Claims (5)
- ロゴスキーコイルを用いて構成されて測定対象に流れる電流を検出して当該電流の電流値に対応する検出信号を出力する電流センサと、分布定数線路で構成されて前記検出信号を伝送する伝送線路と、前記電流センサおよび前記伝送線路の間に設けられて当該電流センサの特性インピーダンスと等しいかまたはほぼ等しい入力インピーダンスを有するインピーダンス変換回路と、前記伝送線路を介して入力した前記検出信号を積分して前記電流の電流値を示す出力信号を出力する積分回路とを備えた電流検出装置であって、
前記伝送線路の特性インピーダンスと等しいかまたはほぼ等しい抵抗値を有し当該伝送線路と前記積分回路との間に直列に接続された抵抗回路を備えている電流検出装置。 - 前記インピーダンス変換回路は、前記伝送線路の特性インピーダンスと等しいかまたはほぼ等しい出力インピーダンスを有している請求項1記載の電流検出装置。
- 前記インピーダンス変換回路は、前記電流センサの特性インピーダンスと等しいかまたはほぼ等しい抵抗値の抵抗で構成されて当該電流センサおよび前記伝送線路の間に直列に接続されている請求項1記載の電流検出装置。
- 前記積分回路は、反転アクティブ積分回路で構成されている請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電流検出装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電流検出装置と、当該電流検出装置から出力された前記出力信号に基づいて前記電流値を測定する測定回路を備えている電流測定装置。
