Claims (2)
- 内部に測定対象が挿通される磁気コアと、
前記磁気コアに巻回されて一端が基準電位側に接続されると共に、前記磁気コアに挿通された前記測定対象に流れる被測定電流の電流値に応じた電流値の検出電流を他端から出力するコイルと、
入力端子が前記コイルの前記他端に接続されると共に当該入力端子から入力される前記検出電流の周波数領域を所望の周波数領域に制限して出力端子から出力するノーマルモード定インピーダンスフィルタと、
予め決められた特性インピーダンスを有すると共に一端が前記ノーマルモード定インピーダンスフィルタの前記出力端子に直接接続された伝送路と、
前記伝送路の他端と前記基準電位との間に接続されると共に当該伝送路を介して流れる前記検出電流を検出電圧に変換する終端抵抗とを備え、
前記ノーマルモード定インピーダンスフィルタは、前記入力端子から前記終端抵抗側を見たインピーダンスが前記特性インピーダンスと同じ値に規定されている電流センサ。 - 請求項1記載の電流センサと、当該電流センサによって変換された前記検出電圧に基づいて前記被測定電流の前記電流値を測定する測定部とを備えている測定装置。
