Claims (7)
- 弁本体と、筒形状のケースと、前記弁本体と前記ケースとを接続する接続体と、前記ケースの内側に配置されたプランジャと、前記ケースの外側に配置された電磁コイルと、前記プランジャに弁軸を介して接続され、前記弁本体にある弁口を開閉する弁体と、を有する電磁弁であって、
前記接続体が、前記弁本体に結合されるホルダと、前記弁軸が内側に配置される筒形状の固定鉄心と、を有し、
前記ホルダが、前記固定鉄心の一端部が結合される結合孔を有し、
前記ケースの一端部が、前記ホルダにおける前記結合孔の周縁部に溶接され、
前記固定鉄心の他端部が、前記ケースの内側に配置されていることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 弁本体と、前記弁本体にある主弁口を開閉する主弁体と、筒形状のケースと、前記弁本体と前記ケースとを接続する接続体と、前記ケースの内側に配置されたプランジャと、前記ケースの外側に配置された電磁コイルと、前記プランジャに弁軸を介して接続され、前記主弁体にあるパイロット弁口を開閉するパイロット弁体と、を有する電磁弁であって、
前記接続体が、前記弁本体に結合されるホルダと、前記弁軸が内側に配置される筒形状の固定鉄心と、を有し、
前記ホルダが、前記固定鉄心の一端部が結合される結合孔を有し、
前記ケースの一端部が、前記ホルダにおける前記結合孔の周縁部に溶接され、
前記固定鉄心の他端部が、前記ケースの内側に配置されていることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 前記ホルダが、前記弁本体に結合される大径円筒部と、前記大径円筒部に同軸に接続された小径円筒部と、を一体的に有し、
前記大径円筒部が、その内側に前記主弁体が配置され、当該主弁体の移動をガイドし、
前記小径円筒部の内周面が、前記結合孔を形成し、
前記固定鉄心が、前記小径円筒部と同軸に配置されている、請求項2に記載の電磁弁。 - 前記固定鉄心が、前記結合孔に圧入されている、または、前記結合孔にねじ接続されている、または、前記結合孔に接着剤で接合されている、請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記固定鉄心が、軟磁性を有する快削鋼からなる、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記ホルダが、ステンレス鋼からなる、請求項1~請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記ホルダが、軟磁性を有している、請求項1~請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
