Abstract
Description
-元素銀を含有する一つ又は複数のワイヤから形成されたシステム、特に加熱システムが適用されたガラス基材を提供すること、
-チオール及び/又はシリコーン樹脂及び/又はケイ酸塩を含有するコーティングを前記一つ又は複数のワイヤに適用すること、及び
-任意で、前記コーティングを硬化すること。
Claims (15)
- ガラス基材(1)を少なくとも備えており、
前記ガラス基材(1)上に、一つ又は複数のラインとして、元素銀(2)が、不連続に適用されており、
前記元素銀が、チオール及び/又はシリコーン樹脂及び/又はケイ酸塩を含有しているコーティング(4)を有している、
乗物ペイン。 - リアウインドウの形態を有している、請求項1に記載の乗物ペイン。
- 前記銀(2)が、複数のラインとして適用されており、前記複数のラインが、それらの端部で互いに接続されている、請求項1又は2に記載の乗物ペイン。
- 前記複数のラインが、加熱システムの部分を形成している、請求項3に記載の乗物ペイン。
- 一つ又は複数のラインとして適用されている前記元素銀が、少なくとも一つのセンサー又は少なくとも一つのアンテナの、一つ又は複数の導電トラックを形成している、請求項1又は2に記載の乗物ペイン。
- 前記コーティング(4)が、チオール、特に脂肪族C12~C20チオールを含有している、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の乗物ペイン。
- 前記コーティング(4)が、シリコーン樹脂、特にアルキル化シリコーン樹脂を含有している、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の乗物ペイン。
- 前記コーティング(4)が、亜鉛塩、亜鉛錯体、ジルコニウム塩、及びジルコニウム錯体のうちの一つ以上を追加で含有している、請求項7に記載の乗物ペイン。
- 前記コーティング(4)が、ケイ酸塩を含有しており、好ましくはケイ酸塩でできている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の乗物ペイン。
- 前記ガラス基材(1)が、熱処理されており、好ましくは強化ガラスである、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の乗物ペイン。
- 前記コーティング(4)が、元素銀にのみに適用されている、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の乗物ペイン。
- 前記コーティング(4)が、実質的に乗物ペインの表面全体に適用されている、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の乗物ペイン。
- 少なくとも下記を含む、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の乗物ペインの製造方法:
-元素銀(2)を含有する一つ又は複数のワイヤから形成されたシステム、特に加熱システムが適用されたガラス基材(1)を提供すること、
-チオール及び/又はシリコーン樹脂及び/又はケイ酸塩を含有するコーティング(4)を前記一つ又は複数のワイヤに適用すること、及び
-任意で、前記コーティング(4)を硬化すること。 - 元素銀(2)を含有する一つ又は複数のワイヤから形成されるシステムを備える乗物ペインの製造のための、チオール及び/又はシリコーン樹脂を含有する組成物の使用であって、
前記組成物が、コーティング(4)として、特に変色に対する保護コーティングとして、前記ワイヤに適用される、
前記組成物の使用。 - 元素銀(2)を含有する一つ又は複数のワイヤから形成されるシステムを備える乗物ペインの製造のための、ケイ酸塩前駆体を含む組成物の使用であって、
コーティング(4)として前記ワイヤに適用されるケイ酸塩が、燃焼によって前記組成物から生成される、
前記組成物の使用。
