Claims (14)
- 位置決め駆動装置(4)に対する連結部材(3)を有する、処理されるべきワーク用の位置決め枠(1)を備える、製造ラインにおいてワークを表面処理する装置において、
位置決め枠(1)に対して、密閉可能なカプセル(2)が支持されていて、カプセル(2)は、製造ラインに沿って配置された様々な動作媒体供給ユニット(6)と動作媒体を交換するための接続管路(5)を有することを特徴とする、装置。 - 位置決め枠(1)は、カプセル(2)に流れ接続するための接続管路(2)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 接続管路(5)は、位置決め駆動装置(4)に対する連結部材(3)を通ってガイドされていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 接続管路(5)は、位置決め駆動装置(4)を通ってガイドされていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 位置決め枠(1)は、互いに反対側に位置する2つの連結部材(3)を結合する連結軸(8)を有し、連結軸(8)は、両方の連結部材(3)に対して、様々な動作媒体用の、互いにに分離された2つの接続管路部分を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 互いに反対側に位置する2つの連結部材(3)を結合する連結軸が、カプセル(2)内で動作媒体を均等に分配するために、位置決め枠(1)に対する回動軸を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 位置決め枠(1)は、位置決め駆動装置(4)から独立した走行台(11)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- カプセル上部(12)の高さ(H)が、位置決め枠(1)に支持されたカプセル下部(13)の高さ(h)を上回ることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- カプセル上部(12)は、カプセル(2)の周りを延在するとともに電気的なコンタクトを有するフランジ(14)を介して、カプセル下部(13)に結合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- カプセル上部(12)は、接続管路(5)に結合された、動作媒体用の入口弁(15)を有し、カプセル下部(13)は、接続管路(5)に結合された、動作媒体用の出口弁(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- カプセルの下部(13)を位置決め枠(1)が貫通していることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 製造ラインにおいて位置決め駆動装置(4)によって位置決め枠(1)を介して動かされるワークを表面処理する方法において、
ワークを、密閉可能なカプセル(2)内に配置し、その後で、位置決め枠(1)に支持された閉じたカプセル(2)を、位置決め駆動装置(4)によって、歩進的に、製造ラインの様々な動作媒体供給ユニット(6)へ搬送し、その都度連結し、カプセル(2)に動作媒体を供給し、カプセル(2)を再び切り離すことを特徴とする、方法。 - 動作媒体が供給されたカプセル(2)を、水平の回動軸回りに回動させることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の動作媒体が、誘電励起可能な又は誘導励起可能な粒子を有し、電磁透過性に構成されたカプセル(2)を、粒子を加熱するために、電磁場を通ってガイドすることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
