Description
Claims (5)
- 金属材料によって形成され基板取付部を有する放熱板と樹脂材料を基材として形成され熱伝導性を有する樹脂成形部とが設けられたソケットハウジングと、
前記基板取付部に取り付けられた基板と、
前記基板に搭載され光源として機能する発光素子とを備え、
前記基板取付部には前記基板が取り付けられる取付面と少なくとも一部が前記樹脂成形部に覆われる被覆い面とが形成され、
前記樹脂成形部には前記被覆い面の前記樹脂成形部に覆われていない部分に連通された保持用孔が形成され、
前記ソケットハウジングは前記保持用孔を挿通された金型の一部と前記金型の他の一部とによってそれぞれ前記被覆い面の前記樹脂成形部に覆われていない部分と前記取付面の少なくとも一部とが押さえられた状態で前記放熱板と前記樹脂成形部が一体成形により形成された
光源ユニット。 - 金属材料によって形成され基板取付部を有する放熱板と樹脂材料を基材として形成され熱伝導性を有する樹脂成形部とが設けられたソケットハウジングと、
前記基板取付部に取り付けられた基板と、
前記基板に搭載され光源として機能する発光素子とを備え、
前記基板取付部には前記基板が取り付けられる取付面と少なくとも一部が前記樹脂成形部に覆われる被覆い面とが形成され、
前記樹脂成形部には前記被覆い面に連通された保持用孔が形成され、
前記ソケットハウジングは前記保持用孔を挿通された金型の一部と前記金型の他の一部とによってそれぞれ前記被覆い面の一部と前記取付面の少なくとも一部とが押さえられた状態で前記放熱板と前記樹脂成形部が一体成形により形成され、
前記基板取付部には前記保持用孔が連通された部分に凹部又は凸部が形成された
光源ユニット。 - 前記取付面と前記被覆い面が前記基板取付部における反対の面として形成された
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光源ユニット。 - 前記樹脂成形部には内部に接続端子が配置されコネクターに連結されるコネクター連結部が設けられ、
前記保持用孔が前記コネクター連結部の内側に位置された
請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の光源ユニット。 - 光源ユニットを備えた車輌用灯具であって、
前記光源ユニットは、
金属材料によって形成され基板取付部を有する放熱板と樹脂材料を基材として形成され熱伝導性を有する樹脂成形部とが設けられたソケットハウジングと、
前記基板取付部に取り付けられた基板と、
前記基板に搭載され光源として機能する発光素子とを備え、
前記基板取付部には前記基板が取り付けられる取付面と少なくとも一部が前記樹脂成形部に覆われる被覆い面とが形成され、
前記樹脂成形部には前記被覆い面の前記樹脂成形部に覆われていない部分に連通された保持用孔が形成され、
前記ソケットハウジングは前記保持用孔を挿通された金型の一部と前記金型の他の一部とによってそれぞれ前記被覆い面の前記樹脂成形部に覆われていない部分と前記取付面の少なくとも一部とが押さえられた状態で前記放熱板と前記樹脂成形部が一体成形により形成された
車輌用灯具。
