Claims (11)
- ラミネートシートからなる電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースの内部に収容され、電極タブが突出する電極組立体と、
前記電極タブと電気的に連結され、前記電池ケースの外側に延びる電極リードと、
前記電極リードの内部に位置するガス排出部と、
を含む、パウチ型電池セル。 - 前記ガス排出部は、前記パウチ型電池セルの内部と外部とを連通する構造を有する、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記ガス排出部は、前記パウチ型電池セルの内圧が外圧以下の場合にはガスの移動を遮断し、前記パウチ型電池セルの内圧が外圧を超える場合には前記パウチ型電池セルの内部ガスを排出する、請求項1または2に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記ガス排出部の流入口は前記電池ケースのシーリング部の内側に位置し、前記ガス排出部の排出口は前記電池ケースのシーリング部の外側に位置する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記ガス排出部は、U字形の管が前記電極リードの内部に収容された形態を有し、
前記ガス排出部の内側端にある流入口と前記ガス排出部の外側端にある排出口とは前記電極リードの一側面上に形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記ガス排出部は、それぞれU字形の管形を有する第1ガス排出部及び第2ガス排出部を含み、
前記第1ガス排出部は、前記電極リードの延長方向に平行な両側面のうちの第1側面上に第1流入口及び第1排出口が形成されており、
前記第2ガス排出部は、前記電極リードの延長方向に平行な両側面のうちの第2側面上に第2流入口及び第2排出口が形成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記ガス排出部は、1字形の管が前記電極リードの内部に収容された形態を有し、
前記ガス排出部の流入口は、前記電極リードの延長方向に平行な両側面のうちの第1側面上に形成されており、前記ガス排出部の排出口は、前記電極リードの延長方向に平行な両側面のうちの第2側面上に形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記ガス排出部は、1字形を有するそれぞれの第3ガス排出部及び第4ガス排出部が互いに交差してX字形をなし、
前記第3ガス排出部の流入口は前記電極リードの延長方向に平行な両側面のうちの第1側面上に形成され、前記第3ガス排出部の排出口は前記電極リードの延長方向に平行な両側面のうちの第2側面上に形成されており、
前記第4ガス排出部の流入口は前記第2側面上に形成され、前記第4ガス排出部の排出口は前記第1側面上に形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記電極リードは前記電池ケースの外側で折り曲げられ、
前記電極リードは、折曲部分を基準に、電池ケースのシーリング部を貫く内側リード、及び前記内側リードを除いた外側リードを含み、
前記ガス排出部の排出口は前記外側リードに形成されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セルと、
前記パウチ型電池セルを2個以上収容するパックケースと、
前記パウチ型電池セルの外部において前記パックケースの内部に配置され、前記パウチ型電池セルから排出されたガスを検出するセンサー部材と、
前記センサー部材でガスを検出すると警報を発生するアラーム部材と、
を含む、電池パック。 - 前記アラーム部材は、前記ガスの種類によって異なる種類のアラームを発生する、請求項10に記載の電池パック。
