Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は防塵を必要とするコンピューター等の内部に
使用する防振ゴム、ストッパーゴムなどのゴム金具一体
部品における金具とゴムの接着方法に関する。
［従来の技術］ 加硫済フッ素ゴムは、耐熱性、耐薬品性、耐候性に優
れる反面、接着性が著しく低く、市販の接着剤（ゴム系
等）を使用しても金属等への接着が困難であった。共の
りにおいても同一加硫系だと化学的反応がほぼ終了して
いるために、共のりと加硫済ゴムが反応できず、安定し
た接着力が得られなかった。そこで金具とフッ素ゴム一
体部品の接着は、未加硫ゴムを加硫する際にアミン系シ
ランカップリング剤にて、処理した金具に焼付成形を行
っていた。
［発明が解決しようとする問題点］ 従来の焼付成形による接着方法は、型割部にゴムバリ
が発生する。しかし防塵を必要とする用途に対応するた
めには、ゴムバリの除去が困難である。また共のり接着
においては、加硫済ゴムが化学的に安定しているため同
一加硫系では、安定した接着力が得られない。
［問題点を解決するための手段］ 以上の問題点を解決する為に、加硫済フッ素ゴムと異
加硫系をもつ未加硫フッ素ゴムの共のりにて有効に反応
させアミン系シランカップリング剤を使用することによ
り、加硫済ゴムの未反応部を異加硫系の共のりにて有効
に反応させ、アミン系ミランカップリング剤にて、処理
した金具と加熱圧着することにより、安定した接着力が
得られ、ゴム単位で成形したものを簡単に仕上げられ
る。
［実施例］ ポリオール加硫系フッ素ゴム（住友3MフローレルFC−
3009…100、酸化マグネシウム＃150…10、水酸化カルシ
ウム…３、MTカーボン…３、カルナバワックス…１、計
117）を単体で成形するバリ仕上げをし、接着面にアミ
ン加硫系未加硫フッ素ゴム共のり（住友3MフローレルFC
−2230…100、酸化マグネシウム＃30…15、ダイアック
＃３…1.5、MTカーボン…30、メチル・エチル・ケトン
（溶剤）…439.5計586）を塗布し、アミン系シランカッ
プリング剤にて処理した金層板SUS304に180℃、15分間
の加熱圧着を行う。接着強度試験として、90゜はく離法
（第３図）を用いて行った結果95％以上のゴム破壊であ
った。
［発明の効果］ 本発明により、従来困難であった加硫済フッ素ゴムに
おいて、接着強度も大きく、安定した接着力が得られる
様になった。ゴム単体で仕上げができるため、従来行っ
ていた加硫接着方法でのバリ除去問題も回避でき、防塵
を必要とする部品への対応が容易となった。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】金具と加硫済フッ素ゴムの接着方法におい
    てポリオール加硫の加硫済フッ素ゴムにアミン加硫の未
    加硫フッ素ゴムを共のりとし、アミン系シランカップリ
    ング剤にて処理した金具と加熱下にて圧着することを特
    徴とする金具と加硫済フッ素ゴムの接着方法。
  2. 【請求項２】アミン加硫の加硫済フッ素ゴムにポリオー
    ル加硫の未加硫フッ素ゴムを共のりとして、アミン系シ
    ランカップリング剤にて処理した金具と加熱下にて圧着
    することを特徴とする金具と加硫済フッ素ゴムの接着方
    法。
