Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 열반응형 접착제를 사용한 고주파접합 방식을 사용함으로써, 접착력 및 내구성이 우수한 접합선 및 선명하고 마감품질이 우수하여 심미적으로 뛰어난 패턴선으로 된 접합패턴선으로써 직물들을 무봉제방식으로 결합할 수 있다.
Description
도 2 및 도 3은 접착제-고착된 원단들(도 2) 또는 접착제-고착된 보강부재가 삽입된 원단들(도 3)을 바퀴형 압착롤러에 의해 고주파접합시켜 점선 문양의 패턴접합선을 형성하는 과정을 도식적으로 보여주는 도면이다.
도 4는 보강부재를 사용하여 형성된 패턴접합선의 구조를 보여주는 도면으로서, (a) 및 (c)는 연속적으로 삽입되는 접착제-고착된 보강부재 및 이를 포함하는 패턴접합선의 단면 구조를 묘사하는 도면이고, (b) 및 (d)는 단속적으로 삽입되는 접착제-고착된 보강부재 및 이를 포함하는 포함하는 패턴접합선의 단면 구조를 묘사하는 도면이다.
도 5는 접착액을 충분히 건조하여 유동성이 적절하게 조절된 상태에서 고주파접합을 수행하여 패턴접합선을 형성하는 공정에서 접착액의 거동을 설명해주는 개념도이다.
도 6은 접착액의 유동성이 과도한 상태에서 고주파접합을 수행하여 패턴접합선을 형성하는 공정에서 접착액의 거동을 설명해주는 개념도이다.
도 7은 접착제가 인쇄된 원단을 고주파접합(고주파유전가열 및 압착)하여 내부 접합선 및 표면 패턴선으로 된 패턴접합선을 형성하는 과정을 설명해주는 개념도이다.
도 8은 인쇄패턴과 압착패턴의 폭이 상이할 경우에 패턴접합선의 양태 및 문제점을 설명해주는 개념도로서, 인쇄패턴폭과 압착패턴폭의 차이에 따른 접착제의 거동 및 패턴접합선의 양태를 설명해준다.
도 9는 본 발명을 수행할 수 있는 제조장치의 일례를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 10는 롤러인쇄기법으로 원단에 접착제를 인쇄하는 공정을 순서에 따라 보여주는 도면이다.
도 11a는 연속된 그물 문양의 인쇄패턴이 음각된 인쇄용 프레스 및 대응하는 압착패턴이 돌출된 압착용 프레스를 보여주는 도면이고, 도 11b는 인쇄패턴이 음각된 인쇄용 롤러 및 대응하는 압착패턴이 돌출된 압착용 롤러를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 11c 및 도 11d는 일자 문양의 인쇄패턴이 음각된 바퀴형 인쇄롤러 및 대응하는 일자 문양의 압착패턴이 돌출된 바퀴형 압착롤러를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 11e는 점선 문양의 인쇄패턴이 음각된 바퀴형 인쇄롤러를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 12는 인쇄패턴과 압착패턴의 일치에 대한 개념을 보여주는 개념도로서, 돌출된 압착팁의 압착패턴, 겉감에 인쇄된 접착제의 인쇄패턴 및 안감에 인쇄된 접착제의 인쇄패턴이 일치되도록 정렬된 상태를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 13은 본 발명에 따라 고주파접합법으로 형성된 패턴접합선을 보여주는 사진으로서, 겉감 표면에 그물형태의 문양이 연속적으로 형성되어 있음을 보여준다.
도 14는 고주파접합법으로 형성된 격실구분용 패턴접합선을 갖는 이중원단 또는 다운제품의 표면 및 구조를 설명해주는 도면으로서, (a) 물결문양의 패턴선이 형성된 원단 외측 표면, (b) A-A 절단선에 따른 단면에서의 내부 구조 단면도, 및 (c) 원단과 패턴접합선 부위의 전체적인 형태를 사시도 형태로 보여준다.
도 15는 고주파접합법으로 형성된 격실구분용 패턴접합선을 갖는 이중원단 또는 다운제품의 표면 및 구조를 설명해주는 도면으로서, (a) 점선문양의 패턴선이 형성된 원단 외측 표면, (b) A-A 절단선에 따른 단면에서의 내부 구조 단면도, 및 (c) 원단과 패턴접합선 부위의 전체적인 형태를 사시도 형태로 보여준다.

Claims (13)
- 접착제를 사용하여 안감과 겉감을 압착 하에 고주파가열함으로써, 다운제품이 아닌 직물제품에서 솔기가 될 부분인 안감과 겉감의 절개 선 영역에 패턴접합선을 형성시키고, 이에 의해 안감과 겉감을 결합시키는 무봉제형 직물 결합방법으로서, 하기 단계를 포함하는 무봉제형 직물 결합방법:
(1) 안감원단 및 겉감원단을 준비하는 준비단계,
(2) 안감원단의 내면 또는 겉감원단의 내면에서, 상기 절개 선 영역에 열반응형 액상 접착제를 소정의 인쇄패턴으로 인쇄하는 인쇄단계,
(3) 상기 안감원단의 내면 또는 겉감원단의 내면에 인쇄된 액상 접착제를 건조시키는 건조단계,
(4) 전술한 겉감원단 및 안감원단을 합포하는 합포단계,
(5) 상기 합포된 겉감원단 및 안감원단을, 상기 인쇄패턴과 동일한 압착패턴으로 압착하면서 고주파가열하여, 다운제품이 아닌 직물제품에서 솔기가 될 부분인 안감과 겉감의 상기 절개 선 영역에 패턴접합선을 형성시키는 고주파접합단계. - 접착제를 사용하여 안감과 겉감을 압착 하에 고주파가열함으로써, 다운제품이 아닌 직물제품에서 솔기가 될 부분인 안감과 겉감의 절개 선 영역에 패턴접합선을 형성시키고, 이에 의해 안감과 겉감을 결합시키는 무봉제형 직물 결합방법으로서, 하기 단계를 포함하는 무봉제형 직물 결합방법:
(1) 안감원단 및 겉감원단을 준비하는 준비단계,
(2) 상기 절개 선 영역에 배치되는 메쉬형 보강부재에 열반응형 액상 접착제를 소정의 인쇄패턴으로 인쇄하는 인쇄단계,
(3) 상기 메쉬형 보강부재에 인쇄된 액상 접착제를 건조시키는 건조단계,
(4) 전술한 겉감원단, 메쉬형 보강부재 및 안감원단을 합포하는 합포단계,
(5) 상기 합포된 겉감원단, 메쉬형 보강부재 및 안감원단을, 상기 인쇄패턴과 동일한 압착패턴으로 압착하면서 고주파가열하여, 다운제품이 아닌 직물제품에서 솔기가 될 부분인 안감과 겉감의 상기 절개 선 영역에 패턴접합선을 형성시키는 고주파접합단계. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 안감원단 및 겉감원단에 액상 접착제를 동일한 인쇄패턴으로 인쇄하고, 상기 안감원단 및 겉감원단의 인쇄패턴이 일치되도록 겉감원단 및 안감원단을 합포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무봉제형 직물 결합방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 인쇄패턴은 폭이 1~20mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 무봉제형 직물 결합방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 인쇄패턴 및 압착패턴은 패턴형상이 동일하고 폭의 차이가 10% 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 무봉제형 직물 결합방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 접착제는 에폭시계 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 무봉제형 직물 결합방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 고주파접합은 7KHz~400KHz의 고주파를 사용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무봉제형 직물 결합방법.
- 다운제품이 아닌 직물제품에서 솔기가 될 부분인 안감과 겉감의 절개 선 영역에 고주파가열에 의해 형성된 패턴접합선으로써 안감 및 겉감을 결합시키는 제 1 항에 따른 무봉제형 직물 결합 방법으로 결합된, 다운제품이 아닌 직물제품에 있어서,
- 상기 절개 선 영역에 고주파가열에 의해 형성된, 전술한 패턴접합선은 안감 및 겉감 사이에 형성된 내부 접합선 및 전술한 안감 또는 겉감의 외측 표면에 형성된 표면 패턴선으로 구성되고,
- 전술한 내부 접합선은, 안감 또는 겉감의 표면에 열반응형 접착제를 소정의 인쇄패턴으로 고착시키고, 고착된 접착제를 고주파가열하여 접착제를 경화반응시키고, 이렇게 경화반응된 접착제에 의해 원단들이 접합되어 있는 형태로, 안감 및 겉감 사이의 내부에 형성되고,
- 전술한 표면 패턴선은, 상기 고주파가열과 동시에 안감 및 겉감을 소정의 압착패턴으로 압착함으로써, 표면질감이 상이한 형태로 겉감의 표면에 형성되며,
- 전술한 인쇄패턴에서 유래하는 내부 접합선과 전술한 압착패턴에서 유래하는 표면 패턴선은 패턴(형상)이 서로 동일하고 폭의 차이가 10% 이내이며,
- 전술한 표면 패턴선은 안감 또는 겉감의 외측 표면으로 스며나와 경화반응된 접착제에 의해 내부 접합선과 일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 안감 및 겉감 사이에 패턴접합선으로써 안감 및 겉감이 결합된 직물 제품. - 제 8 항에 있어서, 전술한 안감원단 및 겉감원단 사이에 보강부재를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 안감 및 겉감 사이에 패턴접합선으로써 안감 및 겉감이 결합된 직물 제품.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 전술한 보강부재는 0.01~2mm의 망사굵기 및 0.1~5mm의 망목크기를 갖는 메쉬형 보강부재인 것을 특징으로 하는, 안감 및 겉감 사이에 패턴접합선으로써 안감 및 겉감이 결합된 직물 제품.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 전술한 보강부재는 소정의 인쇄패턴으로 접착제가 도포 및 건조되어 있는 보강부재인 것을 특징으로 하는, 안감 및 겉감 사이에 패턴접합선으로써 안감 및 겉감이 결합된 직물 제품.
