Abstract
Description
本願では、2020年3月25日付米国暫定特許出願第62/994558号に基づく優先権を主張し、参照によりその全容を本願に繰り入れるものとする。
PSA(米国マサチューセッツ州スペンサー所在のFLEXcon Company, Inc.により販売されているFLEXcon(登録商標)H-582)の有機溶媒溶液に、乾燥重量で15%の極性素材、この例ではオランダ国のNouryon Chemicalsにより販売されているArquad(登録商標)HTL8-MSを添加した。その溶液を、38μmポリエステルフィルムの剥離被覆側に注いだ。これに連続的導電層素材を付着させた。この例では、その連続的導電層を、米国ニューヨーク州スケネクタディ所在のTechnical Fibre Products LTD.から入手可能な4g/smの不織導電ベール材、特に製品#20352Aのものとした。そのベール材を、まだウェットなPSA溶液上に寝かせ、その中へと押し込んだ。その上でその複合材を乾燥させた。そして、2個目の標本を、同じ感圧接着剤及び同じベール材を用い同じ要領で、但し極性素材の組込みなしで調製した。
100パーツの接着剤(米国イリノイ州シカゴ所在のActega North Americaにより販売されているRadBond(商標)12PS 12L V FB接着剤)に、5パーツの極性素材(オランダ国のNouryon Chemicalsにより販売されているArquad(登録商標)HTL8-MS)を添加した。その混合物で、FLEXcon Company, Inc.により販売されている90プライ平坦白色(PFW)剥離ライナ上で支持されており米国ニューヨーク州スケネクタディ所在のTechnical Fibre Products Inc.により販売されているカーボンベール20352A上を、被覆した。こうして構成された標本群を、UVランプ下で硬化させた後、導電炭素被覆付50μmポリエステルに積層した。二組目の標本群を同様に、但しこの場合は極性素材(Arquad(登録商標)HTL8-MS)を添加せずに調製した。
第3の例は、電極をどの程度の薄さで調製できるかを調べるため、金属箔例えばアルミニウム箔の使用を組み込んだものである。平坦なアルミニウム箔とすることで、織布であれ不織布であれ、布の不規則プロファイルが回避される。0.0007インチのアルミニウム箔を、極性化合物(3M Company, Inc.により販売されているFC-5000)とFLEXcon Company, Inc.により販売されている感圧接着剤(PSA H-582)との混合物に、付着させた。その混合物を、0.0002インチなる被覆堆積厚(乾燥時)になるまでそのアルミニウム箔上に被せ、それをシリコーン被覆付ポリエステルで覆うことで、その接着剤複合材を保護するようにした。そのアルミニウム/PSA/保護ライナ複合材の逆側に、接着剤/極性素材からなる第2の被覆を、同じく0.0002インチなる乾燥時堆積厚になるまで付着させた。上掲の複合材の標本群を、厚み(Z)次元及び長さ,幅(X,Y)次元の双方において、インピーダンスに関し試験した。Z方向における平均インピーダンスは540Ω、X,Y平面における平均インピーダンスは590Ωとなった。これらの値は、電気的等方性の定義の枠内によく収まっている。
Claims (28)
- 非水性等方導電性信号受容複合材であって、上面及び下面を有する連続的導電素材を備え、その両面が誘電性ポリマ素材により実質被覆されていて、その誘電性ポリマ内に極性素材がある複合材。
- 請求項1記載の複合材であって、前記誘電性ポリマ及び前記極性素材が、高湿度への露出後でも実質的な相分離を呈さない複合材。
- 請求項1及び2のうち何れかに記載の複合材であって、前記極性素材が、最高で45重量%の濃度を有し且つ前記誘電性ポリマ内で実質分散されている複合材。
- 請求項1~3のうち何れかに記載の複合材であって、前記誘電性ポリマがPSAである複合材。
- 請求項4記載の複合材であって、前記PSAがアクリル系ポリマをベースとしている複合材。
- 請求項1~5のうち何れかに記載の複合材であって、前記誘電性ポリマが非粘着性ポリマである複合材。
- 請求項6記載の複合材であって、前記非粘着性ポリマが熱可塑性ウレタンである複合材。
- 請求項1~7のうち何れかに記載の複合材であって、前記極性素材が、第四アンモニウム塩属に発するものである複合材。
- 請求項1~8のうち何れかに記載の複合材であって、前記連続的導電素材が導電繊維不織物である複合材。
- 請求項1~9のうち何れかに記載の複合材であって、前記連続的導電素材が、導電炭素繊維ヤーンで構成された織布である複合材。
- 請求項1~10のうち何れかに記載の複合材であって、前記連続的導電素材に金属箔が含まれる複合材。
- 請求項11記載の複合材であって、前記連続的導電層にアルミニウム箔が含まれる複合材。
- 請求項1~12のうち何れかに記載の複合材であって、前記連続的導電素材が導電スクリーンである複合材。
- 非ハイドロゲル等方導電性信号受容素材を作成する方法であって、その両側が誘電性ポリマ及び極性素材の混合物で以て実質被覆されている連続的導電素材を提供する方法。
- 請求項14記載の方法であって、前記連続的導電素材が前記誘電性ポリマ・極性素材混合物により実質被覆されるようその誘電性ポリマ・極性素材混合物を溶液塗料からその連続的導電素材上へと投ずる方法であり、前記極性素材が前記誘電素材内で実質分散されている方法。
- 請求項14及び15のうち何れかに記載の方法であって、前記誘電性ポリマ・極性素材混合物を感圧接着剤とし、それにより剥離性支持材上を覆い更に乾燥させ、その上で前記連続的導電素材の片側にその感圧接着剤混合物を積層し、その後そのプロセスをその連続的導電素材の逆側でも反復する方法。
- 非水性等方導電性信号受容複合材であって、上面及び下面を有する連続的導電素材を備え、それら上面及び下面双方の上にポリマ素材があり、そのポリマ素材が、そのポリマ素材を構成するポリマに付属する極性置換基を含有する非水性等方導電性信号受容複合材。
- 請求項17記載の非水等方導電性信号受容素材であって、前記ポリマ素材が、更に、そのなかに実質分散された極性素材を含有する非水等方導電性信号受容素材。
- 請求項17及び18のうち何れかに記載の非水等方導電性信号受容素材であって、前記ポリマ素材が、ポリマに付属するカチオン性置換基を含有する非水等方導電性信号受容素材。
- 請求項17~19のうち何れかに記載の非水等方導電性信号受容素材であって、前記ポリマ素材が、ポリマに付属するアニオン性置換基を含有する非水等方導電性信号受容素材。
- 信号受容素材であって、ポリマ素材内に分散された極性素材と、そのポリマ素材内にある導電素材と、を備え、その導電素材が、本信号受容素材の厚み方向よりもそれぞれ実質的に大きく長さ方向及び幅方向に延びている信号受容素材。
- 請求項21記載の信号受容素材であって、前記導電素材に炭素繊維ベールが含まれる信号受容素材。
- 請求項21及び22のうち何れかに記載の信号受容素材であって、前記導電素材に炭素繊維布が含まれる信号受容素材。
- 請求項21~23のうち何れかに記載の信号受容素材であって、前記導電素材に金属箔が含まれる信号受容素材。
- 繊維質信号受容素材であって、ポリマ素材内に分散された極性素材と、そのポリマ素材内にある導電素材と、を備え、その導電素材が、そのなかに前記極性素材が分散された前記ポリマ素材によって実質被覆されている信号受容素材。
- 請求項25記載の信号受容素材であって、前記導電素材に炭素繊維が含まれており、前記被覆が施されたその繊維素材が織布の態に形成されている信号受容素材。
- 請求項25及び26のうち何れかに記載の信号受容素材であって、前記導電素材に炭素繊維が含まれており、前記被覆が施されたその繊維素材が不織布の態に形成されている信号受容素材。
- 請求項25~27のうち何れかに記載の信号受容素材であって、前記導電素材に炭素繊維が含まれており、前記被覆が施されたその繊維素材がマット化布の態に形成されている信号受容素材。
