Abstract

本发明涉及连接器组件及设备箱。设备箱包括箱体和连接器组件,连接器组件包括安装在箱体的侧壁上的外接插座,箱体内还设有印制板,外接插座的内端连接有导体,导体的远离外接插座的端部连接有折弯端子,折弯端子具有用于与印制板连接的连接部。采用本身具有一定折弯角度的折弯端子,可最大限度减轻对导线最小折弯半径的要求,并保证了狭小空间内产品的安装,即可在不同平面连接时进一步补偿不同平面误差,更加方便安装;通过折弯端子的连接部与印制板连接,折弯端子可依靠软导线实现浮动,满足整体结构对按照公差的需求。

连接器组件及设备箱
技术领域
本发明涉及连接器组件及设备箱。
背景技术
对于某些设备箱,为了实现设备箱面板上的印制板与设备箱外部的电路连接,一般需要在设备箱的侧板上穿装外接插座,然后通过转接的导电件将外接插座与印制板连接,用来传输电源和信号的RU箱即是一种常见的设备箱,如图1、2所示,其密封的箱体面板011上固定有印制板02,与安装印制板02的面板011垂直的侧板012上设有安装孔0121并在安装孔0121内安装有RU插座03(即外接插座),在安装印制板02的面板011上还设有接线孔0111,通过在导线04两端分别焊接插接件05和压接件06,可在接线孔0111处进行操作,使导线04一端的插接件05与RU插座03的箱内插接接触件插接配合,使导线04另一端的压接件06通过螺钉压接在印制板02上,这种导线转接的方式对于安装孔的轴线与印制板共面设置的情况来说十分方便,但是对于印制板02偏离安装孔0121的轴线设置且安装孔0121与固定在面板011上的印制板02位置很接近时,则需要导线04弯折后才能实现导向两端与RU插座03和印制板02的连接。由于印制板02与RU插座03位置很接近(接线空间十分狭小,一般仅有20mm左右,单纯使用导线连接或者单纯使用接触件都不合适,一般采用导线与端子的结合)、连接的导线04很短,而且导线04与两端的插接件05和压接件06焊接爬锡的原因,使导线04实际可以弯折的尺寸非常小、导线04很难弯折,导致组件装配十分困难,这就在一定程度上限制了导线转接方式的应用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无论印制板与是否偏离外接插座的轴线设置均能十分方便地装配的连接器组件;本发明的目的还在于提供一种装有上述连接器组件的设备箱。
为实现上述目的,本发明的连接器组件采用如下的技术方案:连接器组件包括用于安装在设备箱的侧板上的外接插座,外接插座的内端连接有导体,导体的远离外接插座的端部连接有折弯端子,折弯端子具有用于与印制板连接的连接部。
所述导体为软导线。
折弯端子上设有压接端,导体与折弯端子压接连接。
所述导体背离折弯端子的一端连接有插接件,并通过该插接件与外接插座插接连接。
所述导体与插接件机械连接。
所述导体与插接件压接连接。
所述连接部上设有用于与印制板连接的压接螺钉孔。
所述压接螺钉孔为长度沿轴向延伸的腰形孔。
折弯端子的折弯部位位于压接端和连接部之间。
本发明通过软导线与折弯端子的机械连接方式相对于传统焊接方式而言不再存在爬锡现象,从而使得软导线与折弯端子连接后软导线依然具有足够的弯折性能;另外,采用本身具有一定折弯角度的折弯端子,可最大限度减轻对导线最小折弯半径的要求,并保证了狭小空间内产品的安装,即可在不同平面连接时进一步补偿不同平面误差,更加方便安装;通过折弯端子的连接部与印制板连接,折弯端子可依靠软导线实现浮动,满足整体结构对按照公差的需求。
本发明的设备箱采用如下的技术方案:设备箱包括箱体和连接器组件,连接器组件包括安装在箱体的侧壁上的外接插座,箱体内还设有印制板,外接插座的内端连接有导体,导体的远离外接插座的端部连接有折弯端子,折弯端子具有用于与印制板连接的连接部。
所述导体为软导线。
折弯端子上设有压接端,导体与折弯端子压接连接。
所述导体背离折弯端子的一端连接有插接件,并通过该插接件与外接插座插接连接。
所述导体与插接件机械连接。
所述导体与插接件压接连接。
所述连接部上设有用于与印制板连接的压接螺钉孔。
所述压接螺钉孔为长度沿轴向延伸的腰形孔。
折弯端子的折弯部位位于压接端和连接部之间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步说明。
本发明的主要构思是:针对传统设备箱上需要在相对位置很接近的外接插座和印制板的连接,由于印制板与外接插座之间具有一定间距,两者之间转接连接的导线需要弯折才能实现与两者的同时连接,在两者位置很近的情况下,所需的导线一般较短,而导线的两端还需要焊接压接件和插接件,加上焊接后的爬锡现象,导致导线可以弯折的部分十分有限,使得转接的导线与外接插座和印制板之间的连接十分不便,很难去弯折导线实现正确对位和连接;本发明提供的构思是采用导线与折弯端子的组合作为转接件,导线与折弯端子采用机械方式连接,例如卡接,进而替换传统焊接的连接方式,通过机械连接方式可避免焊接方式由于爬锡而导致导线折弯受影响的情况发生;通过折弯端子的连接部与印制板连接,同时依靠折弯端子的下弯的压接部与导线连接,并通过导线进行浮动,从而实现不同平面的狭小空间下的连接。
本发明的设备箱的实施例1:如图3-5所示,设备箱1包括箱体,箱体上设有连接器组件2和印制板22,连接器组件2包括在箱体上相邻且相互垂直的两侧壁上分别安装的外接插座21,其中在箱体的侧板上靠近其与面板的连接拐角处设有安装孔121,外接插座21的方盘壳体212通过其法兰盘上的连接孔采用螺钉3实现与箱体的连接,印制板22与安装孔121或者外接插座21的轴线具有一个小间距。外接插座21是现有技术的结构,包括圆柱形壳体本体、方盘壳体212、挡圈214、通过绝缘体213封装在圆柱形壳体内的接触件,接触件的靠近印制板22的一端为插孔,接触件的另一端为与外部插头适配插接的结构,且具有防尘盖。
连接器组件2还包括软导线23,软导线23的一端机械连接有折弯端子25、另一端与外接插座21连接,折弯端子25的外端具有与印制板22连接的连接部。
本发明的设备箱在装配时:首先将印制板22安装在接线孔附近的面板上,将外接插座21的插孔端穿过侧板上的安装孔进入箱体内,通过螺钉与方盘壳体上的连接孔及侧板上的连接孔的配合实现对外接插座21的固定,此时插孔的一端位于箱体内且暴露在接线孔处;将折弯端子的连接部与印制板22连接,将软导线23的外端与外接插座21的接触件连接,完成安装,整个过程十分简单、由于软导线23的浮动作用使得在狭小空间内安装不受太大影响。
实施例2:在实施例1的基础上,进一步对折弯端子25与软导线23的机械连接方式进一步限定,折弯端子25与软导线23连接的一端设有压接软导线23的压接部252,通过压接部252对软导线23进行压接连接,相对于传统焊接方式不存在爬锡现象,使得导线弯折不受阻,减小软导线23的最小折弯半径。
实施例3:在实施例2的基础上,进一步对折弯端子25的压接部252进行改进,为了方便压接部252对软导线23的压接,所述压接部252包括C型压接片,所述软导线23插入压接片的C型腔中并被压接片压接,C形结构使得软导线23可直接放置在C型腔中,然后通过裹紧C型压紧片的两端即可实现对软导线23的压紧。
实施例4:对上述实施例进行进一步的优化改进,主要针对软导线23与外接插座21的连接方式进行优化,具体为软导线23与外接插座21连接的一端机械连接有插接件,插接件与外接插座21插接配合。插接件可以采用插针24软导线23通过连接插接件,并通过插接件与外接插座21进行插接,插接方式连接拆卸方便;通过机械连接方式进行连接相对于焊接方式而言对于导线折弯半径的影响十分微小,使得软导线23可以自由浮动。
实施例5:对实施例4中的机械连接方式,可进行如下具体改进,软导线23与外接插座21的机械连接方式为压接,插针24与软导线23连接的一端为压接端241,采用压接方式进行连接,不仅导电性能优良、而且连接十分方便、连接十分稳固。
实施例6:对实施例1至3进行进一步的优化,主要对连接部与印制板22的连接方式进行具体改进,所述连接部上设有用于与印制板22连接的压接螺钉孔251,通过压接螺钉孔251与印制板22连接,该方式连接操作十分简便、且具有可拆卸性。
实施例7:为了使得螺钉3对折弯端子25压接时可以满足轴向的浮动要求,以平衡加工误差和装配误差,进行如下改进,所述压接螺钉孔251为长度沿轴向延伸的腰形孔,使得折弯端子25可以轴向浮动。
在其他实施例中:软导线还可替换为编织铜线等导体;软导线与折弯端子的压接部之间不限于压接方式,也可采用不加焊料的焊接方式,例如激光焊接等;该转接件也可应用在印制板与外接插座轴线共面的情况;软导线上也可不设置插针,而是直接与外接插座焊接或者压接固定,此时由于软导线的另一端与折弯端子之间依然通过机械连接方式连接,所以其有效弯折长度依然较长;根据外接插座中插孔的数量,可以改变铜排及插针的数量以便与插孔的数量适配;当外接插座的接触件换成插针时,软导线上对应的更换为插孔即可;设备箱可以是RU箱、配电柜等。
本发明连接器组件的各实施例与上述设备箱中的连接器组件的各实施例相同,不再赘述。

Claims (10)

1.连接器组件,包括用于安装在设备箱的侧板上的外接插座,其特征是,连接器组件还包括导体,所述导体为软导线,软导线一端机械连接有折弯端子,另一端与外接插座连接,折弯端子具有用于与印制板连接的连接部,所述连接部用于与印制板的板面贴合,所述连接部上设有用于与印制板连接的压线螺钉孔;定义印制板板面为水平面,折弯端子还具有下弯的压接部,所述压接部包括C型压接片,所述软导线插入压接片的C型腔中并被压接片压接,C形结构使得软导线可直接放置在C型腔中,然后通过裹紧C型压接片的两端即可实现对软导线的压紧;所述压接部上于C型压接片的靠近连接部的一侧呈缩颈结构,所述压接部通过所述缩颈结构下弯,且压接部通过所述缩颈结构与连接部连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其特征是,所述导体背离折弯端子的一端连接有插接件,并通过该插接件与外接插座插接连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连接器组件,其特征是,所述导体与插接件机械连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的连接器组件,其特征是,所述导体与插接件压接连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其特征是,所述压接螺钉孔为长度沿轴向延伸的腰形孔。
6.设备箱,包括箱体和连接器组件,连接器组件包括安装在箱体的侧壁上的外接插座,箱体内还设有印制板,其特征是,连接器组件还包括导体,所述导体为软导线,软导线一端机械连接有折弯端子,另一端与外接插座连接,折弯端子具有用于与印制板连接的连接部,所述连接部用于与印制板的板面贴合,所述连接部上设有用于与印制板连接的压线螺钉孔;定义印制板板面为水平面,折弯端子还具有下弯的压接部,所述压接部包括C型压接片,所述软导线插入压接片的C型腔中并被压接片压接,C形结构使得软导线可直接放置在C型腔中,然后通过裹紧C型压接片的两端即可实现对软导线的压紧;所述压接部上于C型压接片的靠近连接部的一侧呈缩颈结构,所述压接部通过所述缩颈结构下弯,且压接部通过所述缩颈结构与连接部连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备箱,其特征是,所述导体背离折弯端子的一端连接有插接件,并通过该插接件与外接插座插接连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的设备箱,其特征是,所述导体与插接件机械连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的设备箱,其特征是,所述导体与插接件压接连接。
10.根据权利要求6所述的设备箱,其特征是,所述压接螺钉孔为长度沿轴向延伸的腰形孔。
