Claims (7)
- 灯室外へ通じる発光素子受入口を有する灯具ボディと、
前記灯具ボディと組み合わされて前記灯具ボディとの間に前記灯室を形成する透光カバーと、
前記透光カバーによって支持され、前記灯室内に配置された光学部材であって、前記発光素子受入口の近傍に配置された入光部を有する光学部材と、
前記発光素子受入口を塞ぐように前記灯具ボディに装着された発光素子搭載部であって、前記入光部と対向して配置された発光素子を備える発光素子搭載部と、
前記発光素子搭載部が前記灯具ボディに装着された状態で前記入光部と前記発光素子とを互いに位置決めするように、前記発光素子受入口に配置された位置決め部材と、
前記入光部を保持する保持部と、を備え、
前記発光素子搭載部は、前記発光素子受入口に対する前記発光素子の発光面に垂直な方向まわりの回転により前記灯具ボディに装着され、
前記位置決め部材は、前記発光素子搭載部とともに前記垂直な方向まわりに回転するように前記発光素子受入口に配置されるとともに、前記位置決め部材の回転変位を前記垂直な方向における前記入光部の位置変位に変換するように前記保持部と当接することを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記位置決め部材は、前記発光素子の発光面に平行な面内方向に関して前記入光部と前記発光素子とを互いに位置決めすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記位置決め部材は、前記発光素子の発光面に垂直な方向に関して前記入光部と前記発光素子とを互いに位置決めすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記位置決め部材は、前記発光素子搭載部との係合により前記発光素子と前記位置決め部材とを互いに前記発光素子の発光面に平行な面内方向に位置決めするとともに、前記保持部との係合により前記入光部と前記位置決め部材とを互いに位置決めすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 灯室外へ通じる発光素子受入口を有する灯具ボディと、
前記灯具ボディと組み合わされて前記灯具ボディとの間に前記灯室を形成する透光カバーと、
前記透光カバーによって支持され、前記灯室内に配置された光学部材であって、前記発光素子受入口の近傍に配置された入光部を有する光学部材と、
前記発光素子受入口を塞ぐように前記灯具ボディに装着された発光素子搭載部であって、前記入光部と対向して配置された発光素子を備える発光素子搭載部と、
前記発光素子搭載部が前記灯具ボディに装着された状態で前記入光部と前記発光素子とを互いに位置決めするように、前記発光素子受入口に配置された位置決め部材と、
前記入光部を保持する保持部と、を備え、
前記保持部は、前記透光カバーに対して撓み変形可能であることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 灯室外へ通じる発光素子受入口を有する灯具ボディと、
前記灯具ボディと組み合わされて前記灯具ボディとの間に前記灯室を形成する透光カバーと、
前記透光カバーによって支持され、前記灯室内に配置された光学部材であって、前記発光素子受入口の近傍に配置された入光部を有する光学部材と、
前記発光素子受入口を塞ぐように前記灯具ボディに装着された発光素子搭載部であって、前記入光部と対向して配置された発光素子を備える発光素子搭載部と、
前記発光素子搭載部が前記灯具ボディに装着された状態で前記入光部と前記発光素子とを互いに位置決めするように、前記発光素子受入口に配置された位置決め部材と、
前記入光部を保持する保持部と、を備え、
前記位置決め部材は、前記保持部および前記発光素子搭載部とは別体であることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 灯室外へ通じる発光素子受入口を有する灯具ボディと、入光部を有する光学部材を支持する透光カバーと、発光素子を備える発光素子搭載部と、位置決め部材とを用意する工程と、
前記灯具ボディと前記透光カバーとの間に前記灯室を形成するとともに、前記光学部材が前記灯室内に配置されかつ前記入光部が前記発光素子受入口の近傍に配置されるように、前記灯具ボディに前記透光カバーを取り付ける工程と、
前記発光素子受入口に前記位置決め部材を配置する工程と、
前記発光素子受入口を塞ぐとともに、前記発光素子が前記入光部と対向して配置されるように、前記発光素子搭載部を前記灯具ボディに装着する工程と、を備え、
前記装着する工程は、前記位置決め部材によって前記入光部と前記発光素子とが互いに位置決めされるように行われ、
前記装着する工程は、
前記発光素子搭載部が前記位置決め部材と係合するように、前記発光素子搭載部を前記発光素子受入口および前記位置決め部材に対して回転させる工程と、
前記位置決め部材によって前記入光部と前記発光素子とが互いに位置決めされるように、前記発光素子搭載部を前記位置決め部材とともに前記発光素子受入口に対してさらに回転させる工程と、を備えることを特徴とする車両用灯具の製造方法。
