Abstract
Description
(1) コネクタハウジングと、前記コネクタハウジング内の端子収容室に収容可能な端子と、前記端子と接続可能な電線とを含むコネクタ装置であって、
前記端子収容室に収容された前記端子および前記電線の防食対象部位と対向する位置に配置される防食材と、
前記防食材を前記防食対象部位に近づく方向に移動可能な状態で前記コネクタハウジング上で支持する防食材支持部と、
を備え、
前記防食材の融点が前記コネクタハウジングの材料の融点よりも低く定められ、前記防食材が溶融され前記防食対象部位を被覆した状態で硬化することにより防食処理される、

前記開口部及び前記カバー部材は、前記防食対象部位と対向する箇所に配置され、
前記防食材支持部が前記カバー部材に設けられている、

前記コネクタハウジングの前記開口部は、前記複数の端子収容室に跨がって形成され、

前記コネクタハウジング内の端子収容室に1つ以上の前記端子を配置して固定し、
前記端子に前記電線を物理的に及び電気的に接続して固定し、
前記コネクタハウジング側に予め保持した所定の防食材を、前記端子と前記電線との接続箇所を含む所定の防食対象部位に対して接近させ、
前記防食材を溶融及び硬化させて前記防食対象部位を防食処理する、
ワイヤハーネス製造方法。
図3及び図4(a)に示す状態において、キャビティ10b内に配置されている金属端子13の電線結合部13bと電線芯線14aとは、レーザ溶接により固定されている。また、各溶接箇所の直上位置のカバー11の防食材保持部11aに、防食材料12が各溶接部位と対向する状態で配置されている。
[1] コネクタハウジング(10)と、前記コネクタハウジング内の端子収容室(キャビティ10b)に収容可能な端子(金属端子13)と、前記端子と接続可能な電線(被覆電線14)とを含むコネクタ装置(1)であって、
前記端子収容室に収容された前記端子および前記電線の防食対象部位と対向する位置に配置される防食材(防食材料12)と、
前記防食材を前記防食対象部位に近づく方向に移動可能な状態で前記コネクタハウジング上で支持する防食材支持部(防食材保持部11a)と、
を備え、
前記防食材の融点が前記コネクタハウジングの材料の融点よりも低く定められ、前記防食材が溶融され前記防食対象部位を被覆した状態で硬化することにより防食処理される、

- コネクタハウジングと、前記コネクタハウジング内の端子収容室に収容可能な端子と、前記端子と接続可能な電線とを含むコネクタ装置であって、
前記端子収容室に収容された前記端子および前記電線の防食対象部位と対向する位置に配置される防食材と、
前記防食材を前記防食対象部位に近づく方向に移動可能な状態で前記コネクタハウジング上で支持する防食材支持部と、
を備え、
前記防食材の融点が前記コネクタハウジングの材料の融点よりも低く定められ、前記防食材が溶融され前記防食対象部位を被覆した状態で硬化することにより防食処理される、
コネクタ装置。 - 前記防食材が、前記防食材支持部における前記防食対象部位と接近する位置まで移動された状態で溶融される、
請求項1に記載のコネクタ装置。 - 前記コネクタハウジングと係合して、前記端子収容室に形成された開口部を覆うカバー部材を更に備え、
前記開口部及び前記カバー部材は、前記防食対象部位と対向する箇所に配置され、

請求項1又は2に記載のコネクタ装置。 - 前記コネクタハウジングの前記開口部は、前記端子及び前記電線の長手方向と直交する方向に前記防食対象部位と対向する箇所に形成されている、
請求項3に記載のコネクタ装置。 - 前記コネクタハウジングは互いに独立した複数の端子収容室を有し、
前記コネクタハウジングの前記開口部は、前記複数の端子収容室に跨がって形成され、
前記カバー部材は、前記複数の端子収容室の全体を覆う形状を有する、
請求項3又は請求項4に記載のコネクタ装置。 - 1つ以上のコネクタハウジングと、前記コネクタハウジング内の端子収容室に収容可能な端子と、前記端子と接続可能な電線とを一体化したワイヤハーネスを製造するためのワイヤハーネス製造方法であって、
前記コネクタハウジング内の端子収容室に1つ以上の前記端子を配置して固定し、
前記端子に前記電線を物理的に及び電気的に接続して固定し、
前記コネクタハウジング側に予め保持した所定の防食材を、前記端子と前記電線との接続箇所を含む所定の防食対象部位に対して接近させ、
前記防食材を溶融及び硬化させて前記防食対象部位を防食処理する、
ワイヤハーネス製造方法。
