Claims (10)
- 中間層シートを用いて結合された2枚のガラスシートで構成される、積層自動車ガラスパネルであって、前記シートの1枚に付けられる加熱される層のシステムと、前記同じシートの縁部における、前記ガラスシートと接触する実質的に不透明なマスキングストリップとを含み、前記加熱される導電層のシステムは、前記マスキングストリップを少なくとも部分的に覆い、前記ガラスパネルは、前記マスキングストリップを覆う部分で前記層のシステムと接触する電源バスバーも含む、積層自動車ガラスパネルにおいて、前記マスキングストリップが0.5μ以下、好ましくは0.1μ以下である粗さを示すことを特徴とする、積層自動車ガラスパネル。
- 前記マスキングストリップは、色素を含むエナメルで形成され、前記色素は粒子の形態であり、前記粒子の平均粒子サイズは5μ以下、好ましくは3μ以下である、請求項1に記載のガラスパネル。
- 前記加熱される導電層のシステムは、カソードスパッタリングによって形成され、かつ金属層および誘電体層のアセンブリを含み、前記アセンブリは0.1μ以下である厚さを示す、請求項1または2に記載のガラスパネル。
- 前記金属層は、銀に基づいており、かつ数が2つまたは3つである、請求項3に記載のガラスパネル。
- 前記マスキングストリップは、前記ストリップを通した前記ガラスパネルの光透過率が0.1%未満のままであるような不透明性を示す、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネル。
- 前記マスキングストリップは、前記ガラスシートの中央に向けられた前記マスキングストリップの縁部において、横方向に、徐々に減少する厚さを示す、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネル。
- 前記マスキングストリップは、インクジェット技術によって前記ガラスシートに塗布される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネル。
- 前記マスキングストリップを形成するために数回の塗布が行われ、前記連続する塗布は、前記ガラスシートの前記中央に向けられた前記縁部で横方向に後方移動されて行われ、先行する塗布に対して後方移動される、請求項7に記載のガラスパネル。
- 前記バスバーは、薄い金属帯で形成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネル。
- 前記加熱される導電層のシステムが付けられる前記ガラスシートは、前記積層ガラスパネルの外側シートであり、前記システムは面2に付けられる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネル。
