(Mg,Li)PO4+2HCl+3H2O→Li++Mg2++H2PO4 -+2Cl-+3H2O
Li++Mg2++H2PO4 -+2Cl-+3H2O+Ca(OH)2→Li++H++2Cl-+Mg(OH)2 +CaHPO4・2H2O+H2O
3Li++3Mg2++3H2PO4 -+6Cl-+9H2O+5Ca(OH)2→3Li++Cl-+2OH-+3Mg(OH)2+Ca5(PO4)3・OH+10H2O+5HCl(g)
6Li++2Cl-+4OH-+20H2O+3Na2CO3→3Li2CO3+6Na++2Cl-+4OH-+20H2O
リチウム濃度が10g/Lである高濃度のリチウム溶液を製造するために、マグネシウム含有リン酸リチウム10gと、酸性度が異なる塩酸水溶液0.1Lとをそれぞれ常温で混合した後で60分間撹拌した。
マグネシウムが含有されたリン酸リチウム10gを常温の塩酸水溶液0.1Lに投入し、1時間にわたって撹拌することによってpH4.33のマグネシウム含有リン酸リチウム溶解液を製造した。
マグネシウム及びリンが除去された常温のリチウム含有溶液1LにNa2CO3を64.78g投入した後、2時間にわたって撹拌して反応させ、析出物をろ過した。
Claims (12)
- 不純物を含むリン酸リチウムを準備する段階と;
前記リン酸リチウム及び不純物を酸(acid)に溶解させる段階と;
前記リン酸リチウム及び不純物が酸に溶解された溶解液に添加剤を投入し、リチウム含有溶液を収得する段階と;を含み、
前記添加剤は、リン酸陰イオン及び不純物を同時に析出させる物質であり、前記添加剤によって収得されたリチウム含有溶液は塩基性であるリチウム抽出方法。 - 前記不純物はアルカリ土類金属を含む、請求項1に記載のリチウム抽出方法。
- 前記アルカリ土類金属は、ベリリウム(Be)、マグネシウム(Mg)、カルシウム(Ca)、ストロンチウム(Sr)、バリウム(Ba)、ラジウム(Ra)又はこれらの組み合わせである、請求項2に記載のリチウム抽出方法。
- 前記リン酸リチウム及び不純物が酸に溶解された溶解液内のリチウム濃度は、10g/L乃至35g/Lである、請求項1に記載のリチウム抽出方法。
- 前記リン酸リチウム及び不純物を酸(acid)に溶解させる段階において、
酸は、塩酸、次亜塩素酸、硝酸、酢酸又はこれらの組み合わせである、請求項1に記載のリチウム抽出方法。 - 前記リン酸リチウム及び不純物が酸に溶解された溶解液のpHは-0.1乃至4.5である、請求項1に記載のリチウム抽出方法。
- 前記添加剤は、酸化物(oxide)又は水酸化物(hydoxide)である、請求項1に記載のリチウム抽出方法。
- 前記添加剤は、ベリリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、バリウム、ラジウム又はこれらの組み合わせの陽イオンの酸化物又は水酸化物である、請求項7に記載のリチウム抽出方法。
- 前記リン酸リチウム及び不純物が酸に溶解された溶解液に添加剤を投入し、リチウム含有溶液を収得する段階において、
収得されたリチウム含有溶液のpHは9以上である、請求項1に記載のリチウム抽出方法。 - 前記リン酸リチウム及び不純物が酸に溶解された溶解液に添加剤を投入し、リチウム含有溶液を収得する段階において、
収得されたリチウム含有溶液のpHは11以上である、請求項1に記載のリチウム抽出方法。 - 前記収得されたリチウム含有溶液に炭酸供給物質を投入し、炭酸リチウムを収得する、請求項1に記載のリチウム抽出方法。
- 前記炭酸供給物質は、炭酸ナトリウム(Na2CO3)、炭酸カリウム(K2CO3)、炭酸アンモニウム((NH4)2CO3)、重炭酸ナトリウム(NaHCO3)、重炭酸カリウム(KHCO3)又はこれらの組み合わせである、請求項11に記載のリチウム抽出方法。
