Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 血漿収集システムであって:
対象者から全血を採取し、そして血液成分を対象者に戻すための静脈アクセスデバイス;
採取された血液を血漿成分および第2の血液成分へと分離するための血液成分分離装置であって、出口を有し、血漿成分を血漿容器へと送出するように構成されている血液成分分離装置;
静脈アクセスデバイスに流体的に接続されており、採取された全血を血液成分分離装置に搬送するよう構成された血液ドローラインであって、血液ドローラインを通る流れが血液ドローポンプによって制御されている血液ドローライン;
抗凝固剤源に接続された抗凝固剤ラインであって、採取された全血へと抗凝固剤を導入するよう構成されている抗凝固剤ライン;および
血液成分分離装置および血液ドローポンプの動作を制御するよう構成されたコントローラであって、少なくとも、対象者のヘマトクリットに基づいて、(1)収集された血漿成分中における抗凝固剤の容積、および、少なくとも、収集された血漿成分中における抗凝固剤の容積に基づいて、(2)血漿容器内に収集された純粋な血漿の容積を計算するよう構成されており、目標容積の純粋な血漿が血漿容器内に収集された場合に血液ドローポンプを停止するよう構成されているコントローラを含む、システム。 - 収集された血漿成分中における抗凝固剤の容積は少なくとも、採取された全血に添加された抗凝固剤の容積に基づいている、請求項1のシステム。
- 抗凝固剤源の重量を測定するよう構成された抗凝固剤源重量センサーをさらに含み、コントローラはさらに、抗凝固剤源の測定された重量に基づいて抗凝固剤源内における容積変化をモニターするよう構成され、収集された血漿成分中における抗凝固剤の計算された容積は少なくとも、抗凝固剤源内の容積変化に基づいている、請求項1のシステム。
- コントローラは、抗凝固剤ポンプの回転数をモニターして全血中に導入された抗凝固剤の容積を決定するように構成されており、収集された血漿成分中における抗凝固剤の計算された容積は少なくとも、抗凝固剤ポンプの回転数に基づいている、請求項1のシステム。
- 血液成分分離装置上に配置され、血液成分分離装置の内容物をモニターして、ある容積の抗凝固剤が血液成分分離装置に残存しているかを決定するよう構成された光学センサーをさらに含み、収集された血漿成分中における抗凝固剤の計算された容積は少なくとも、血液成分分離装置内の抗凝固剤の容積に基づいている、請求項1のシステム。
- 血漿容器内に収集された血漿成分の容積をモニターするよう構成された血漿容器重量センサーをさらに含み、血漿容器内に収集された純粋な血漿の計算された容積は少なくとも、収集された血漿成分のモニターされた容積に基づいている、請求項1のシステム。
- 血漿容器内に収集された血漿成分の重量をモニターするよう構成された血漿容器重量センサーをさらに含み、血漿容器内に収集された純粋な血漿の計算された容積は少なくとも、収集された血漿成分のモニターされた重量に基づいている、請求項1のシステム。
- 血液成分分離装置上に配置され、血液成分分離装置内に収集された赤血球の容積をモニターするよう構成された光学センサーをさらに含み、コントローラは対象者のヘマトクリットを、少なくとも、血液成分分離装置内に収集された赤血球のモニターされた容積および対象者から採取された全血の容積に基づいて決定するように構成されている、請求項1のシステム。
- 純粋な血漿の目標容積は少なくとも、対象者の体重に基づいている、請求項1のシステム。
- 収集された血漿成分中における抗凝固剤の容積は、採取された血液中に導入された抗凝固剤の少なくとも一部分およびプライミング段階の間に添加された抗凝固剤の容積の少なくとも一部分を含む、請求項1のシステム。
