前記傾斜部は、前記固定部の幅を広げるように形成されたこと

前記複数の端子は、前記ハウジングの長手方向に沿って等間隔に配列され、
前記複数の端子の前記脚部及び前記固定部は、対向する面を前記側壁部によって支持されること
を特徴とする請求項5から8のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。 - 請求項4から9のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタを製造するコネクタ製造方法であって、
固定冶具によって前記端子を固定側金型に固定する工程と、
前記端子が固定された前記固定側金型に、前記端子を内部に収納可能なように構成された可動側金型を被せることで、前記端子を前記可動側金型の内部に入れて、前記端子の前記傾斜部の各々を前記可動側金型で押さえる工程と、
前記固定側金型と前記可動側金型との間の空間に、前記ハウジングを形成するための絶縁性の樹脂を注入する工程と、
前記樹脂を硬化する工程と、
前記可動側金型及び前記固定側金型を取り外して、前記樹脂を硬化して形作られ、前記端子を保持するハウジングを取り出す工程と
を含むことを特徴とするコネクタ製造方法。 - 前記ハウジングのハウジング裏面に設けられた前記開口部は、前記端子から前記固定冶具を外すことで形成されたこと
を特徴とする請求項10に記載のコネクタ製造方法。 - 前記端子の前記傾斜部の各々を前記可動側金型で押さえる工程は、前記傾斜部の各々の位置を基準に、前記可動側金型を定位置に位置決めすること
を特徴する請求項10又は11に記載のコネクタ製造方法。 - 前記端子の前記傾斜部の各々を前記可動側金型で押さえる工程は、前記可動側金型の中央部分に設けられた底部固定壁で、前記端子の前記底部の底部表面を押さえ、前記可動側金型の端部分に設けられた可動部支持壁で、前記端子の前記可動部を支持する工程を含み、
前記可動側金型によって、前記端子の前記固定部の固定部表面と前記底部固定壁との間の第1空間、及び、前記底部固定壁と前記可動部支持壁との間の第2空間であって、前記端子の前記可動部の周囲の第2空間が定められること
を特徴とする請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ製造方法。
