Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る包装体101の斜視図を示す。同図に示すように、包装体101は、本実施形態に係る弁である弁構造体100と、弁構造体100が取り付けられた包装容器200とを備える。図1では、本来外部から視認できない部位が、参考のため、部分的に点線で示されている。以下では、説明の便宜のため、図1の上下方向を「上下」と称し、左右方向を「左右」と称するが、包装体101の使用時の向き及び方向は、これに限定されない。
図1に示すように、弁構造体100は、内部に通路Lが形成される弁外体2を備える。弁外体2は、筒状部位20及び取付部22を有する。取付部22は、弁構造体100を包装容器200に取り付けるための部位である。取付部22は、本実施形態では、包装容器200の成袋時にヒートシール部201を構成するラミネートフィルムに挟まれた状態でヒートシールされることによって、包装容器200に固定される。
以下、弁構造体100の使用状態について説明する。弁構造体100は、包装容器200に気密に取り付けられた状態で使用される。
以上、本発明の一実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、その趣旨を逸脱しない限りにおいて、種々の変更が可能である。例えば、以下の変更が可能である。また、以下の変形例の要旨は、適宜組み合わせることができる。
上記実施形態では、破壊弁1は、切欠き部10が形成された金属製の板状部材とされたが、破壊弁1の構成は、この態様に限定されない。例えば、図4Aに示すように、弁外体2の下端部に外周縁がヒートシールされたラミネートフィルム1aにより、破壊弁を構成することもできる。別の例を挙げると、図4Bに示すように、ラミネートフィルムから構成される包装容器200において、弁外体2の下端部を囲むように形成したヒートシール部1bにより、破壊弁を構成することもできる。この例では、ヒートシール部1bの内部と外部とがヒートシール部1bにより気体及び液体連通することのないように分離される。しかし、包装容器200の内部において発生したガスにより、ヒートシール部1bの内部側の空間の圧力が上昇すると、このヒートシール部1bが剥離するように構成されている。以上のとおり、図4A及び図4Bのようなイージーピールによっても、好ましく破壊弁を形成することができる。
上記実施形態では、破壊弁1が取付部22内に配置されたが、筒状部位20内に配置してもよい。この場合、包装容器200に対するヒートシールによる取付部22の取り付け時の熱で、破壊弁1が変形する虞が低減される点で好ましい。また、破壊弁1を筒状部位20内に配置するとともに、涙目形状の取付部22を省略して、包装容器200を筒状部位20の外周面にヒートシールにより固定してもよい。

Claims (9)
- 樹脂成形品又はフィルムにより形成される包装容器の内外を連通させる通路を形成する弁であって、
前記通路を閉塞するように配置され、前記包装容器の内部において発生したガスに起因して前記包装容器の内圧が上昇した場合に裂開する破壊弁と、
前記通路内において前記破壊弁の外部に向かう側である二次側に配置され、前記破壊弁が裂開した後、前記包装容器の内圧に応じて前記包装容器の内部から外部へと前記ガスを放出する逆止弁と、
前記通路を少なくとも部分的に画定し、前記包装容器を構成するフィルムに挟まれた状態で前記包装容器に固定される取付部と
を備える、弁。 - 前記破壊弁の開弁圧力は、前記包装容器の耐内圧の2/3以下である、
