Claims (5)
- pHが5.0〜15.0の範囲のリチウム含有液にリン酸塩を添加して、前記リチウム含有液中のリチウムイオンをリン酸リチウムの沈殿物にし、前記リン酸リチウムの沈殿物を回収するリチウムのリン酸化工程と、
前記リン酸リチウムの沈殿物をpHが−0.5〜5.0の範囲の酸性溶液と混合して、前記リン酸リチウム中のリチウムを前記酸性溶液中に浸出させるリチウム浸出工程と、
からなることを特徴とする、リチウム含有液からの高濃度リチウム溶液の製造方法。 - 前記リチウムのリン酸化工程の前処理として、前記リチウム含有液に水酸化アルカリを添加して重金属不純物を沈殿させた後、固液分離により、前記重金属不純物を除去することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム含有液からの高濃度リチウム溶液の製造方法。
- 前記リチウムのリン酸化工程において、リン酸塩の原料が、リン酸アルカリまたは重金属リン酸塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のリチウム含有液からの高濃度リチウム溶液の製造方法。
- 前記リチウム浸出工程において、前記酸性溶液が硫酸、塩酸、硝酸のいずれかを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のリチウム含有液からの高濃度リチウム溶液の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の高濃度リチウム溶液の製造方法で得られた高濃度リチウム溶液に、炭酸塩を添加し、前記高濃度リチウム溶液中のリチウムを炭酸リチウムとして析出することを特徴とする、炭酸リチウムの製造方法。
