Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は静電力を利用して紙やフイルムなどを吸着保
持する合成樹脂製の静電吸着シートに関する。
(従来の技術) 従来、この種の吸着シートは吸着層,電極群および絶
縁層の三者を熱圧着等により接着し一体的に結合した構
造である(特公昭57−58872号)。
そして、上記吸着層は半導電性を有するプラスチック
等の表面シートであり、絶縁層は前記吸着層に熱圧着可
能なプラスチック製の基板シートであって粘着性のない
絶縁材、例えば塩化ビニル等が使用される。
(考案が解決しようとする課題) 上記従来構造によれば、絶縁層に粘着性がないため
に、該絶縁層と吸着層との接着は熱圧着や超音波溶着に
より行なわなければならず、その製造工程に手数を要
し、かつそれらの設備を必要とするなど製造コストの高
騰の要因になっているとともに吸着シートを自動製図機
などの機器に載置固定させるためには、絶縁層の下面に
両面接着テープを接着し、該テープを介して吸着シート
を機器に密着固定させる必要があった。
而して、本考案は斯る従来不具合を解消して、生産性
及び使用性に優れた吸着シートを安価に提供することを
目的とする。
(課題を達成するための手段) 斯る本考案は吸着層に接着結合する絶縁層を、自己粘
着性を有する絶縁材により形成し、該絶縁材の自己粘着
性により吸着層に接着させ、また使用する機器の所定面
に密着固定させることを特徴とする。
(実施例) 本考案の実施例を図面により説明すれば、第1図にお
いて、(1)は吸着層を形成する表面シート、(2a)
(2b)は表面シート(1)の下面に形成又は貼付した電
極群、(3)は絶縁層を形成する基板シートである。
表面シート(1)は吸着層として知られたプラスチッ
クシート、例えば塩化ビニル系、アクリル系,スチロー
ル系などの合成樹脂を用い、必要に応じてカーボン材や
合成ゴムを、配合させて適度な電気抵抗率や誘電率が得
られるようにしたもので、電極(2a)(2b)に高圧電流
の電荷をかけたときに表面に吸着力を生起する。
又、表面シート(1)は本願出願人の先顔に係るシー
ト(特願昭63−11496号)、すなわち熱可塑性合成樹脂
と熱可塑性エラストマーとを生成分としたものを用いる
こともよい。
基板シート(3)は、粘着性を有する絶縁材により形
成し、その材料は例えばアクリル系,ウレタン系,オレ
フィン系,エポキシ系の粘着材であって、粘度(常態粘
着力)が、アクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合体の場合
で1000g/cm以上、体積固有抵抗値が1012〜1018Ωcm又は
それ以上である。
この基板シート(3)は表面シート(1)に接着する
前は、表裏両面に剥離シート(4)を被着した状態で取
扱い、表面シート(1)に接着する際に表面の剥離シー
トを剥がし、該面を押圧ロール法等により表面シート
(1)に接着して両シート(1)(3)及び電極群(2
a)(2b)を一体に結合せしめる。
上記両シート(1)(3)の厚さを例示すれば、表面
シート(1)は0.2〜1.5mm、基板シート(3)は0.02〜
1.5mmである。
第2図は本考案の吸着シートの使用例を示すもので、
自動製図機等の機器(6)に載置固定する場合、先づ前
記剥離シート(4)を基板シート(3)から剥がし、該
シート下面を機器(6)に載置押圧することによって基
板シート(3)がその自己粘着性により機器(6)に全
面密着した状態で接着する。
尚、第2図中、(7)は被吸着物である。
第3図は本考案吸着シートの他の実施例を示し、基板
シート(3′)を芯材(5)により補強したものであ
る。
芯材(5)は合成樹脂フイルム又は不織布,ガラス繊
維等により形成し、その表裏両面に前述した粘着性を有
する絶縁材を塗着せしめて基板シート(3′)を形成
し、これにより該シートが補強される。
(作用効果) 本考案によれば、粘着性を有する絶縁材により吸着シ
ートの絶縁層を形成してなるので、該絶縁層を自己粘着
力により吸着層に接着することができる。
従って、熱圧着機,超音波溶接機など高価な設備を必
要とせず、簡単な押圧法により吸着層と絶縁層との接着
作業を行なうことができ、作業性を改善し得るとともに
製造コストを安価になし得る。しかも、絶縁層と吸着層
との接着が、熱圧着や超音波溶着によらず、常温におけ
る接着であるために、吸着層の厚さを0.2mm程度まで薄
くすることが可能であり、(従来は0.5mmまでが限度で
ある)、それにより強い吸着力を得ることができる。さ
らに、絶縁層が自己粘着性を有するので、粘着層下で適
度のクッション作用を有し、従って製図機等の機器に取
付使用する場合において、ペンダウンの際の音が小さく
作業環境を良好にするとともに、ペンダウンのスピード
を早くすることができ、描画スピードを高める。
又、絶縁層の自己粘着力によって使用する機器の所定
取付面に吸着シートを載置接着することができる。
従って、両面接着テープの使用を不要にし、その取付
け作業が簡便であるとともにシート全面が取付面に密着
し堅固な取付け構造が得られる。
又、芯材の埋設構造によって吸着シートが補強され、
その耐久性及び扱い性が向上する。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第1図は本考案吸着シートの断面図、第2図は使用状態
を示す断面図、第3図は他の実施例を示す断面図であ
る。 図中、(1)は表面シート(吸着層),(2a)(2b)は
電極群,(3)(3′)は基板シート(絶縁層),
(5)は芯材である。

    (57)【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】吸着層、電極群および絶縁層の三者を一体
    的に結合する静電吸着シートにおいて、前記絶縁層を自
    己粘着性を有する絶縁材により形成してなる静電吸着シ
    ート。
  2. 【請求項2】上記絶縁層が芯材により補強されている請
    求項第1項記載の静電吸着シート。
