【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は電子機器または電子計算
機等を構成する電子回路部品への電源供給構造に関し、
特にプリント基板に搭載されたＬＳＩへ電源を供給する
ＬＳＩ給電構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来、この種の給電構造は図３，図４に
示すように、プリント基板１の裏面に設けられたＩＯピ
ン２に電源が接続され、電源からの電流はプリント基板
１の内層パターンを通って表面のパッドを介してＬＳＩ
収納ケース３のパッドに流れ込みさらにＬＳＩ収納ケー
ス３のパターンを通ってＬＳＩチップ４に流れ込むもの
であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上述した従来のＬＳＩ
給電構造は、プリント基板を介して給電している為プリ
ント基板のパターン抵抗を含むことになり、大容量給電
の場合電圧ドロップが大きくなり、さらにプリント基板
内層の発熱が大きくなり信頼性上問題になる欠点があっ
た。又、プリント基板に設けたＩＯピンから給電される
為、給電用のピン数も大容量になればなるほど多数必要
となり、信号用のピン数と合せると膨大な数になる欠点
もあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、プリント基板
上に複数個がマトリクス状に搭載された電子部品に電源
を供給する電源供給構造において、前記プリント基板上
の前記電子部品間に設けられた電源バスと、この電源バ
スと前記電子部品の側面に設けられた電源用パッド間に
装着された接続用バネとを有する。

【実施例】次に、本発明について図面を参照して説明す
る。
【０００６】図１は本発明の一実施例を示したＬＳＩ実
装面から見た平面図、図２は図１のＡ−Ａ断面図であ
る。
【０００７】プリント基板１上にマトリクス状に配置さ
れたＬＳＩチップ４を収納したＬＳＩ収納ケース３の間
に電源バス５が配置される。ＬＳＩ収納ケース３の側面
には電源パッド７が有り、電源バス５との間に接続用バ
ネ６を装着することにより電源バス５と電源パッド７が
電気的に接続される。電源パッド７はＬＳＩ収納ケース
３に設けたパターン等によってＬＳＩチップ４に接続さ
れる。
【０００８】上記のルートによって電源バス５からＬＳ
Ｉチップ４へ電源供給される。又、ＬＳＩ収納ケース３
の四側面を電源の種類によって使い分けると、４種の電
源供給が可能になる。
【０００９】尚、電源バス５の冷却はＬＳＩチップの冷
却と同時に実施することができる。

【発明の効果】以上説明した様に、電子部品の側面を利
用し電源バスから直接給電することにより、プリント基
板のパターン抵抗が削除でき大容量給電における電圧ド
ロップ及びプリント基板の発熱を小さくできる効果と、
プリント基板のＩＯピンを全て信号用として使用できる
為ＩＯピン数を削減することができる効果がある。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】プリント基板上に複数個がマトリクス状に
    搭載された電子部品に電源を供給する電源供給構造にお
    いて、前記プリント基板上の前記電子部品間に設けられ
    た電源バスと、この電源バスと前記電子部品の側面に設
    けられた電源用パッド間に装着された接続用バネとを含
    むことを特徴とする電源供給構造。
  2. 【請求項２】 プリント基板上に複数個がマトリクス状
    に搭載された直方体の電子部品に電源を供給する電源供
    給構造において、前記プリント基板上の前記電子部品間
    および前記電子部品の外側に配置されたものの外側の辺
    に沿った位置に格子状に設けられたバスと、この電源バ
    スと前記電子部品の４側面に設けられた電源用パッド間
    に装着された接続用バネとを含み、前記電源バスを４種
    類に分けそれぞれの種類の電源バスに異った電源を供給
    する電源供給構造。
