Claims (11)
- 機器のケースに固定される外部コネクタと、当該ケースの内側の内部基板上の内部コネクタとを接続するコネクタ組立方法であって、
前記外部コネクタに前記ケースの内側に延出するリードが設けられ、
前記内部コネクタに形成されたソケット開口の内側に接触端子が設けられており、
前記内部コネクタの前記ソケット開口と前記外部コネクタの前記リードの先端を相対的に近づけて、前記ソケット開口に前記リードの先端側を差し込ませることを特徴とするコネクタ組立方法。 - 前記内部コネクタがフローティングコネクタであり、前記内部基板に固定された固定ハウジングの内側に、フローティングバネを介して可動ハウジングが浮動状態で支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ組立方法。
- 前記ソケット開口の内側には、一対の前記接触端子によってクリップ状の端子が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコネクタ組立方法。
- 前記内部コネクタには、前記ソケット開口に向けて前記リードの先端側をガイドするガイド面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ組立方法。
- 前記リードの先端側が当該リードの基端側に対して垂直に屈曲していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ組立方法。
- 前記外部コネクタを前記ケースに固定した後に、前記内部コネクタの前記ソケット開口を前記外部コネクタの前記リードの先端に近づけることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のコネクタ組立方法。
- 前記外部コネクタは前記ケースの側壁に固定され、前記リードの先端が上方に向けられており、
前記内部コネクタの前記ソケット開口を上方から前記外部コネクタの前記リードの先端に近づけて、前記ソケット開口に前記リードの先端側を差し込ませることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコネクタ組立方法。 - 前記外部コネクタから前記ケースの内側に複数の前記リードが延出しており、
前記内部コネクタには複数の前記ソケット開口が形成され、各ソケット開口の内側には前記接触端子が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ組立方法。 - ケースに外部コネクタが固定され、前記ケースの内側に内部基板が設置される車載機器組立方法であって、
前記外部コネクタには前記ケースの内側に延出するリードが設けられ、
前記内部基板には内部コネクタが設けられ、当該内部コネクタに形成されたソケット開口の内側に接触端子が設けられており、
前記内部コネクタの前記ソケット開口と前記外部コネクタの前記リードの先端を相対的に近づけて、前記ソケット開口に前記リードの先端側を差し込ませるように、前記ケースに前記外部コネクタを固定し、前記ケースの内側に前記内部基板を設置することを特徴とする車載機器組立方法。 - 機器のケースに固定された外部コネクタと、前記ケースの内側の内部基板上の内部コネクタとを備えたコネクタ組立体であって、
前記外部コネクタに前記ケースの内側に延出するリードが設けられ、
前記内部コネクタに形成されたソケット開口の内側に接触端子が設けられており、
前記内部コネクタの前記ソケット開口と前記外部コネクタの前記リードの先端を相対的に近づけられることで、前記ソケット開口に対して前記リードの先端側が差し込み可能な形状に形成されていることを特徴とするコネクタ組立体。 - ケースと、前記ケースに固定された外部コネクタと、前記ケースの内側に設置された内部基板と、前記内部基板上に設けられた内部コネクタとを備えた車載機器であって、
前記外部コネクタに前記ケースの内側に延出するリードが設けられ、
前記内部コネクタに形成されたソケット開口の内側に接触端子が設けられており、
前記内部コネクタの前記ソケット開口と前記外部コネクタの前記リードの先端を相対的に近づけられることで、前記ソケット開口に対して前記リードの先端側が差し込み可能な形状に形成されていることを特徴とする車載機器。
