Abstract
Description
本出願は2020年5月29日付韓国特許出願第10-2020-0065204号、2020年7月13日付韓国特許出願第10-2020-0086346号、2021年5月31日付韓国特許出願第10-2021-0069785号、2021年5月31日付韓国特許出願第10-2021-0069786号、および2021年5月31日付韓国特許出願第10-2021-0069787号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
1)ナノフィブリルおよび微細粒子を含むマイクロセルロース繊維の製造
セルロース原料として針葉樹クラフトパルプ繊維(セルロース繊維)を準備した。そして、走査電子顕微鏡を用いてパルプの形状を観察した(図2のSEMイメージ)。
バッチミキサ(Batch mixer)に前記ナノフィブリルおよび微細粒子を含むマイクロセルロース繊維10重量%、ポリプロピレン85重量%、および相溶化剤5重量%を投入し、170℃で20分間混合してペレット形態にマスターバッチを製造した。前記相溶化剤としてはマレイン酸無水物でグラフトされたポリプロピレン(maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene)が使用された。
1)ナノフィブリルおよび微細粒子を含むマイクロセルロース繊維の製造
蒸溜水に銅アセテート9.08g(0.05mol)を溶解させた0.05Mの水溶液1Lに前記実施例1と同じパルプ繊維20gを添加し、500rpmで2時間の間攪拌して混合物を準備した。前記混合物で、膨潤されたパルプ繊維上には銅アセテートが水素結合やイオン結合により付着する。
バッチミキサ(Batch mixer)に前記ナノフィブリルおよび微細粒子を含むマイクロセルロース繊維10重量%、ポリプロピレン85重量%、および相溶化剤5重量%を投入し、170℃で20分間混合してペレット形態にマスターバッチを製造した。前記相溶化剤としてはマレイン酸無水物でグラフトされたポリプロピレン(maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene)が使用された。
前記ナノフィブリルおよび微細粒子を含むマイクロセルロース繊維、ポリプロピレンおよび相溶化剤の含有量比率を30:55:15(重量%)に変更したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法で高分子複合体および試験片を製造した。
前記ナノフィブリルおよび微細粒子を含むマイクロセルロース繊維および前記相溶化剤を添加しなかったことを除いては、ポリプロピレンを使用して前記実施例1と同様の方法で試験片を製造した。前記試験片はニート(neat)高分子試験片である。
前記ナノフィブリルおよび微細粒子を含むマイクロセルロース繊維の代わりに前記実施例1と同じパルプ繊維を水に浸けて膨潤させたものを使用したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法で高分子複合体および試験片を製造した。
前記ナノフィブリルおよび微細粒子を含むマイクロセルロース繊維を添加しなかったことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法で高分子複合体および試験片を製造した。
1)微細粒子を含む微細化セルロース繊維の製造
セルロース原料として前記実施例1と同じ針葉樹クラフトパルプ繊維を準備した。2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリジニル-1-オキシラジカル(TEMPO)を触媒として用いて前記パルプ繊維の表面を酸化し、酸化パルプを得た。
前記ナノフィブリルおよび微細粒子を含むマイクロセルロース繊維の代わりに前記酸化亜鉛(ZnO)粒子と微細化セルロースの複合体を使用したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法で高分子複合体および試験片を製造した。
実施例および比較例で製造された試験片の物性を次の方法で評価し、その結果を下記表2に記載した。
走査電子顕微鏡を用いて実施例によるマイクロセルロース繊維の短軸の直径(繊維の断面で最も短い直径)を測定した。
ISO178の標準試験法に従って80mm×10mm×4mm規格の試験片を準備した。前記試験片は23℃の温度および50%の相対湿度に調整した恒温恒湿室に24時間の間放置した後曲げ試験に提供された。
ASTM D638の試験片タイプ5(Type V)の規格による下記の試験片(図7)を準備した。前記試験片は23℃の温度および50%の相対湿度に調整した恒温恒湿室に24時間の間放置した後引張試験に提供された。
固体培地で培養中の大腸菌のコロニーをループを用いて採取して5mLのLB(Luria Bertani)液体培地に接種し、160rpmで攪拌して37℃で約16時間の間懸濁培養した。培養した菌を3000rpmで1分間遠心分離して上澄液を捨てた後、5mL 1 X PBSを使用して600nm波長でOD(optical density)値を測定した。その後1 X PBS溶液を用いて最終的にOD600=0.01に合わせた。

Claims (14)
- ナノフィブリルおよび微細粒子を含むマイクロセルロース繊維;ならびに高分子マトリックスを含む、高分子複合体。
- 前記ナノフィブリルは前記マイクロセルロース繊維の表面に結合され、
前記微細粒子は前記ナノフィブリルと結合するか前記マイクロセルロース繊維の表面または内部に結合される、請求項1に記載の高分子複合体。 - 前記微細粒子は、銅、亜鉛、カルシウム、アルミニウム、鉄、銀、白金、パラジウム、ルテニウム、イリジウム、ロジウム、オスミウム、クロム、コバルト、ニッケル、マンガン、バナジウム、モリブデン、マグネシウム、ストロンチウム、チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、およびガリウムからなる群より選ばれた1種以上の金属粒子あるいは酸化シリコン粒子を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の高分子複合体。
- 前記微細粒子は前記マイクロセルロース繊維100重量部に対して1~30重量部で含まれる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の高分子複合体。
- 前記微細粒子は、直径が0.01μm~10μmである球形粒子;一軸の直径が0.01μm~10μmであり、他の一軸の直径が0.02μm~30μmである柱形粒子;またはこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の高分子複合体。
- 前記マイクロセルロース繊維は1μm~30μmである短軸の直径を有し、
前記ナノフィブリルは10nm~400nmである短軸の直径を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の高分子複合体。 - 前記高分子マトリックスは熱可塑性樹脂である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の高分子複合体。
- 前記高分子マトリックスは、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、スチレン系重合体、およびポリカーボネートからなる群より選ばれた1種以上を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の高分子複合体。
- 相溶化剤をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の高分子複合体。
- 前記相溶化剤は変性ポリオレフィンを含む、請求項9に記載の高分子複合体。
- 前記高分子マトリックス50~90重量%;
前記ナノフィブリルおよび微細粒子を含むマイクロセルロース繊維5~40重量%;および
前記相溶化剤0.1~15重量%
を含む、請求項9又は10に記載の高分子複合体。 - 前記高分子複合体から製造された大きさ80mm×10mm×4mmの試験片に対してISO178に従って測定された曲げ強さが30MPa~70MPaである、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の高分子複合体。
- 前記高分子複合体から製造された大きさ80mm×10mm×4mmの試験片に対してISO178に従って測定された曲げ弾性率が1.0GPa~3.0GPaである、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の高分子複合体。
- 前記高分子複合体から製造されたASTM D638-5規格の試験片に対してASTM D638-5に従って測定された引張強さが20MPa~50MPaである、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の高分子複合体。
