Claims (7)
- 機器のケースに固定される外部コネクタと、当該ケースの内側の内部基板上の内部コネクタとを接続するコネクタ組立方法であって、
前記外部コネクタの後端部には複数の支持部が設けられ、前記複数の支持部の後端からストレート状の複数のバスバーが延出し、
前記内部コネクタに形成された複数のソケット開口の内側に接触端子が設けられ、前記複数のソケット開口が前記ケースの貫通穴から側方に露出し、
前記内部コネクタの前記複数のソケット開口に前記外部コネクタの前記複数のバスバーの先端を近づけて、前記複数のソケット開口に前記複数のバスバーの先端側を差し込ませることを特徴とするコネクタ組立方法。 - 前記内部コネクタがフローティングコネクタであり、前記内部基板に固定された固定ハウジングの内側に、フローティングバネを介して可動ハウジングが浮動状態で支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ組立方法。
- 前記複数のソケット開口の内側には、一対の前記接触端子によってクリップ状の端子が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコネクタ組立方法。
- 前記内部コネクタには、前記複数のソケット開口に向けて前記複数のバスバーの先端側をガイドする複数のガイド面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ組立方法。
- ケースに外部コネクタが固定され、前記ケースの内側に内部基板が設置された車載機器組立方法であって、
前記外部コネクタの後端部には複数の支持部が設けられ、前記複数の支持部の後端からストレート状の複数のバスバーが延出し、
前記内部基板には内部コネクタが設けられ、当該内部コネクタに形成された複数のソケット開口の内側に接触端子が設けられ、前記複数のソケット開口が前記ケースの貫通穴から側方に露出し、
前記内部コネクタの前記複数のソケット開口に前記外部コネクタの前記複数のバスバーの先端を近づけて、前記複数のソケット開口に前記複数のバスバーの先端側を差し込ませて、前記ケースに前記外部コネクタを固定することを特徴とする車載機器組立方法。 - 機器のケースに固定された外部コネクタと、前記ケースの内側の内部基板上の内部コネクタとを備えたコネクタ組立体であって、
前記外部コネクタの後端部には複数の支持部が設けられ、前記複数の支持部の後端からストレート状の複数のバスバーが延出し、

前記複数のソケット開口が前記複数のバスバーの先端側を差し込み可能に形成されていることを特徴とするコネクタ組立体。 - ケースと、前記ケースに固定された外部コネクタと、前記ケースの内側に設置された内部基板と、前記内部基板上に設けられた内部コネクタとを備えた車載機器であって、
前記外部コネクタの後端部には複数の支持部が設けられ、前記複数の支持部の後端からストレート状の複数のバスバーが延出し、
前記内部コネクタに形成された複数のソケット開口の内側に接触端子が設けられ、前記複数のソケット開口が前記ケースの貫通穴から側方に露出し、
前記複数のソケット開口が前記複数のバスバーの先端側を差し込み可能に形成されていることを特徴とする車載機器。
