Abstract
Description
発光素子受入口15の庇状部分36が位置決め部材28の爪部60と第2リング28bとの間に挟み込まれ、それにより位置決め部材28の光軸方向への移動が規制されている。また、保持部30の面内方向位置決め面32と位置決め部材28の面内方向位置決め面54とは周方向にずれているため、接触していない。
Claims (7)
- 灯室外へ通じる発光素子受入口を有する灯具ボディと、
前記灯具ボディと組み合わされて前記灯具ボディとの間に前記灯室を形成する透光カバーと、
前記透光カバーによって支持され、前記灯室内に配置された光学部材であって、前記発光素子受入口の近傍に配置された入光部を有する光学部材と、
前記発光素子受入口を塞ぐように前記灯具ボディに装着された発光素子搭載部であって、前記入光部と対向して配置された発光素子と、前記発光素子と電気接続された基板と、前記基板を支持する支持部材とを備える発光素子搭載部と、
前記発光素子搭載部が前記灯具ボディに装着された状態で前記入光部と前記発光素子とを互いに位置決めするように、前記発光素子受入口に配置された位置決め部材と、を備えることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記支持部材は、前記基板を支持する基板支持面と、前記発光素子受入口の径方向に前記基板支持面と隣接する部分と、前記基板支持面および前記部分に設けられた放熱部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記放熱部は、前記基板とは反対側で前記基板支持面および前記部分に立設された複数の放熱フィンを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記支持部材は、前記発光素子受入口の径方向に細長い形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記支持部材は、前記位置決め部材と係合する位置決め爪部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記位置決め爪部は、前記基板と同じ側で、前記支持部材の基板支持面の外周部に立設されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記発光素子搭載部は、前記発光素子受入口に対する前記発光素子の発光面に垂直な方向まわりの回転により前記位置決め部材と係合するとともに前記灯具ボディに装着されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
