩2之軸線41、一個呈36〇 度之曲面42,及數個分別貫穿該曲面42且用以透氣散熱 之散熱孔43。該曲面42呈截頭圓球面。當然該型座4之 形狀亦可以為圓柱形、圓錐形、心形、花形、或其他規則 或不規則形狀…等,而且所述曲面42的數量亦可以視情 況增減,不以本實施例為限。 琢發光皁元5是固定安裝在該型座4之曲面42上, 電連接該燈頭3,並包括六片彼此鄰接且能狐曲弯挽地 =圍並覆蓋該曲面42的可撓性電路板51,及數個彼此間 地,裝在所述可撓性電路板51上的發光二極體 刷雷t—可撓性電路板51皆為一片能弧曲弯撓之軟式印 數優 里転了撓吐、厚度薄、熱傳導係 =等優點’而且本實施例每一可換性電路板Η皆呈一 片中間寬大、兩端尖束之眼 頭3的第-端部5U、-個相反近該燈 該燈頭3的笛μ 相反於该第-端部5U且遠離 二端m212,及—位於該第一端部511與第 順=3之間的中間部5…每-可換性電路…可 面43之弧度弯繞’亦即由該第—端部川往"部 6 13_逐漸遠離該軸線41彎曲延伸,再由該中間部513往該 端部512逐漸接近該轴線41彎曲延伸,而且所述可 性電路板51是等角度地圍繞該轴線41,乃呈36〇度立 衣.4狀但能完全包覆該❹4,並能擴大所述發光 。5體52的出光角度,達到全方位36G度的照明。每— :撓性電路板51纟設計上,還可以設置有數個圖中未示 之透孔孔’能藉以增加散熱效果,在此不再說明。 而所述發光二極體52具有高亮度、節能、省電之優 =,是排列安裝在所述可撓性電路板51 i,發出的光線 :通過該燈罩2向外射出,以形成360度的均句照明。實 施上,可撓性電路板51與發光二極體52之使用數量,是 =據所搭配3D立體特殊結構而計算出的最佳化組合包 積大U目鄰角度,當然所述可撓性電路板51虚發 光二極體52的數量亦可以增減’不以本實施例為限Γ 參閱圖5及圖6,本新型通照明裝置之第二較佳實 /例的構、大致相同於第一實施例不同之處在於:改變 邊型座4的形狀’使該型座4呈中空圓柱狀,該型座4之 曲面42具有-個中空之圓筒面部421,及—個位在該圓筒 面部421遠離該燈頭3之一側的圓形面部422。本實施例 之圓形面部422為平面狀,當然也可以呈—個由周緣往中 央逐漸朝遠離該燈頭3的方向弧凸的弧面狀,可以更加擴 大所述發光二極體52的出光角度。且該發光單元$對應 該型座4的形狀’而包括有兩片不同形狀之可挽性電路板 51、”’,所述可撓性電路板5Ι、51,之其中一片可撓性電 M412319 路板51,對應疊置在該曲面42之圓筒面部421外圍且 所述可繞性電路板51、51,之其中另一片可撓性電路板 51 ,對應疊置在該曲面42之圓形面部422外圍》 綜上所述,本新型LED照明裝置是利用可撓性電路板
51可曲撓性的特質,取代傳統使用的硬質基板,並設計一 個360度之型座4,用於承載該發光單元5,以創造出可 撓曲性燈泡,進而能有效修正並擴大出光角度。經證實本 新型確可達到360度發光角度,對於現今LED球泡燈無法 達到360度出光角度能有效的突破,且燈泡造型不再受限 於二維光源發展,而是能以三維光源來呈現,此將有助於 未來LED照明產業之推廣與應用,故確實能達成本新型之 目的。 惟以上所述者,僅為本新型之較佳實施例而已,當不 能以此限定本新型實施之範圍,即大凡依本新型申請專利 範圍及新型說明内容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍 屬本新型專利涵蓋之範圍内。 【圖式簡單說明】 圖1是第TW 200708684號專利公開案所揭露之LED 燈泡的一立體分解圖; 圖2是圖1的一立體組合圖; 圖3是本新型LED照明裝置的一第一較佳實施例的一 立體分解圖; 圖4是該第一較佳實施例的—立體組合圖; 圖5是本新型LED照明裝置的—第二較佳實施例的一 M412319 立體分解圖;及 圖6是該第二較佳實施例的一立體組合圖。 M412319 【主要元件符號說明】 2…… •…燈罩 421…… •圓筒面部 21 ••… …·容裝空間 422…… •圓形面部 211 ··· ·.·.開口 43........ •散熱孔 22… •…開口部 5 ......... •發光單元 3…… …·燈頭 51 ' 5Γ •可撓性電路板 31 ·.··· —表面 511…… •第一端部 4…… …·型座 512…… •第二端部 41 ·..·· …·軸線 513…… •中間部 42····. —曲面 52........ •發光二極體 10
Claims (1)
- 六、申請專利範圍: h —種LED照明裝置,包含: 勺括一個燈罩界定出一個具有一個開口的容裝空間,並 匕一個界限出該開口的開口部; 燈頭,女裝於該開口部,且用於電連接一電源. 内:座,安裝於該燈頭且位在該燈罩之容:空間 内,並包括—個呈360度之曲面,·及 -個發光單元,安裝在該型座之曲面且電連接該燈 、匕括數片彼此鄰接且能弧曲彎撓地包圍並覆蓋 面的可撓性電路板,及數個彼此間隔地安裝在所述可撓性 電路板上的發光二極體,所述發光二極體發出的光線能通 過該燈罩向外射出。 依據申切專利範圍第1項所述之led照明裝置,其中, 成型座呈中空球狀’並包括一條軸向通過該燈頭與燈罩之 軸線而所述可撓性電路板是等角度地圍繞該軸線,每一 J撓f生電路板皆為一片中間寬大、兩端尖束且順著該型座 f曲之眼形片體’並具有一個靠近該燈頭的第一端部、一 個相反於5亥第一端部且遠離該燈頭的第二端部,及一個位 於該第一端部與第二端部之間的中間部,該可撓性電路板 由該第一端部往中間部逐漸遠離該軸線彎曲延伸,再由該 中間部往該第二端部逐漸接近該軸線彎曲延伸。 3·依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之LED照明裝置,其中, 該里座呈中空圓柱狀,該曲面具有一個中空之圓筒面部, 及一個位在該圓筒面部遠離該燈頭之一側的圓形面部,而 11 M412319 所述可撓性電路板之其中之一片對應疊置在該曲面之圓 筒面部外圍,且所述可撓性電路板之其中之另一片對應疊 置在該曲面之圓形面部外圍β 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之 LED照明裝置,其中’ 所述可撓性電路板皆為一片軟式印刷電路板。12
