-ベルト614の端部610、612の第2の側方縁部上の側方形成632のそれぞれの圧着ピン穴633内に追加の圧着ピン900を挿入すること。
-例えば、受板を有する圧着ツールを使用して、垂直部材902L、902Rの上側端部903L、903Rを内側に圧着し、それにより上側端部903L、903Rを側方形成632の上に向いた部分上にしっかりと折り曲げる。
ここで、前述の説明と一緒に、本発明を限定されない方法で例示する、以下の例を参照する。
熱硬化性テープの形成
米国ニューヨーク州PetersburghのTaconic(登録商標)から市販されていて、黒いシリコンでコーティングされたガラス繊維層を含み、160μmの総厚さを有する、Taconic 7101 blackの形の基板層を、基板層として使用した。
継ぎ目破損の比較分析
参照により全体として本明細書に組み込まれるPCT公開第WO2017/208144号に記載のように、複数の細長い可撓性ベルトの第1および第2の端部を継ぎ目で相互に結合してエンドレスベルトループを形成した。
継ぎ目剥離の比較分析
参照により全体として本明細書に組み込まれるPCT公開第WO2017/208144号に記載のように、3つの細長い可撓性ベルトの各々を、摩耗した領域を含むように処理し、摩耗した領域では、剥離層を形成している、ベルトの上側コーティングを、サンドペーパーを使用してベルトから取り除いた。3つの可撓性ベルトの各々を研削した領域を含むようにさらに処理し、研削した領域では、ベルト材料の一部を、例えば、本明細書で前述したように小穴継ぎを形成するために、研削機を使用して取り除いた。
継ぎ目領域および継ぎ目を含んでいない領域におけるベルトの伸張の比較分析
参照により全体として本明細書に組み込まれるPCT公開第WO2017/208144号に記載のように、細長い可撓性ベルトを処理して継ぎ合わせて、例1において本明細書で前述したとおり生成された、熱硬化性テープをベルトに熱硬化させることにより閉じたループを形成した。硬化は、130Cの温度で20分間かかった。
Claims (3)
- エンドレスベルトを印刷システム内に設置するためのキットであって、前記キットは、
-前記印刷システムに沿って誘導されるように構成された第1の自由端および第2の自由端を有する可撓性ベルトであって、前記可撓性ベルトは1~20メートルの範囲内の長さを有する、可撓性ベルトと、
-熱硬化性テープであって、基板層、および前記基板層に固定された固形シリコーンゴム層を備える、熱硬化性テープと、
を備え、
前記熱硬化性テープは、前記可撓性ベルトの第1の自由端および第2の自由端上に貼り付けられて、前記熱硬化性テープの固形シリコーンゴム層を前記可撓性ベルトの第1の自由端および第2の自由端に対して熱硬化させるために加熱され、そのため前記第1の自由端および前記第2の自由端を結合する継ぎ目を形成し、それにより前記可撓性ベルトをエンドレスベルトに変換するように適合され、
前記熱硬化性テープの幅と前記ベルトの長さの比率は、0.01~0.03の範囲である、キット。 - エンドレスベルトを印刷システム内に設置するためのキットであって、前記キットは、
-前記印刷システムに沿って誘導されるように構成された第1の自由端および第2の自由端を有する可撓性ベルトと、

-前記熱硬化性テープの固形シリコーンゴム層を熱硬化させるために十分な熱を供給するように適合された加熱器と、

前記熱硬化性テープは、前記可撓性ベルトの第1の自由端および第2の自由端上に貼り付けられて、前記熱硬化性テープの固形シリコーンゴム層を前記可撓性ベルトの第1の自由端および第2の自由端に対して熱硬化させるために加熱され、そのため前記第1の自由端および前記第2の自由端を結合する継ぎ目を形成し、それにより前記可撓性ベルトをエンドレスベルトに変換するように適合され、
